Both times I have ordered here their wings are tiny and they have taken forever to fulfill my order….they are extremely slow!
My sister and I enjoy going to the Wingstop in Alvin! Always greeted by the staff when you walk in. Holly is the one that usually takes our order, she’s always very friendly with a great attitude. Great place for a quick and good meal.
Best true wing place in Alvin. Its not on the menu but Id recommend ordering your wings extra crispy same for the fries.

I could eat here almost every day if I had the money. I love the atomic sauce and the Cajun. The staff is absolutely amazing. They know exactly what I want and when they see me get out my car theyre already getting it ready so my food is ready sooner. They are so friendly, if they make a mistake they make it right, they really get to know what their regulars like. I love it.
We walked in & ordered a 6 piece boneless wings & an 8 piece mild bone-in wings after waiting for 15 minutes they brought us mild boneless wings, we went to change it & the cashier Maria tried to argue with us saying we ordered boneless. Youd think we would know our order better than her, then they brought us traditional flavor bone-in wings which we had to return AGAIN the cook clearly doesnt know what hes doing, they staff were really rude & didnt seem to care that they cant get our simple order right, we wont be back & neither will our friends & family.
Every time I come to this one they never have my food ready on time. The lady manager treats her employees like dogs. I would not recommend this wing stop to no one. Unless u have all the time in the world to wait. The guys are cool but the female manger is rude and should be fired. The one with nose ring.
First time visiting this location and not 100% satisfied. Ordered 20 wings WELL DONE and they were basically browned on both sides and no dipping sauce that I ordered and paid for. I will be checking my order before leaving the next time!!!
Always clean inside! Store manager Tasha is always friendly and helpful! Ashley and Marissa were very nice and greeted us as soon as we walked in Friday night. We will be never go to another Wingstop! Great food and customer service!!

I ordered the lemon pepper and Louisiana rub wings they were so hot and fresh not to mention amazing. They do not start making til you you order, so if you are really hungry its best to call ahead and order if you are dining in because it does take about 20 minutes to cook your wings. I had a really good dining experience here. Two thumps up
My Husband and I came in Wednesday to eat. The cashier Marisa is always so helpful and remembers our order! Food was cooked exactly how we like it! The cook Anthony never disappoints us! We always look forward to eating at Wingstop
Worst quality of wing stop, im new to the area and was really in mood for wings. Wing stop has the best fries and wings, i ordered from here and fries were all soggy, no salt and peper on them, my wings were extremely dry and wrong flavor on them.... really sucks that its the nearest wingstop. Definitely not ordering from here again.
Front staff is friendly and quick. Lemon pepper wings are pretty darn good.

Good wings but vastly overpriced. Order wings online from pizza hut and fill out the email survey when they send it to you to get $10 off a $20 order. Then use the discount to get your next order of 18 pizza hut wings for only $10 before tax. Pizza hut wings are huge also. You even get another survey off of your discount order. Never overpay for wings again.
Im here almost every Sunday out of the month. I love how the people their remember my order and how nice they are everytime we come in. They are quick to get out orders but the food is always hot and fresh. I wont go anywhere else for my boneless wings! 10/10 would recommend.
Again this area is not fond of my skin tone. I get ignored Everytime I enter here especially by this heavy set woman with tatts. Ill even speak and she just looks at me and the friendly taller guy with the beard must come the the front and assist. Please get better customer service. Not loving Alvin
I eat at Wingstop often. This was my first time to eat at the Alvin location. The order was wrong so we called. They were courteous and apologized for the mistake and corrected it . When we got home the second time my hot wings were mild instead of hot (I eat at a different location wingstop often so I know the difference) the lemon pepper wings had so much lemon they were actually sour. They were terrible. I wont go back to this location. I dont want anything free. I would suggest going somewhere else. We threw the lemon pepper wings away and are cooking the kids supper.
25 minutes to get our order. EVERYTHING was over cooked. The wings were so overdone they had no fat content left in the skin. Only positive was the ranch dressing. If you think this plays makes good wings you should venture out of Alvin to Buffalo Wild Wings.
The food was good. We thought the meal for two was not going to be enough but it was pretty close to perfect for us. We had the original. They need some hand wipes instead of the brown junior high bathroom generic unperforated paper towels.
Worst place ever. Puts wing stop name to shame. Dirty people bad mouth to customers. The employee not wearing a mask but they want there customers too. I had a large order and they refused to go through with me to make sure its right. So I took it out to the truck and went through by my receipt and walked back in there and they refused to give me the 3 things they forgot to put in the bag. I brought all 3 bags in and told them to give me a refund and the manager still refused and it was like either give me the 3 things that is not in these bags that is my receipt or money back and I am not leaving till I get one or the other. He threatened me and thats a big no no.
As far as wings go, theyre okay, not great, not bad. As far as service goes, theyre on the 2 star side of 3 stars. They usually forget to give you all of your sauces so double check the bag, and make sure you have time to wait 25 minutes or so because thats the time it usually takes to get your food.

Wings were good but the fries were really soggy. The coca cola didnt taste right either for some reason. Just didnt taste like authentic coke.
Good place for wings considering not many options in Alvin. Food is always made fresh and as quickly as they can. Price is fair as far as wings go, but I believe that they could be a bit lower. Store is usually clean and well kept. Friendly service is a plus. Dont plan on eating here unless you like the smell of acetone. The smells from the nail salon next door filter through the wall and are very noticeable. I would recommend ordering online or by phone and pickup your order and eat at home.
I love this wing stop , theyre so nice and they always address me by my name so I feel very welcomed here ! And the food is always delicious. JONATHAN Is awesome !!! Also theres another lady whos there in the day but I forget her name .
We waited 30 min in the restaurant for a family size order and got home to find out we had 24 wings burnt to a crisp. It was for a NBA playoff game so they only had one shot at making decent wings. You would think with a high ticket they would have better quality control. Needless to say my dogs had 40 bucks of chicken jerky while we ate nachos.

Last 3 times I have called to order, they clain to be out of bone in wings. At 7:45 at night. As a business that closes at midnight, yiu would think you could average how much you need to have in stock so you could see what you advertise. I can understand one time here or there but this has, literally, been the last 3 times Ive try to order from there.

After years of eating wings at the League City and La Marque locations we found the Alvin location, Unlike the latter the dining room here could easily hold 50 or 60 people, the staff that works here is great especially Holly. The location is always clean, and they have the games on the tv!
Jonathan was nice, patient, and friendly. Took his time to go over deals and combos. The wings were very good and made sure they were *extra* crispy.

Ordered food from them and gave me hell on the pick up due to new take out policy. Also messed up my order along with no condiments. Food over cooked and management wouldn’t even offer anything for to better the situation due to the mishap. Worst customer service ever!!

As a food delivery driver I will not personally eat here. The cooks never wear gloves nor does anybody wear a mask that I have gone in and seen.

2022-03-16I don’t write reviews often. I moved to Alvin about 6 months ago and knew I would love having a wing stop down the street. I have ordered at least 6 times. For one, they start knowing my exact order every time I call, since we order the same thing every time. Two, the last I went in to pick up my order I met Beau. He just had an awesome attitude even though it was 10 pm. I lost my receipt and couldn’t do an official review but man, his energy was electrifying and put a smile on my face. Me and my husband talked about him and how he is really going to go places, simply for his positive outlook. Thanks Beau for making our night. Also, I would recommend getting the wings extra crispy, they give every bite a crunch but keep the wings really moist still! So far this location has not done me wrong, and I hope it doesn’t, we take our wings seriously!!!!

2022-07-20Disgusting. Most disgusting chicken I’ve ever bought. It’s going in the trash can. Wings were hard as a rock. Ordered all mild and everything was extremely hot and spicy, all bright red, as soon as you open the box the spices burnt your nose. Fries were absolutely disgusting also, never had anything this bad.

2022-03-10I had an incomplete order when I ordered delivery, 16 classis wings had no sauce included. I called up there and they after some time of me explaining things, the guy who I talked to went back and fourth relaying what his general manager was saying and told me they would issue me a partial refund for my order. They wouldnt tell me how much. I never got the partial refund. Ive tried to contact someone else by using wing stops contact form and no one is getting back with me. So someone please get back with me, issue me the refund for 16 classic wings, or Ill have to dispute the whole transaction with my bank and request a full refund since only the people who work for this company can issue the partial refund. My order was over $60 so Im sure the company doesnt want to lose that much money when Im willing to take a partial refund just for the incomplete items in my order.Thank you.

2022-02-20It was disappointing. They say cooked to order but mine arrived well before the time they told me and they were very overcooked, almost as if they just reheated old ones. They also dont let you dine in. I cant recommend.

2021-12-27Just picked up my order and it’s cold.This is like the 5th time I’ve ordered from this place and every time is sucks. I guess for now on any time I want decent wings I’ll have to drive to the Friendswood location.Customers shouldn’t have to reheat their order when they literally just picked it up not even 5 minutes ago.
