New ownership??Feels like an entirely new restaurant!!I go to the gym nearby and like the name, I would consider myself a WingSnobThere was just no nice way to put it before, the quality in every aspect was sub par at best...However, I heard recently there was new ownership from a friend so I popped my head back in and WOW!!Not only can you SEE the difference and feel it in the culture but most importantly, you can TASTE IT!!I finally have a good local spot to cater football games this season, Im extremely excited!!
This establishment has gone downhill quickly over the last few months. My wife and I used to really enjoy coming here but our last few visits were met with a serious decline in service - unfriendly employees, dirty tables (despite us being the only people dining in), and rising prices. Tonight we showed up around 6pm and the doors were locked, even though the hours on the door indicated they should be open. I suspect this place wont be in business much longer.
Hot, fresh, crispy, and saucy wings!I really enjoyed this place.Ordered 50/50 (half traditional / half boneless) Mango Habanero and Awesome Sauce, and lemon pepper traditional wings.All of the wing sauces were delicious. The mango habanero was a good. It was sweet, sticky with decent but not overpowering heat. The Awesome Sauce was like a thin smokey honey mustard, the lemon pepper was tasty but salty. We also ordered fries and they were great, similar to Greak style fries.Fyi, this place is Busy! I recommend ordering online and picking-up. This area needed a good wing place and this is it!
Slightly mixed review here. Ordered for pickup and the food was 20min late. Was it worth it - meh. While the chicken was tender the flavors were ok. (hot, mango habanero and lemon pepper). They also forgot a part of the order which did not help.
The decor was nice but the chicken was tough and chewy. Usually you get that when you cook partially frozen chicken. I like my food fresh, not pre-made and frozen. Ill go to Hooters or Wingstop next time i want wings
This was truly amazing! I called my order in and the young lady who answered the phone was kind and courteous. She was spot on with her meal ready time estimate and literally Everyone spoke to me with a smile when I walked through the door. Everything was fresh and hot when I arrived for pickup and the flavor was next level. I will certainly be going back and trying out some new flavors as well!
Poor customer service. I ordered at 6:27pm and got my incorrect order at 7:00pm. I ordered a 6pc traditional meal deal, 6pc boneless meal deal and 10pc traditional meal deal. The 10pc traditional meal deal was supposed to be buffalo lemon pepper which is a wet sauce. The buffalo lemon pepper came out dry. When I asked the guy about this he said they were supposed to be wet so I opened the box of food and showed him that it was dry. I asked for the buffalo lemon pepper sauce to be given to me in a separate container because I didnt want to wait another minute longer. The drink machine was not working so we had to get a 20oz bottled drink. This in turn cheats the customer out of 2 ounces because the meal deal is supposed to come with a 22oz fountain drink. Also the people that ordered after me got their food first. There were also other customers coming in and witnessing the bad customer service and the long waits. I have been here before and the owner was there and I didnt have a problem.
New owners are amazing!!! Very personable and take pride in their work. Great vegetarian options, too! (The owner said his wife is also a vegetarian) I was impressed!! I will be back
Best wings a ever had !! The guys at front are friendly and very helpful to go true the menu . I was there few days ago and the young guy at the front help me whit my order and recommendations .. I’m so glad you guys are back on business.
Placed an order online, and when I arrived, the doors were locked and the lights were off. I drove 20 mins to get there while on my lunch break. I called several times, with no answer. Now I have a pending transaction, and will have to wait almost 10 days for a refund.
Food is always hot and ready! Great service everytime!! Definitely my number one wing spot...not to mention the FRIES!! Do yourself a favor and at least give em a try!!!
Drove 30 minutes just to show up to a closed restaurant. Door says opens at 11am it was 11:32. Heard it was good but I wouldn’t know since they weren’t even open.

We walked in, went to the he register, and very plainly ordered 2 (8 wings each) wings with fries and I handed the girl my debit card. They called my name, and My hubs carried the bag to our car and we headed home. At home, we opened the box and realized we only had one order, so I called back. The manager said she would give us a free ranch dipping sauce. We did nothing wrong (except stop there). My husband started to go back, but the manager’s attitude was quite irritating. She can eat her own wings and lose 2 customers all day long.
I can only rate the service since I wasnt allowed the opportunity to even order food. I drove 30mins , walked in at 9:37pm and was told they were not taking orders because they were closed (the floor was wet and there was a mop bucket blocking the door) the young lady behind the counter stated the closing time had changed to 10 &the info online wasnt updated. I asked if i could still order and I was told they were no longer taking orders even though it was not yet 10pm and I was told no , while disappointed, I wasnt upset initially. As I sat in the parking lot looking for other places to eat, two other women walked right in , ordered food at the counter , got drinks , waited and walked out at 10:03pm with food in hand . I was really excited about trying the food and even had a friend coming to meet me.it would be nice if the rules applied to all customers and not just when the employees dont feel like cooking.
Love this place. Close to home and online orders are usually ready to pick up within 10-15 min of ordering. If you like spicy the Hot AF sauce is good and pairs well with the Awesome sauce. I also recommend you try their cornbread, very dense, moist, and could almost be a desert :)
I spent my last dollar with this location. Placed order online and everytime my order is incomplete ordered carrots and celery sticks...there out! Ordered two bottles of Pepsi...there out! I had to go back to the counter three times for something missing. This was a simple order!!
I would give 4.5 stars if possible.This place is tremendous and Ill be back for sure. I cant wait to try all the flavors.We had the traditional wings and they were perfectly cooked. And service was fantastic.The only reason I dont give a full 5 stars is the price. It seems a little high for a place that you order at the register and not at the table.I wish them the best success and hope theyre around for a long time.
Love this place. My family and I have been eating here from the 1st day they opened. The Lemon Pepper is my favorite with the Hot AF on the side and my family loves the BBQ Traditional and Boneless and many others flavors they offer. If you are in the area, I highly recommend this location.
I wanna take the time out and truly thank the 2 ladies that served me and my big family this morning !! Upon opening I could see that they were having technical difficulties but that didn’t stop the show .. they continued on with a smile . I personally gave them a tip because not once did they complain while being slammed by other customers ! With the determination and drive that they have, they should be running the place! 😁 We will definitely be back!
These are literally the best wings and possibly the best fries I’ve ever had. We ordered the buffalo original wings and garlic parmesan fries and were blown away. The quality of the wings, flavor and amount of sauce, and taste was incredible. and the FRIES. Rarely do I eat fries that are good enough to eat on their own (without tons of sauce or ranch) but these were phenomenal. It was obvious that everything was cooked and prepared fresh. We dined in and staff was so so nice and the food came out quickly. We live about 15-20 minutes away and stopped in as we were driving by but is 100% worth the drive and we will be definitely be coming back again and again. AMAZING
Wings are great.However, terrible customer service.I went by today and saw new faces working there.To the two girls on duty today February 2nd 2022, I hope you take your job more seriously and respect the customers. Took me 12 minutes to order 15 wings and fries. The employee who answered has no patience and was seemingly to stressed to take my simple order. She put the manager on the phone and she was equally incompetent.To the business owner.I hope you take this message seriously and put more time training your staff before they run you out of business. Which I would hate to see, I really enjoy your food. Wish I could same the same about your service.Maybe next time.
Food was really good. Wings were perfect and fries were perfect amount of crunchy. The sauces are definitely something to try. Giving it a 3 star for the amount of time it took. Theres no way it should take 30 minutes to cook 12 wings and 2 orders of fries, especially when we are the only people ordering in the restraunt. Would recommend this place to anyone as long as you have the time and patience to wait.
Finally under new management. Really tasty wings! And kind customer service. Tons of compliments around the table. Will order again.
Horrible service. The host was red head who refused to give her name was just a horrible. So bad that she decided to get someone else who was sweeping and mopping robert to take my order. She then got the cook involved and they’re acting like they’re laughing at me as it took over 25 minutes for my 6 piece wings for my daughter. I spoke to someone on the phone who was manager named Antoine but he really didn’t do anything accept apologize. Horrible service and it starts with leadership. Sad to say that one bad apple spoils the bunch but it’s true.
Door unlocked. No one inside at 7pm... open sign on and everything. One menu board had a movie going. Chairs were up. Guess the employees quit or something.
My family and I went the other day after hearing how great the wings are. We were met with great customer service by Ray. Young man with a kind spirit. I asked a lot of questions about the sauces and flavors and he was patient and took his time explaining everything to me. We settled on 30 wings and Cajun fries. The sauces we selected were Awesome sauce, Buffalo, and Snobby Q. All sauces were delicious!!! The Cajun fries were dynamite too! The place is very clean and neat and the environment is real relaxing. We will definitely be going back real soon!
The best wing place in McKinney and the surrounding area. The food is always fresh and the wings are a great size. The fries are always cooked perfect too. We’ve been several times and have always gotten great food. It can take a little bit of time to get your order when they get busy but it’s always well worth the wait. The owners also do a great job at keeping you updated and making sure you get order as soon as possible. They were super nice and I really think they are thoughtful of their customers. Plus the prices are hard to beat.
I’m all about supporting businesses but these wings were not the worth the hype unfortunately. I paid almost $40 for 10pc wings and garlic Parmesan fries. The fries were pretty average but I’m pregnant and the wings were over seasoned with lemon pepper seasoning causing me to choke as I was eating them. A suggestion would be to not add so much seasoning. Im sorry I won’t be returning.
Decent place to eat, but not worth all the hype. Average food at best, store was a little. Waited nearly 45 minutes for 6 wings. The guy behind the counter was very nonchalant and didnt move with any urgency after I explained I was running late for a doctors appointment. Will not be going back and did I mention was very very pricey for the service
Nice little wing joint. Little pricey but I feel that they are a great small business and formidable competitor of Wing Stop and Buffalo Wild Wings.
First time trying this place today. I order barbecue and mild wings. Mild was ok, but barbecue taste just like barbecue sauce straight out the bottle. Also I had to pay a 1.06 for some ranch. After paying $20 for ten wings , you would think ranch would come with it. 😏
Food was good , everything was fresh. We got 2 meal deals and a 4 PCs tender. Sauces were tasty and the fries were fresh. I found the prices to be a bit pricey but I see it is an increase in food prices lately. The chicken tenders came out 10-15 minutes later than the adult food so my three son was a bit upset about that . We had to go up and check on the food because he was getting anxious .
Should probably change the operating hours online and on the door. One says 11, one says midnight. Its 10:15 and theyre already closed.🥴🥴
Great food and fries! Had it two days ago and we are already back. Definitely addictive. Heads up call ahead or order online and give it about 30 minutes before your wings are ready. Worth the wait just don’t order if you are starving or in a hurry. It’s new so I am sure they are working through the logistics etc
The chicken wings were dry / overcooked, the sauce was mediocre, and the food took 45 minutes to make. The veggies (carrots and celery sticks) were the best thing we had, and I gotta give them credit..those veggies were good. I find It amusing that this business is so arrogant to call themselves Wing Snobs and actually have the definition printed on the wall when you walk in saying that “their tastes in a particular area are superior to those of other people” when in fact their food is subpar at best, and that’s being generous. If you’re contemplating eating at this place I would strongly reconsider and would suggest you eat the soul of your shoe instead.
Food was pretty good! However, we did have to wait over 35 mins past when the online order said it would be ready on a Sunday evening. So overall it took close to an hr to prepare wings and fries for 2 people. Hope this is just because of how new they are. Everyone was nice about the wait, will definitely give them another chance!
I have been here twice and both times the food was prepared much later than the time promised on the web order. First time I was here it was two days after they opened so I excused that for working through the new opening routine. Tonight 1/3 it was 30 min delayed that is on top of the 45 min prep time they originally gave me. So 75 min for chicken wings. If I had not pre-paid on the web order I probably would have left . Also when we got the order home, the wings were cold, but the chicken tenders were piping hot. With all the issues this will probably be our last time.

Ordered through 3rd party app, wings are good, but I prefer mine with more sauce. We didn’t receive any dipping sauces (ranch or bleu cheese) or plastic ware. Would probably try again, but will definitely request extra sauce.
I have been to this location at least 8 times. I will admit when they FIRST opened it could take a little longer to get your food HOWEVER it has always been worth the wait! Large, flavorful wings! Ray has been my cashier the last several times and he is ALWAYS shown great customer service skills! This place has some Awesome Wings!
Ordered 40 piece 50/50 with 4 flavors. Very tasty, large pieces. Seasoned fries were better than garlic parmesan IMO. Packaged nicely with reheat instructions. 2 suggestions: label flavors on box and 40 pieces should come with dipping sauce.
I loved my food it was great. I do think they should give at least one dipping sauce with a meal or 10 piece but they make you pay. But I understand they’re a small business and things cost. I would definitely return again
Tried the Buffalo and Snobby-Q sauce on traditional wings. Very good. Buffalo sauce has just enough kick to taste the spiciness, Snobby-Q was sweet and good. I also had 1 slider with Buffalo sauce. It was also good. The fries are ok, they are the battered type. I personally dont like this style, I prefer regular crispy fries. They are new so there were some minor problems but, nothing worth mentioning. The inly problem I had with this place, its LOUD. There is just too much echo, the tv and any other noise, bounces so much. I was very uncomfortable waiting for my food. Some noise damping would greatly reduce the noise. This will not keep me from ordering again but, I will probably order online and only go in to pick up my food.

The reading menu is different than the online order menu. I ended up ordering double of things I did not need. The dipping sauce is watered down. Very high price for low to medium quality. I live 5 minutes from the storeThe order was late 1.5 hours to get my orderI tried to order on door dash and the menu did not offer what I wanted. Had the Hot AF, Original Buffalo, and Awesome Sauce. Awesome sauce was my favorite. Their homemade ranch was excellent. The boneless wings are large, half a tender. Will for sure be back.

Drove over 30 minutes to get here to support a black owned business, only to discover they increased the prices with no knowledge to the customer. The employees had no reasonable solution and just kept blaming the owners. I’m extremely disappointed that this is what customer service has resulted to in 2021. Though the employees were nice, the change in price that was NOT reflected on the menu was not something I enjoyed experiencing. My price was very high, contrary to the menus reflected pricing.The menu is also digital, which is another reason this is unacceptable as it’s an easy fix.I don’t plan on returning to this establishment based on their completely incorrect response with no apology.Your employees can in fact confirm the difference in price. I will not be returning.
Decided to give this place a first time visit and BOY these guys were actually quicker then the last reviews I read about them. I had my food in probably 5 minutes 26 wings to be exact. Wings are flavorful and the Cajun fries have a good kick to them. The HOT AF where HOT BUT FULL OF FLAVOR. They are good easily out does Buffalo Wild Wings. Pluckers and Wingstop will always be okay.Great WINGS can’t wait to come back!

Came in on a Wednesday at 7:30pm. Only on family in the place. Girl at the counter was very very nice. I ordered 10 boneless Buffalo wings and she tells me they are out of Buffalo sauce!!! What??? I settled for the snobby-q sauce instead. Tables were dirty and there was a washcloth (clearly from the back ) lying on a table. I sure hope these wings are good!
Out of a lot of sauces for wings.No lids for cups.Several customers left with out ordering and my order took over 20 minutes.Prices extremely high to won’t be coming back for any reason.
I kept on getting Ads for this place and I had to try it! I first went with my dad and we both thought they were some of the best wings we have ever had. They are made from scratch and so yummy. I brought my husband back a few days later to try it and he wants to go back soon. It is so good and everyone we met was so kind.
Correction: I misread the menu and the order was correct. Thats my bad. Although I do stand by the review for the quality.Average wings. The dry rubs weren’t properly applied and I had to use a sauce to eat (that’s an insult IMO). Wings were ok, nothing great. My order was messed up. I ordered 10 pc 50/50 traditional and they gave me half tenders in them. Mango habanero slider was alright, not flavorful. There wasn’t any zing of the habanero. Won’t go again.

My takeout wing order this evening was cold. It didnt seem like they were cooked to order. Its like they were cooked earlier and just sauced and boxed when the order came in. Even the fries were cold and I ate them on my 10 min drive home. This was my first visit. I wont be back.
I was tired from the road. Famished, but I didnt realize it. Decided to stop here on my way to the hotel. So glad I did. The portions were huge and the sauces are amazing. Service was excellent. Highly recommend the snobby-Q and the parmesan garlic fries. So happy I stopped here.
Super bummed, I placed my order 3 hours ago for delivery. Called the driver, he says he was stuck at the resturant for an hour now. That was 45 minutes ago. No one at the resturant answers the phones or responds to their messages. Spent 70 dollars to receive no service. I was so wanting to try this place since I have heard amazing things.Update- we received our order 🙏 Wings were great! Corn bread moist with a hint of vanilla. Parmesan fries a little greasy but good not soggy.
We always get excellent customer service here! They’re able to accommodate some food allergies as well. Wait can be a bit longer than other places but the wings are worth it.
Kind of stumble upon this wing place since my Wife was hungry for wings, but I am glad we did.The wings came out hot, fresh, and just the right amount of crispyness. I always like them cooked through and extra crispy like they did. They give a good size ranch dipper cups, not those small ones that you cant fit in like some places BDubs or Wingstop. The seasoned fries were tasty and the veggies were really fresh.Overall I really like this place and hope to return.
Restaurant closed at weird times folks unable get online orders, messing up orders when restaurant is empty on to go orders in not sure what happened to this place but this cant keep happening.
The food was very good and I think it’s black owned actually. Lemon pepper wings were very good as well as the mango habanero. Also the wings were a good size and not chicken ankles lol. I would recommend that people order ahead as the line was super long and things got kind of chaotic just to avoid a wait. I hope that it’ll be more organized with time!
Let me tell you Wing Stop has a problem on their hands if these guys are a chain. When I walked in I happen to meet both owners Antonio and Larry I believe their names were both seem to be great guys. The food was awesome, If you like hot they have a flavor called HOT AF its scorching hot! great job guys keep it up.
I’ve never eaten here, but yesterday when I was picking up an order for delivery - the girls working were SO nice and polite!!! It was refreshing! It just felt above and beyond and I left with a smile on my face!
The wings were hot, fresh, and crispy, service was good too. I wasn’t a huge fan of the fires but I didn’t go there for fries I went for wings. I will definitely go back for wings! The restaurant inside seating is kinda small so if you live close it’s probably best to take to go.
Ordered online and 15/20 mins after the wings were meant to arrive (we are all starving at this point) my wife calls only to find out...they dont deliver (ummm so why do you go though all the delivery options and close the order as delivery??).My wife talked to someone and told them we dont want to have cold food and at this point can go fetch the food but it will be 10/15 mins if they can remake the food (they did mess up, its the least they can do right ?).She arrived home and we ate an hour after dinner time with luke warm wings, super salty fries and a bad taste in my mouth for this chain that tells me to stick to pluckers because they know customer service and good foods !
I was excited to see a wing place pop up that was ultra convenient from where I live, so I had to come check it out on Day 3 of operations. It looks like I will be the first person to dip below the 5 star review, so let me provide my view.First and foremost, it was Day 3, so I am trending upward if it was a judgement call between a 3 and a 4 due to the newness, and I will for sure try it again. Having said that, the reason I would have gone with a 3 is the fact that from order to in my hand was 34 minutes. I ordered before quite a few people in the restaurant, so even in a first in first out method, that was still a long time. I know the chicken is fresh, and not cooked until order, but there might be some process issues if it takes 34 minutes with customers waiting. If that is the norm, then a warning from front of house staff on order is a good idea, or if it is not normal, I would recommend the manager be looking at times and come out and apologize if there is a delay.Next, menu... good diverse selection, including boneless, traditional and tenders, along with fries and various seasonings. Downside for me is that it is a Pepsi location, and they did not have iced tea, so knowing that I probably should have just opted for wings. The combo with fries did look to be a deal, but I will point out that the combo and the wings do not come with ranch, which most other places do include. Factor in another .89 if you are a dipper. The ranch I did order was fresh, tasted good, and satisfied the right size for my 10 wings.I went with 1/2 and 1/2 boneless and traditional so I could try both. I also tried two different sauces, Mango Habanero and Awesome Sauce. I was disappointed to see that they put all the wings in one box without divider, so I ended up with a Carolina BBQ/Habanero blend which was not ideal. I wanted to judge each sauce on its own merit, but the blend was not good together. The traditional definitely lived up to their never frozen mantra, as they were very fresh and tasty, albeit with an interesting fusion of sauce. They did err on the side of the customer also on the boneless, as I ended up with 8 pieces rather than 5... I think that may have been due to the fact that four of the pieces were smaller than the other 4, so might have been counted as bonus or maybe they just miscounted. Either way, getting more rather than less is a good thing.Fries... a tad undercooked for my liking, and not my preferred size. They are the heftier not quite steak fries, but not like other wing places. I will know next time to stick to just wings, but that is only due to preference. If they were cooked a bit longer, I would say they were fine. I opted for seasoned, but it looks like it was just a sprinkle of pepper across the top. I didnt taste any huge difference.Staff: Again, it was day 3... but it seems like they had a few too many people in there, I actually had 3 people rotating taking my order. I get training, but if I have to repeat myself to 3 different people just to get the order in, next time Ill order online. It also seemed like there were at least 3 people acting as manager, so it was tough to distinguish who was running the show. That may have been why 32 minutes later, the food arrived in a mashup of sauces, undercooked fries, and a plethora of people back there.Overall, I rate this a solid 3.5, but rounded up due to day 3. Will be back to try the wings again.
The hot AF tenders tossed were amazing. The seasoned fries were fantastic. The Mrs had boneless garlic parm and teriyaki. The teriyaki to me was on point however she wasnt a huge fan. The garlic parm tasted more like they forgot to add the sauce. Her garlic parm fries were fantastic. Had her wings tasted like the fries she would have loved them. Service time was about 30 min from order to in hand. The wings were great size and the tenders were humongous. We will be back but I wish she enjoyed her first time more than she did. All in all a great new place next to my favorite liquor store.
First off, the “hot af” is hot af! But really good. I got 50/50 and both were good. My gf is vegetarian and got the cauliflower wings and she was really happy with those too.The wait time was a little longer than average and the staff seemed a little inexperienced (I.e. I had to wait 10 min for an extra sauce.) but overall we were very happy and will return. 5 stars!
Always hot and fresh and worth the price
Ive supported them since they opened and everytime I come support, Im told something different. Who has to pay for one ranch dressing when paying for a meal? Last time i came, i was told you get one ranch dressing free with the meal. Everyone needs to get on the same page.The sweet tea was weak and not sweet. Everytime I go, the experience declines.
Came in one night 30 minutes before closing and they exceeded my expectations!! I got a 30 piece fam pack.,Chicken was delicious! The Garlic Parm Fries were heaven sent! I’m full and happy
Great customer service and the food was over the top delicious ! My boyfriend and I came here to try it for the first time and we are satisfied . Fries and chicken was seasoned and saucy ! I recommend this place and it’s really clean .
Waited 1 hour past my projected time, that my order would be ready. I simply asked for a refund. The cashier snapped at me and the worker assisting me. I cancelled my order and likely will not return. I will tell anyone and everyone about my experience. (Allen Texas location).
Step aside wingstop!! Theres a new wing spot in town! Wings, sauce, and rub was GREAT! Slider was GREAT! Seasoned fries are great! And to top it all off, the RANCH, beats all other wing ranches. New favorite wing spot.
Love black owned businesses! The staff was very friendly, and ordered the 20 piece Lemon Pepper flats. They charge $2 extra for all flats, but not a deal breaker. The brand originated in Detroit, so I have to show love! Definitely going to return and try out some different items on the menu. I lived in ATL for years, and the lemon pepper was approved! It’s also great that they have a box of masks for customers at the entrance, and two hand sanitizer dispensers by the door & by the register. Looking forward to this franchise expanding. Salute!
The food is amazing, the establishment is pretty, the customer service is even better. The only reason I give this place 3 stars is because upon my visit I witness 3-4 children running around the kitchen area screaming & playing. We all know kids and babies carry an extreme amount of germs of course no gloves or mask as they seemed to be toddlers. Not sure if it was the workers kids or owners kids but its no place for kids to be running around. Not to mention the safety of the kiddies. If this seems as they are running a day care in the kitchen area I will NOT return.
Well I went to read reviews because as a black business owner, I always try to support my own. I noticed a new location opening in Little Elm on 423. I will say I am very impressed that on each review where customers were disappointed or dissatisfied, there were attempts to make things right. I can’t wait for this location to open, I will support and bring as much business as I can. Proud of you all
Amazing wings! Took a little to get our food but totally worth it! Wings had a great taste and crispy and the fries were perfect. A little more pricy but worth the money.
Only people inside store 9pm been waiting 45min for food since ordered associates are in the back just talking messing around. Definitely just go to wing stop or pluckers for your wings. This is a weekly issue of them taking way to long.
Truly the best wings I’ve ever had. They don’t skimp on servings either. Clean area, friendly staff, amazing food. If I lived in the area, I’d be a regular!
This place is great! We called as they were the only restaurant open during the beginning power outages and they had just closed as they were having rolling blackouts. But they made an exception and made our family dinner. What a blessing. We recommend the garlic parmesan wings and cornbread!
I ordered in the restaurant (to go) and the wings came out very quick. The wings were excellent and the price is comparable to Wing Stop, probably better. I will absolutely order from here again.
Best chicken tenders I have ever had. Their portions was big and fries was hot and delicious.
Slow took almost 25 minutes to get an incomplete order. Completed another customers order before completing mine. 3 girls working were rude and not wearing masks properly when the sign on the door says Masks are STILL required.

Customer service was great and food was even better will definitely be back soon. Glad there is a new place to get wings. I also believe this is a black owned business which is also a plus for me as i try to primarily spend my money with black owned businesses.
Overall, I liked the food and flavors of the wings. However, I was disappointed in the size. Compared to Wingstop or Pluckers, the wings I received were small. Hoping the wings are bigger the next time I order.
Wait time was about 20 minutes for one 10 piece..the teriyaki was awesome, the garlic parmesan barely had any flavor though.My wife and I first time we would try one more time

Do not go here. cashier was rude for no reason, the manager talked to us and she was super nice and helpful but the cashier gave us a bad attitude. we waited 45 minutes for our food, it should never take that long. do not come here not worth the money and time.

Tried this place today for the first time,omg great for those that had a really great experience unfortunately my experience and food was horrible I paid 30 dollars didnt get any sauce I ordered and trashed the food to much salt and hard dont know if the workers were tired or what but I have worked the customer service industry for years because thats my life style some get the job for the profit and forget its to assist customers I know we cant please everyone but we have to understand we are representatives the face for the company we work for no matter who walks through that door everyone matters just understand customer service is not a job its a life style.

This place is so so good! I wish a location was closer to home for us (Richardson) but we will be back! My boyfriend is super picky & he wanted to come back within less then a week from when we had it the first time.

Wanted 4 and 6 strips was told you can only get 3 or 5..so got 2 orders of 5 with lemon pepper fries..1 was correct the other had parm fries..also the chicken was drenched in grease in the box..also woman in back was screaming with a customer found that she gave me a meal deal which I didnt order was why I had to get the 3 or 5 ..I WILL NOT BE COMMING BACK HERE...HOPEFULLY THE ONE IN LITTLE ELM WILL BE BETTER and the meal deal that I was given didnt come with the veggies or coleslaw which I didnt know because did not think thats what I was ordering👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Excellent food and customer service.The wings were juicy and delicious.Definitely not dry!Customer service was friendly-helped opened the door and carry my food to the car as I was carrying my baby in the baby carrier & had my hands full.Love that they used cardboard packaging & paper bags for takeouts.Will definitely come back.

Will give it another try... sent in order at 5:40 and it said would be ready by 6:20... waited another 20 minutes before getting cold food.. they were turning away people by this time. The crew in the back seemed distracted, and rushing.Hoping they get the stuff in order or they won’t last long
The Allen location staff were so friendly and nice. Loved the bone in AND boneless and the cornbread was a great touch!
This place isnt one of my personal facorites but its definitely not a bad choice, especially considering the other places in the area. Its not many non-commercial wing places in around, so I would definitely recommend stopping in to give them a try.

2022-03-25Looking at the reviews , I was a bit skeptical to order from this place , but it turns out they have some really great tasting wings. The AF if really hot and is amazing . If you order just wings they come with no frills attached like celery or carrots or even ranch .

2021-11-29So I’m a fan of wings and I try to find good places to get them, so far north Texas has been a big letdown, however I decided to give them a shot and I have to say while they are $$ it’s worth the money.I got combo meal #3 traditional wings and fries, the fries where amazing and that’s not even a joke, I’ve had plenty of fries but they knock it down here, then the sweet chili sauce was amazing and the Cajun dry rub was good but not great. Let’s not forget the dipping sauce, I got ranch and it was really good too and no soupy either, nice big side of great ranch.Bought their cornbread and I’m stuffedThey give 10% military discountTheir staff was very nice as well

2021-08-05Great wing place! I hate buying wings and the chicken itself is wet and slimy..these guys do an amazing job at getting the wings perfectly crisp with the right amount of sauce. I got the mango habenero, jerk chicken, and honey BBQ. Favorite was the honey bbq, but they were all good. Fries were also well seasoned.Would definitely recommend this place

2022-03-2710 pieces of traditional wings (chicken only) for $21 including tips? I’ll just go back to WingStop. Quality and taste wise, its about the same.I decided to check it out because I thought it is a small business. Turnt out it’s just another franchise store. The people working there looked exhausted, maybe because of long hours and understaffed.

2022-07-30Stopped by during their free wing event and boy was it busy. The staff though remained very calm and friendly even though many patrons were frustrated with the 30 minute wait. I was impressed how well the young lady and gentleman at the front counter were working together and trying their best which is rare now a days. My wait was not 30 minutes but about 15/20 which wasn’t bad for the amazing wings that came out! The BBQ was just perfect and the smell was teasing me on the ride home! I will def be back to try out the fries and other menu sauces! Keep up the great work guys!

2022-03-14Pretty good wings but every time Im there the place is filthy with crumbs and sauce on every surface like it hasnt been cleaned all day. They also take forever to get in the order. We ordered parm fries, which is usually the best part, but when we got home the half filled boxes were so greasy it left us both gagging.

2022-03-29Great food, I cant take that away. I think its the owner, which is a very nice guy but when the hes not there, those young kids are very unorganized. I just ordered over the phone, went to pick up my food and the doors was locked and this is at 5:30pm. Not sure what they were doing in there but the young guy is bringing down your business. We are taking our money elsewhere...

2022-09-05I really enjoyed this place my first time visiting and will be returning. Nice service and selection of flavors. Im in love with the chicken and waffles flavor even on the fries. The chicken and fries were not greasy and thats another win.
