No frills simple suite with a two burner kitchen. I stayed in 2021 Feb for a month, 47$/night, you get this price only if you stay long. There is plenty of car park and a highway close by. Phone, TV, shower, bathroom -all good. Concierge people were nice. Very attentive.
Overall disappointed in this location, arrived about 4 minutes to 3pm and was told I would have to wait till 3pm to check , really 4 minutes?! When the whole process of checking in took about 5 minutes. Upon returning from dinner room keys did not work. Road noise is loud as well as the dumpsters on the property being emptied at 7am and the room I had was at the opposite end of the them. And I would expect a little more amenities from a hotel that charges 100.00 a night. The two other hotels I have stayed at on this trip had full amenities such as toiletries and breakfast items. So highly disappointed in service and amenities.
Decent hotel for the money. Location was ok. Hotel staff rude and not very helpful. No lobby area and door to get in the hotel keep sticking. Had troubles getting in sometimes. Room was ok but sparse. Could use a bit of updating. Parking lot ok. Decent lighting and plenty of spaces. It did what it needed to do.
First off, the first night we stayed there, there were roaches. Literally the second I walked in, I stepped on one. It was disgusting. Second, we happened to leave a folder in our room containing important government documents, and they knew what was in the folder, but proceeded to throw the folder away anyways. When we came to approach them about the situation, they lied to our face and said they found nothing in the room. They soon ended up telling the truth after us threatening to get the police involved, because we had a very sneaking suspicion that they were lying in the first place. Overall, terrible service. I’d rather sleep on the sidewalk.
Beds are a little hard and should have asked for a bigger bed the one we got was a double we needed a queen or king. People are friendly and nice kitchen area to cook but no soap or shampoos in the bathroom. Good vending machine and golden Coral buffet is right next to it which is a bonus.
The Front Desk attendant was awesome! Rooms were nice too. The only issue we had, was the neighbors in the room to the right of us, I think Rm#129, cause we were 127. They argued all night and we heard them through the walls till 3am. We tapped on the wall hoping theyd stop, but no deal. We tried calling the front desk, but no answer. But that is not the Hotels fault. Loved it and I will stay again as well as recommend it. [Review collected by TrustYou]
Beds were hard, room was not clean... There was dirt all around the base boards, white powdery substance on the kitchen counter, and the tub wasnt clean. Elevator was broken which wasnt posted. We found our after booking. I have mobility issues so this was very inconvenient. Our room was on the third floor. Staff members were courteous and friendly. [Review collected by TrustYou]
Upon arrival, myself and two other guests checking in, waited about 15-20 minutes before being helped. I called the desk phone a few times as I stood and waited. When they finally did get to the desk the manager said they had room inspections going on but did not apologize for our wait. She then asked me why I didnt pick up the phone on the opposite wall from the check in desk and dial the #500 emergency number. First of all my back was facing that wall while I waited almost 20 minutes. Not to mention, how would I even know to call an emergency number. When I got to the room there was not one towel so I had to go down and ask for some. The toilet had pubic hairs on it. Both of my keys did not work the second day of my stay so I had to go down and get more remade. Im from out of town and I have never experienced a stay like this. The only reason I stayed here was because Comfort Inn was sold out due to a big event and wedding that weekend. Probably will not ever revisit if I can help it. [Review collected by TrustYou]
Honestly was disappointed place was decent but kept giving me issues with my key card and the ppl around seemed to stay in the hallways instead of their room and i had to rent out pots and pans just to be able to use the stove i know the ppl around is not there fault but after about 2 weeks there someone broke a window to some car right next to mine qnd was constantly having to check on my vehicle because of what happened and nit to mention the smoking would enter my room i never got room service during my whole stay honestly it just wasnt the best but also not the worst ive had
The rooms were fine. I was expecting 2 actual beds, but got a small full bed and a pull out love seat. It room was fairly clean. The staff was friendly, although not as quick to requests like pillows and bedding as one would hope. All in all, it served its purpose and not much more.
Service Staff very helpful and courteous. I didnt like the fact that dogs were aloud to stay in rooms, I love dogs but shouldnt be cooped up in rooms. Can here noise from people next door and above, very irritating. I did enjoy a clean room and ability to cook my meals. Staff, was great and I tried not to complain much. Thanks!
First I should say that I am not one to leave negative feedback on Google, or social media. But since you want My review I will give you an honest and fair review. Starting off when I showed up to the hotel it took me 20 minutes to finally get checked in. There was one person working the desk and was very slow. I proceeded up to my room, it was very hot in the room. I turned the air down to 67° by 1 AM it was still hot in the room, I did not sleep very well. The bed was uncomfortable. And there was a lot of highway/traffic noise from outside . [Review collected by TrustYou]
Everything was going fine until we came back from shopping and the halls smelled like a septic tank broke or something. Smelled really bad. I also was not aware that housekeeping only comes once a week. I didnt mind that, but I had to ask for towels. Other than that, it was ok. [Review collected by TrustYou]
Upon entering the building I noticed a foul odor that was very unpleasant. Then I stood at the front desk 10 minutes before being helped. Reception should be more attentive! Rude staff, disgusting room, awful beds. The whole stay was awful. Don’t recommend AT ALL. Outdated, smelly, dirty, loud, poor amenities. Im just glad I only had to stay for a single night. [Review collected by TrustYou]
The staff was the best thing about the stay. The room looked nice at a glance, but the beds were way to hard, and lumpy. As for the bathroom, the room we stayed in was a handicapped room as we requested, but the shower head sprayed water on the ceiling until I tightened it. Also, even after I tightened the hose of the shower head, the shower head itself was broken and could not be adjusted making it so you have to hold the shower head while trying to take a shower. We also noticed that the bathroom door had a hole in it, and the inside rim of the toilet was extremely dirty like it had not been cleaned properly in who knows how long. If these issues are fixed then I think a person could have a good experience at this property as it seems that you have friendly staff. I did not bother letting a team member know as two of the team members were pulled in temporarily from another property, and a third was being trained. [Review collected by TrustYou]
My husband and I found a canera/sensor in our room and to express our concern we called the hotel and the number provided took us to a call center rep not physically located at our hotel. Our room was dirty and the other rooms were super loud all night. However, there was no one to file a complaint to because there isnt even a night attendant.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is a no frills and they do allow pets, which is good if someone was in their room with their dog. (dont take your pet on a job,and leave them alone all day, they bark alot) however staff dealt with it nicely. Staff offered help to carry stuff when elevator went out one night, got it working again in the am first thing.. The laundry room was clean and worked great. They even promptly refunded part of our money when we had to check out earlier than expected.
It was a nice stay. I was in town for a graduation and almost everywhere else was sold out. When I first walked in, there was a sticker on the door indicating a dog was inside which was alarming. I hate the fact that I stayed in a room where a dog was because of the hair. Once I got the a/c working it was just fine. The bed was smaller than what I expected but I can’t complain much because I really needed a place to stay. [Review collected by TrustYou]
Staff was ok they werent guest friendly and were somewhat professional. The attitude i received wasnt quite inviting so in asking for any kind of service i was uneasy. I mean I Have been in hotel service before and that place I will not return to. The vibe should be positive and service could be a look more comforting. People stay there because its necessary as a second place to rest for work or other related reasons the experience can be better. [Review collected by TrustYou]
My only complaint was the that our rate we paid nightly went up. I had paid what I thought was in full until we were to check out and had I not checked I would have had to pay a lot extra! Kind of disappointed in that but it did what we needed. Lots of banging, either remodel or people stomping until late at night was not very nice but we made it work. Also I didn’t like that the price for laundry wasn’t set. I understand it takes more water and stuff to do more things but it should be a set price. Other than that we were fine. [Review collected by TrustYou]
Well it was all fine and dandy till I had one of the workers knock on my door stating that I needed to pay for an extra two days when I had paid for a week in advance previously. She preceded to be hateful and rude regardless that I had the receipt in my hand trying to show her. She threatened to charge my card again and told me the customer you dont have to be rude....really lady? Learn customer service! After her mouthing walking back to her counter while I was say mam mam and being ignored so I walked up there and verified I had paid like I said before (I had the receipt in my hand!) She threatened to have me leave the hotel! Did I receive and apology as being a customer? No...should I have been treated this way regardless? Nope! Beds are hard, rooms are clean, plenty of parking, decent place for the price but the story above makes me give this place the rating it deserves due to one employee. One employee can ruin a review just like that and she did it!
Internet was not working. When I called the technical support number listed on the display in the room, they informed that they only do telephone support, not internet support, and had not supported this location since 2017. Had to use the Hotspot on my telephone, and incurred charges in doing so. Otherwise, the place is bare bones, but I didnt have a problem with that. I would stay again. [Review collected by TrustYou]
There were no amenities such as Kleenex, dishes, no coffee, provided unless you wanted to buy them and for the cost of the room it should be. The bed was terrible and very uncomfortable with the head slanting down instead of level, and we were in a handicapped room. We asked for extra pillows and they didn’t have any. There was no daily housekeeping and were told if we needed any clean towels or sheets to bring them to the office to exchange them. I would not ever recommended this place again. There was no comfortable seating only straight back plastic chairs.
The room was filthy. It had crumbs all over the carpet. The bathroom had hair on the back of the toilet and on the so called clean towels .I ask the manager to get the room clean he sent a lady and she only had a dirty little broom and it was wrapped in the new sheets and towels the where suppose to be clean they where not even folded .the hote smell like nasty dogs though out the hotel. I requested a room that had never been used by pets the said they could accommodate me when I got there after driving 2.50 hours they said they didnt know what rooms where or where not used by pets owners. This place was TRASH !!!!!!!! I ask for a refund and had to sleep in my car because there was no room available because of the track event that I was there for. [Review collected by TrustYou]
Just read the owners response they never try to offer any kind of refund or help but basically say “Well we got you’re money and we are Muslim so we could care less if you are alive tomorrow. This place is ridiculously run. They only clean the rooms every two weeks and the girl does not clean or replace the sheets on the bed. I won’t stay here again.
The hotel desk attendant welcomed us and seemed very nice. We checked out the first room and proceeded to pull linens back to see of the sheets looked clean. It seemed as if the sheets had excessive lint and small hairs all over them. Perhaps dryer was not catching the lint and hair from the sheets or the sheets were not changed really could not tell. The skirt for the bed had some other kind of suspicious stains on them. We were them assigned a second room. The second room smelled like teriyaki steak when we walked in, more than likely the smells of Golden Corral next door. The AC in the room could not cool it down to a comfortable temperature. We were not familiar with the beds in this hotel. It was simply a mattress with a wire frame underneath no mattress box spring. So the mattresses had been heavily used on each side. You could tell the mattresses are not rotated. You could tell the carpet was dirty and housekeeping did not take the trash out. Checkout was 11:00 AM but the attendant stood outside our door at 10:30 and asked is of we were extending our stay....it was not 11:00 yet...kind of bothered us a bit. I would stay there in a pinch, the price was ok. It is next to the mall and restaurants so that is good. It is situated by the loop which runs through town.
It was ok considering we only Stayed one night. When we got there we waited 5 minutes for someone to just check us in. We had to dial on the phone and ask for help. When we got into the room it smelled like someone had just cooked onions. The smell didn’t go away. [Review collected by TrustYou]
When I checked in, the lady was friendly. She gave me keys and told me my WiFi access code. Once I left the lobby, I smelled cigarette smoke. The odor did not go away. My room smelled like oil and so did my sheets and pillows. I found a bug in the bathroom, and hair in the tub. The towel also looked dirty and like it had been used. When I called downstairs desk service was gone for the night so I was unable to get clean towels or fresh sheets. Also, the WiFi code was not working. I later found out WiFi was down. I had work I needed to do on my laptop so I had to drive down the street at night and sit in the Starbucks parking lot to use WiFi. Worst experience! I won’t be coming back!
The beds weren’t very comfortable. We had no hand towel. WiFi didn’t work. And there were no amenities. We had a full size fridge, 2 burner stove and a sink but no coffee pot??!!!!! And the day we checked out, the elevator was out of service. [Review collected by TrustYou]
This hotel is very basic and does not provide many things expected from an extended stay hotel such as cooking utensils, comfortable chairs, working facilities such as internet, cable, and elevator. It is a very popular hotel with labor workers so the parking lot is full of work trucks and equipment, yet the parking lot, driveways, and parking spaces are not big enough for these vehicles. If you need a long stay hotel, cheap this one may fit the bill but be prepared to bring everything yourself (and to carry it up/down the stairs).
I checked in yesterday for a 2 night stay. No one was at the front desk when I came in. I could see her in the other room, and I made sure I made enough noises to be heard. It was about 5 minutes before she came. She never looked at me. All she said is, hi. She did not ask how I was or if I needed help. She looked up my reservation, still not looking at me, and told me what I needed to do. When I asked questions she was short. She never thanked me for staying. The wifi has been out our entire stay. They have an access code that only 3 devises can use, but we have 4 people in our room. The elevator buttons dont work. They didnt clean our room. We only had two towels in here anyway. No hand towels at all. So now we have old wet towels this evening, and the office is closed. Junk hotel with bad service.
Always understaffed due to horrible management. They do not clean the rooms as scheduled because of this and expect you to sit back and deal with it. They do however expect you to pay them in full for a service they will not deliver. Their hours are inconvenient. The laundry room is 106 degrees at any given time, I measured the temp! They misplace packages often because they do not have a policy for how employees handle them, or a set spot to place them, anybody there will receive them and just toss them wherever they decide. Managers like to argue rather than just fix something, they will go on and on about how its not their fault anything happened and try to turn the tables on you. This is the last time I will stay at ANY Woodspring Suites anywhere! Ill go ahead and pay more elsewhere for BETTER service! Oh yeah I was here more than three months and it was steady horrible service, zero improvement. I was patient but this is just the way they do business.
Room was okay. Most of the staff was good when we moved in, but after the original staff left, the stay became complicated and very difficult. The general manager, Mandy, was very off-putting whenever we had an issue. Constant issues with her and the district manager. Anytime we asked to speak with him, he would always be unavailable. [Review collected by TrustYou]
Giving it two stars is a stretch...Front desk staff excellent Mary did a great job all she could do honestly. Room overall is very nice. Comfy bed, pillows normal stuff. Good shower pressure. BUT it’s impossible for anyone to rest well when your room is sweltering hot. As a driver my rest is important especially since we only get 10 hours off. This is the middle of Texas on a normal hot Texas day. An underpowered AC unit is common in the north where they don’t see 4 months regularly of 100 degree days. The lack of AC is just sad. Completely ruins the experience to have to go to bed sweating, laying in a pool of sweat.
Clean and relatively quiet, just the usual multi-floor noise. Booking was a nightmare. Call center booked me for four months instead of four days. When I cancelled & called back in, I got the front desk instead of call center. An employee who said her name was Mary said she fixed it and gave me a fake confirmation #. When I got there, I had no reservation. I did get a room and paid with my credit card although at a higher rate than I had been quoted from the call center. When I spoke with the general manager the next day, she said a refund would be credited back to my credit card, but in light of other things that happened after that, I doubt that it will.On the third night of my stay, the desk clerk came to my door (as well as to other doors on my hallway) and told me I owed an additional $15 and held out her hand like she really expected me to put cash in it. I told her I had paid when I arrived and she stated that I still owed $15. I asked her what the charge was for, and she said she didnt know but that the general manager had told her to get the money. I told her I would not pay until I talked to the general manager. The next morning I went to the desk and asked of the same clerk to speak with the general manager. She stated she had already spoken with the general manager, and I did not owe anything. I was leaving, so did not speak further with the general manager. Since there were many transient workers there, some of whom were not fluent in English, I have no doubt the desk clerk collected any number of $15 charges that night. I will not stay again, as I feel as though there was unprofessional and rude conduct by your desk clerk, at best; and theft, at worst. I intend to post this statement online.
Very clean and inexpensive room. For $50 or so a night you cant beat it!!! Has a nice kitchenette - you provide the dishes though. Beds are acceptable. The shower was nice and hot :) and the staff was really nice. If I had to book a room in Abilene again, I would certainly stay here!
I am currently at the woodspring hotel. The room is clean the sheets were clean!! But the service absolutely sucks. Outside on the sign it stated the weekly rate was 309$ they’re charging us 360$ weekly. So we ask the front desk lady and she stated they charge more when “the boss is paying” they didn’t realize the boss isn’t paying for our stay, our per diem check is paying for this stay! So we tried to talk to the general manager about the over charge fees and he lies to our face and claims the front desk lady was mistaken that they have a 15% tax charge! They also don’t clean the rooms they make u clean your rooms. They also charge you 8$ a week extra for clean towels and clean wash cloths!!!! If you want clean sheets you have to change them yourself. If you want your room clean you have to go get the vaccum and use it then bring it back..
No pillow cases on all 4 pillows, asked for one more pillow and they refused. Heater sucks, and blankets on bed are paper thin. Beds are springy and very uncomfortable. Elevator sticks every time I use it. The upstairs floor also gives in like its not very stable and would be pretty easy to fall through with a good jump.
Amazing service!!Staff will bend over backwards in helping you!Amazing and out standing staff, amazing to p petty much call them family!!Pro / con:You are charged extra for a lot of amenities that come already with normal hotels, yet this is great for traveling. This totally depends on your travelling situation (flying in, driving, etc ....)
The room was clean and well appointed as all of the rooms are when I stay at Woodspring facilities. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Again as always when I stay at Woodspring. However, I was not able to connect to the internet between 5AM and 7AM which has happened to me quite a few times at Woodspring facilities during early morning and evening hours. These are the hours that I most need the internet for work purposes. I do not know why this continues to occur. Maybe too many people trying to connect. I dont know. Maybe Woodspring needs to follow up with this and correct the problem or I need to stay someplace that does have a consistently strong internet signal. Also the mattress was pretty worn out. [Review collected by TrustYou]
My suggestion—Don’t even reserve a room at this hotel. They will not honor reservations made and secured with a careful card. They called me today to tell me that the reservations I made three months in advance will not be honored. They have booked to other customers.”I travel frequently for work, but I won’t book this brand.
This place is just ok. The bed was worn and had a hump in the middle. The TV was extremely small(stayed at a cheaper hotel the night before with a bigger tv). You need to buy any cookware. No basics(shampoo or soap) so plan ahead. Close to major roadway so youll hear cars all night. Was woken up at 6am by the fire alarm and there was zero direction from staff afterward to let us know what was going on. The elevator wasnt working for at least an hour afterward.
Horrible place. The front staff was conversing about lewd and sexual content. They have a old hispanic man working there who reeked of alcohol. (Maintenance, I think?) I am pretty sure he was drunk, and he was completely rude. The front desk staff and the manager were engaged in flirtatious conversation, laughing, completely ignoring a couple that was waiting for their turn to be taken care of. Theres a huge bed bug problem here. From what i understand, they have cops here all the time due to drunks and people with drugs, or drama with couples fighting, domestic abuse. The worst part is the unprofessionalism of the frost desk staff. Never again.
Rude front desk employee. Attempted to argue that I didnt have a reservation when I offered confirmation number she said it was of no use. A patron behind me interjected, it was so uncomfortable...after refreshing her screen the reservation magically appeared. Imagine that! After resolving that she tells me the cost and asks if its ok to swipe the card I handed her for the amount. The patron behind me rolled her eyes at this question. The property was well groomed. The room was not at all what I consider to be a suite its more extended stay, studio type. Small bed. Dingy sheets&towels (used my own).
Well I am traveling work, always I will try to stay at Woodspring Suites, but I would like housekeeping like 2 x per week free, because some woodspring just clean up every 15 days if I need service I have so pay, also this time I found a lot dog/cat hair on the carpet, I hope next time give special rate weekly because like I said always I will try to stay at Woodspring Suites. [Review collected by TrustYou]
Horrible customer service experience at this hotel! I cant comment on the actual state of the rooms because we never made it in to one. We reserved online through a third party and when we got to the hotel they had no rooms available for us that were clean and turned us away. They had our reservation on file and therefore knew we were coming but had no rooms available and did not even bother to call and let us know. We were stranded at midnight looking for a hotel and ended up paying twice as much for another room. I would not recommend staying here!!
I do not recommend this place unless your willing to disinfect your room, buy a 3 inch foam pad for the bed and a new pillow. The beds have to be as old and cheap as the hotel. If it were not that I am pocketing 1500.00 bucks of my monthly perdiem I would never stayed here more than two nights.
Well. When I checked in the room smelled like pets had been in there.. Didnt have have hair dryers and Irons in the rooms.. I travel a lot.. A lot of hotels do have them in the rooms.. But. For what they charge.. You figured they would have these things.. And on top of that you still have to pay for the enternet..
This place sucks!!! My room had bed bugs when i informed management my family was asked to leave. They refused to move us to another room and we were also told we were not allowed to book there anymore. I took pictures of the bug as well as showed management the blood stains where we were bit. I also showed my bites but was still asked to leave or law inforcement was gonna be called. If you dont want bed bugs and poor customer service dont room here.
So if your card demagnetizes and it’s pass one your out of your room pretty much the beds were not great u have room service once a week and I didn’t even notice they even came in if that tells u something like I’ve staying in here for a week with my job and this hotel was not the best but if you just need a place to stay then ig it’s better than sleeping outside.
Oh don’t do it. Y’all know the song from The Wizard of Oz Lions and Tigers and Bears? Just change it to Beetles and Roaches and Crickets and you got this place. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is bc I got a full refund after I had a mental break down and the woman who answered the after hours phone was oh so nice. Unlike the woman who check us in.
Had a paid reservation. Arrived on the site.NO attendant or manager. Left my 18 year old son standing locked outside for an hour before he had to walk 5 blocks to the super 8. Who DID have an attendant on duty. This is one pissed off mother, who will never recommend this place to anyone. Not only was this unsafe, but totally lack of professionalism by this establishment.
I checked in for a 3 day stay. Roaches in rooms and drug dealers kept me up all night with horns honking all night long. They transfered me to another room just to be woke up at midnight when someone walked into my room with a key that was given to them by the front office. Then the office called my room to find out who was in it... This place has trash all around the property.. I would not recommed this place to my worst enemy... run as fast as you can from this place....
I call and ask the lady how old you have to be to get a room and got a VERY sarcastic answer of 18. After booking the room online for my wife and I to have a anniversary night I was then refused a room due to the fact Im 20. Beautiful hotel and space but the staff definitely needs to learn there stuff now that Im out of $85. not cool.
Upon arrival I asked for a stay of all week. The woman behind the counter ended up charging me $140 more than what it actually was. I had a roomate and we were going to do seperate cards and it was only until then that she realized that she had put too much. So my card only was charged for the wrong amount and now I have to wait “7-10 Buisness days” for the reimbursement. That’s just ridiculous [Review collected by TrustYou]
Id give it no stars if I could. Front desk was rude, keys didnt work for the room so I had to get at least 4 new ones. Pay for wifi? Hahah. Terrible rooms. The window sill in my room was even coming off if I put something on it slid right off. If this is your only choice sleep in the car and save the money
I called late Friday about 9pm advised that more than likely will be late checking in and called to verify if my reservation would still be good lady said yes and when i arrived about 3 am they could not locate my reservation and from the the site i booked i had to pay extra from what i had booked [Review collected by TrustYou]
Ive had to stay here multiple times because of work i would never choose this hotel. Hotel is horrible front desk staff is rude and will talk about you when they think your not around, the room stunk of wet dog and cigarettes and its a non smoking room. Bed is uncomfortable and hard I would rather sleep in my truck. They even tried to deny my service dog even when I showed them her ID said they told my company we couldnt have pets I never got that memo dont waste your money here
Ok place to stay if youre on a business trip, toiliet in our room didnt flush, always had trouble with the card key even after they reprogrammed the lock, elevator down arrow was out whole week we stayed the elevator is the slowest elevator I ever seenIf you lost money on the washing machine good luck getting it back.
The worst experience I had.small bed.no soap.no shampoo.no conditioner.no irons.no dryer hair....and if you need toilet paper you have to go al Lobby and ask for it.no room service.and if you needs towels just go again at Lobby and exchange for clean towels every time need it..no breakfast service.n o coffee maker..no naking...... CRAZY .......if you want to rest imposible because you have to cook in your room.......
Never again staff is rude and unprofessional they like talk about you when they think you cant hear them also the night staff worker drinks on the ⏰ no room service or house keeping they charge for everything from bed sheets to towels just dont do it unless their the only thing open you will regret it I promise

2022-05-21Cleanliness of the hotel was, honestly, terrible. I saw a cockroach in my room. The walls and floors of the doors and elevator were smugged with dirt and fingerprints. Floor of the entrance of the hotel was not clean, trash on the floor. Tub in the shower was somewhat clogged.Appliances in the room are very outdated. TV was too small. There are no lamps in the room next to the desk area or beds. The only decent part of this hotel is the location. Close to a lot of restaurants and not far from the highway. Unfortunately, I would rather have stayed somewhere else. Do not recommend.

2022-05-23The place has odd front desk times and closes in the evenings. The entrance door did not work and they had to open it from the inside. Our room key stopped working and we had to find a lobby phone to call someone down to the desk since it was closed and get our room opened. Then the fire alarm warning went off at 6 am and continued to sound. Since the desk does not open till 8.. I guess it did not matter to them. The shower had no hot water and again no one to complain to. I wont be staying here and can not recommend.

2022-07-08Thought the room was cute especially for the great price. We dropped our bags off and went to go have dinner for the night with family. We returned around 9:30/10 pm and saw the room had 5 roaches including baby roaches. Was terrified to sleep there and due to it being so late and being exhausted from traveling we dealt with it but absolutely disgusting. We heard babies on our floor and I pray that the bugs don’t find them. Also saw other reviews about roaches after our stay. Please do something for future guests and it seems this problem has persisted for months. Will never return.

2022-04-04We had two rooms among our family. One room had a toilet that didnt work. The water needed turned on for every flush and when it was on it leaked everywhere! The TV also didnt work in that room. And a previous occupant left adult diapers so they do not clean well.In the other room we didnt get hot water and had 2 cockroaches, plus the lock wouldnt turn on the door. Also dirty walls and floors. The key cards barely worked. Had to try like 5 times everytime. Hotel was not maintained. Candy on the floors and a snuff pouch in the hallway for days. Hallways smelled terrible of cigarettes. No attendant at the desk through the night which seems unsafe. No pans provided in the room with kitchenettes or a simple coffee pot.All fixtures are old and outdated.Only good thing I can say is for us is the location worked as we needed to be in South abilene.

2022-05-11This hotel is a dump. The first room they put me in had a broken door lock which they couldnt fix until my second day there. Then they put me in a room that was completely infested and crawling with cockroaches. When I told them about the infestation they tried to put me in the room next door, but I insisted they move me to the opposite end of the building. There werent as many roaches on that end, but I saw a gigantic one on the day I checked out. The final room they moved me into also had a toilet that never stopped running. They put me on the fourth floor which was a problem because Im disabled and the elevator went out of service for nearly half a day. If you can afford it, stay somewhere else! The staff were very nice, but the hotel itself needs a lot of repairs and full fumigation for the level of infestation it has.

2022-02-13Yes it has got problems. Needs to be sprayed for roaches as well as neighbors spying in on the room under and beside them very intrusive and I will take the Appropriate steps to see that this wrongdoing be handled accordingly its also 100 percent non-smoking so when guest make accusations cause your outside . Obviously this also invasion of privacy loud banging and constant as this will not have given no 5 star not recommended stays

2022-06-24Well I left yesterday morning and the cleaning ladies literally seen me leave and started cleaning my room. Well they charged me an extra night and didnt even try to call or ask if I was staying another night. Totally unprofessional and will be getting a hold of corporate for this. Never have I had a hotel charge for not officially checking out

2022-05-16Positive: I liked that the room was close to the elevator. Negative: The room was dirty! From the floor, to the mattresses. One of mattresses had what looked like blood or coffee on it and not just a little bit! The AC wouldn¿t stay on. It was hot and humid in the room.
