Walked in to place a lunch order and was the only customer there. Placed the order and watched the staff fill call in and app orders for about 20 minutes until someone finally asked me what I ordered. After a while they brought the order in a bag with a label covering the opening. I wish I had opened it there because I would not have accepted it. The wings were dried out and tough like they were from the day before. The fries were brown and limp and also looked and tasted old. I threw away the wings and fries. This was a total waste of over $9.00. Not ever planning on ordering from this store again.
Rolled into town late to park for the night and find some grub. Popped in after having been closed out of the 2 previous neighboring establishments, was made to feel welcome even though all the chairs were up and the mgr was obviously closing down for the night. He offered me a seat at the bar and took my order. After the food came, he encouraged me to take my time and enjoy my meal while he just continued to clean up around me. I really appreciated the hospitality, and the wings were awesome.
Why I havent come here sooner I dont know. Ive been to many wingstops while living in Dallas and Ive been a fan for the most part. My wife wanted wings but I didnt want to drive to the other side of town to BWWs. Im so glad we stopped, everything was cooked perfectly, fast, friendly service, and 1000% more fresh than Ive had any other place.Keep up the good work WS team, you just got yourself a regular customer.

My first visit to a Wing Stop and I will definitely be back! I had the Lunch Box for $6 and it was worth every penny! So much delicious food I will get at least 2 meals out of it!Boneless wings are moist and meaty white meat and the Fries are fresh cut with Skins on. Just the way I love them.I had the Korean Sauce and it had just the right amount of spice to it. They have about a dozen sauces to choose from with a heat-o-meter gauge how hot each one is.
Manager and employees always friendly. Been a fan of Wingstop for a long time (best wings/flavors world wide), but this one is new so naturally has a modern feel. Touchscreen fountain good amount of TVs and bar area. Very well done.
Everytime we get wings, its always hot and on point. They do disinfect between customers. Good food, great staff, clean atmosphere. 👍👍
Awesome place! The food is great overall. The wings are better and cheaper than the other wing place in town. The voodoo fries are my go to and they are delicious. The interior is nice and has a comfortable feel. Service has also been good!
While I’m not a fan of their fries I was overall very impressed with the quality and price of their wings. Their wings are about HALF the price and TWICE the size of Buffalo Wild Wings. Not to mention they have really good rolls also. I also like the fact that the dipping sauces are fairly large rather than the teaspoonful of ranch you get at Buffalo. Overall the experiences I’ve had here have been great and the service has been fast. I think it’s pretty cool that they cut their own fries but the seasoning they put on them is not my cup of tea. I would highly recommend this wing place over Buffalo Wild Wings if you’re in the area.
Had a wonderful experience at this location! Ive been to multiple WingStops throughout TX and this location knows what theyre doing. Friendly customer service, great tasting wings and cold beer in a chilled mug.Would definitely recommend and return!

4 stars for customer service. 1 star for the food.I came here earlier this week and was super excited. I’m a huge fan of wingstop.I was grossly disappointed. But I decided to give them a second try today. Result? Same thing! I’ve never had to throw away my wingstop food, but this time I did.Their wings are not flavorful like wingstops in other cities. The garlic Parmesan tastes like Parmesan, no garlic. Pretty bland too. The Hawaiian teriyaki? I don’t even know wth that is. It’s like some brown milky sauce that tastes NOTHING like other places. The mango habanero tastes like habanero without the mango. You can’t even taste the flavor of the habanero (i.e. bland!). Their Cajun? Tasteless.I’m not sure who’s making the sauce recipes, but geez they’re TERRIBLE here. I’d rather drive to Abilene to satisfy my Wingstop cravings. Yes I know it’s 90min and yes it’s worth driving to get it.I love wingstop. Anyone can attest to that. This location? A huge disappointment.Their fries are normal.

It was quick and painless phone order, and the food was prepared quickly, but I definitely expected the wings to be hotter. Tasty, but definitely go one step hotter than you want.

2022-07-07Ive had wings at different Wingstop locations and by far was the worst. My choice of wings were dry rub. So why was my wing container so greasy. They were soaked! And the size of each boneless wing was ridiculously small. Dont think Ill be back.

2022-04-21The register staffs nor kitchen staffs are very friendly. Very clean inside of store and reasonable prices overall.But, chicken wings was too dried and side I ordered hot seasoned (?) Fries, it was little over soggy by grease. Wasnt so bad. I might try again later. But if quality of food wont change , I dont think I would come back here anymore.

2021-10-031st time here and the food was delicious. You can tell that they made it fresh to order. Wonderful customer service. Jacob Johnson was our server and he answered any questions we had about the menu. I watched as he walked around and checked on people as well. It is so very nice to see people genuinely taking pride in their job. Keep up the great work and we will definitely be back.

2021-12-26Bought a group meal from here and we’re told that, because they ran out of water cups, the only way we could get water to drink would be to buy a fountain drink. Not sure if the employee was told to say that by management or if they just did not feel like being helpful. Either way, the customer should not be punished for the restaurant running out of a basic item, especially when there were several easy solutions that would have only resulted in a minimal lose for the restaurant

2021-10-28Well the chicken almost seemed like it was too dry to enjoy to me it was really too hot and just too strong a barbecue sauce. Just was not that good at all this time. My son took me out to eat which was great he took me there before. This time just seemed like the chicken was cooked too long. Should have been a lot more tender.

2020-11-23Easily the best Wing•Stop location I’ve ever been to (and that’s saying something because I love wing•stop). The employees were super friendly. We were checked on several times and they even cleared our table which isn’t expected at a casual dining restaurant. The food was hot (a little too hot but I’ve come to expect that at wing•stop) and fresh! The wings were thick and moist unlike other wing places *cough* Buffalo Wild Wings *cough*. If you’re in the mood for wings this is were you need to stop!
