Excellent selection of high quality and unique furniture at reasonable prices, especially for discounted larger purchases. Ryan was very helpful and not overbearing at all even as I spent several hours browsing and asking questions. The showroom has some extremely unique pieces available which you wont find on the website, so Id strongly encourage those with more eclectic tastes to make the trip if youre in the area.Some miscommunication/confusion at POS regarding shipping timeline, but ultimately worked in my favor as an otherwise split order requiring me to transport some pieces ended up being sent in full albeit with slight delay. I was very pleased with the white glove delivery service- movers were very friendly, not rushed, and handled my new furniture with care.Lastly Id just like to offer props to a furniture company taking sustainability seriously, please believe it was a factor in my purchasing decisions.
Wow, World Interiors furniture is unique, amazing and beautiful... we were in awe of the Nottingham table and the Chiavari chairs the minute we saw them in the showroom!!!! I am delighted to say the customer service is of the same AMAZING caliber. I worked with Kyle via their direct messaging system. He helped me through a challenging inquiry and was able to meet my needs completely. The order was processed seamlessly, and now I can hardly wait to receive my shipment!
World interiors was a really fun store with lots great designs! I ended up ordering online because Im out of state, but I worked with Ryan. He spent over an hour with me and he was very patient and answered all my questions. He wasnt a typical overbearing salesperson. I felt really good about my purchase ( and by the way its great).
Beautifully made furniture in mostly industrial sheik style. Eclectic setting and some whimsical decor items. All solid wood. They have some area in the back for huge, raw wood slabs and some reduced price items. Ryan was great to deal with.I had to take my initial review down a few notches. I bought 2 pieces. One was established meaning they had in their inventory. The other was a new piece, they built a model of and were waiting for the production shipments to arrive. The first piece was perfect in finish, assembly and appearance, just like I saw in the showroom. The new piece has many unfinished surfaces and the staining was lacking in many areas. To his credit, Ryan did offer to take it back. I asked about getting a stain that would match. The magic marker style stain did not match. I used a lot of sandpaper and wood furniture oil. Be careful and ask many questions before buying.
I have been searching for months for the right table. Walked into world interiors and was pleased to see their unique choices! They were very attentive and even let me purchase the floor model so added bo us. No wait. Definite go to if you are looking for a unique piece.
We’ve had a terrible experience working with Ryan. Not only did we receive our $12,000+ worth of furniture 6+ weeks after we were supposed to but Ryan was awful to work with. We are actually still waiting on one piece of furniture that was supposed to be delivered last week; the delivery driver is the one who told us it still wasn’t ready. As a woman, whenever I’d ask a question about the furniture he’d answer by looking at my husband and acted like I wasn’t present. I found him to be incredibly condescending and belittling. Anytime we called to check in on the status of our furniture he acted very exasperated. There was no special accommodations or discount for the extra time they took and overall we’ve been incredibly disappointed. I never write reviews but we’ve been so underwhelmed by this experience I wanted other people to be aware.
So first of all Anthony is awesome. The entire feel of the place is first rate, furniture quality is exceptional and mostly unique in style. After being told Id have 2-4 month wait for average, generic furniture it was refreshing to find everything I wanted in stock. I will be coming back regularly to finish a nice collection. I cannot recommend highly enough!!!
World Interiors has a great selection of very high quality solid wood furniture.We found a dining set we loved and got a great deal with the sale and it being a floor model. Ryan was happy to hold the set for a few weeks until we were ready for it. The white glove delivery service brought the items on time and set it up in good order. We had a misunderstanding over the delivery cost but Ryan made it right for us. We would definitely recommend World Interiors.
World Interiors is a hidden gem. If you need a table, go to the showroom and look at the tables here—you’ll be glad you did.(1) Best price/quality. They have by far the best prices on high quality pieces you will find.(2) Great pieces in the showroom. The showroom is full of great furniture options, especially tables, and there’s much more.(3) Top notch service. The sales managers (Ryan Howard helped us) are super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The hardest part was deciding which great-looking table to buy.(4) Super careful delivery. The delivery guys the store sent took extreme care with moving the table to keep it perfect.We went with a live edge table and bench and they look really great. They are super sturdy so I know they’ll last forever. This place is awesome. Five stars. We will be back.
From the moment we stepped foot into the showroom we were wowed not only by the furniture, but by the service as well. Anthony and Ryan immediately made us feel at home as we looked around the showroom.We ended up purchasing multiple items and when it came time for our items to be delivered, George was extremely friendly and very considerate of our home while bringing in our order! I had my eye on a dining table for some time that World Interiors distributes, but the shipping time was uncertain on many sellers. I reached out to customer service and Kyle helped me to get the best deal and shipping available! I cant speak for my table yet, but with the great customer service I received from Kyle, I dont doubt its going to be delivered kindly and will be as beautiful as I imagined!
We absolutely love this place! It may look like a warehouse on the outside, but on the inside there is a huge selection of furniture, art, etc. Every time we visit we always feel welcome. The salesmen not only have great advice on design, placement and quality, they even help construct the furniture themselves!We bought an amazing kitchen table and were so happy with the help that Anthony provided. We will definitely be back!
Weve purchased multiple pieces on multiple trips to World Interiors. The team is fun to work with, very patient as we took ages to come to decisions. they had good ideas for putting sets together, and gave us nice deals when we bought multiple pieces. the quality is great and styles are quite unique. there showroom is huge with a lot of options. well be back when we need additional pieces for our new house.
Awesome showroom! Clean, tons of variety. Really cool stuff you don’t see at most other furniture stores. Anthony was very helpful! Everything was reasonably priced. We are so happy that we found World Interiors! We would drive by there every day on our way to work and wondered what kind of furniture they sold. Well, we finally made the trip in and let me tell you, the furniture is dynamic, eclectic, and well made stuff! About the best thing about our experience at WIs was the staff there. OMG ! Anthony and Ryan are incredibly knowledgeable about the pieces on the showroom floor but also about things you might be searching for that may not necessarily be on display. Not only did we find the perfect furniture to make our new little home pop, we also know now that we will be treated like family when we come back to buy additional pieces for our home. Been looking at dining room tables and benches for years, literally. Wanted a mix of wood and metal but with a lighter, mid century modern feel. Everything I had seen at other places before in our price range was veneer or cheap looking. Here, at World Interiors, we found a unique table and bench we love and we will keep (and our children will keep) forever. We got to meet Hank, the owner, and learn all about his commitment to sustainable furniture. As environmentalists, we found a table we love and can feel good about the purchase. The guys in the showroom are knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Highly recommend the furniture and the experience.

I had the best experience at World Interiors today. I have a dining table from them I bought 12 years ago and STILL the finish is in perfect condition. I came back for another table, this time for the kitchen. I love that these are SOLID wood, gorgeous, and will truly last. Anthony and John were the best! Anthony helped me decide on which table and made sure I loved it. Super patient. John made sure I had the right one and loaded it up in my vehicle. Couldnt have been any smoother a purchase. Bonus- the tables are on sale right now. I will be back and am already spreading the word on the deals at World Interiors.
Anthony at World Interiors made my purchasing experience smooth, convenient, and absolutely perfect. My sister saw a cabinet there that she knew I would love. Low and behold I saw the picture and knew it had to be mine. I continued to bug them throughout the day with phone calls and new questions but each time Anthony was pleasant and went out of his way to help answer any question, even measuring the piece twice per my request :) He stayed AFTER closing hours so I could come pick it up. Anthony went above and beyond to please us. He was patient as it took us several days for us to make a firm request on the finish. On the other hand Pedro did an amazing job on the wood slab we picked out! The furniture is hands down great quality and we couldnt find anything close to comparison. We could not LOVE our live edge custom table anymore than we do. Its stunning. We went a couple of times to the showroom to understsnd the process and the investment, both Ryan and Anthony were patient and answered all our questions. It was such a bespoke experience to be able to pick out the slab, the finish and the legs. It is a piece of art and weve had endless compliments from our friends. Highly recommend World Interiors.

Three cheers for St. Anthony, the saint of furniture therapy here. Anthonys active listening skills and pro-eyes got our family moved back into our house in style, comfort, and in budget. We fell in love with World Interiors at first site and have furnished a lot of our home from here. The eclectic mix of truly unique and wonderful furniture and accessories from all over the world is always changing and ranges from industrial and contemporary pieces to hand-carved East Indian and Moroccan finds with so much in-between. You never know what youll find there. The prices are reasonable and the staff is great. You gotta check it out!

Huge and Fantastic store!! Best in town by far—fine hand-crafted furniture —use no glue, laminates, staples or cardboard etc —-also they will deal on multiple pieces and they have a large close out section! Anthony Alexander helped me —a first class gentlemen with great taste and suggestions—go to this place first! Google maps is a disaster getting here—it is at the corner or 183 and Burleson—pre- plan for easy trip here!
We are so lucky to have stumbled upon this gem in Austin! We were in need of all new furniture after relocating and were so excited to find a store filled with sustainably sourced pieces. Well made, solid wood furniture that is not what youd find in big box stores. Fantastic customer service to boot!
We purchased an office chair here a few years ago and it has held up wonderfully...so wonderfully, in fact, we returned to their new location to furnish our new home. You cant beat the quality - everything is beautiful - and the service is even better. Hands down the best place to go in Austin!

2021-05-15Super unique industrial and rustic furniture. Absolutely a place to check out. Lots of variety and averything is available to ship withing 2 weeks, not months. Staff was very nice and helpful. Prices are reasonable and shipping is a flat fee of $120. Lots of parking and easy to find. Definitely NOT your average furniture store. This one has its category of its own. Here you can build your custom slab table (size, color, style etc). You mist visit and see it yourself.

Posting this in case it helps others in their furniture search- wished I would have started here. The furniture is generally modern but easily fits into other design styles.

2020-07-03We originally heard of this place from a few friends who recommended it for unique hand crafted pieces. Wow! We had no idea what we were looking for at first, but Ryan and Hank really helped to guide us through the process of envisioning our home for not just now, but also the future. We ended up making a purchase decision we truly loved. Will be coming back here for years to come and sending family & friends here as well.

2019-04-02If you are looking for versital sustainable wood pieces then look no further because World Interiors has designs and pieces that range from rustic to modern furniture. One step into their show room and youre greeted by the very knowledgeable and friendly Ryan who walks into detail the sourcing of the sustainable wood to the different processes they use to stain it. Whats great is everyone at World Interiors knows and understands how great of a product they have, so its not pushy like other furniture stores. You have time to breathe and take in all the different furniture they have. Anthony was incredibly friendly as well! He helped Ryan showcase different combinations of furniture so that you could get a feel of how things would work with each other. World Interiors exemplifies the keep Austin local, and Ryan and Anthony are champions of that core value. One last thing, if you can get a custom wood piece do so. Theyre truly beautiful!

2022-02-02We really enjoyed working with Ryan and Luis at World Interiors. We purchased a desk, sideboard, and media console. When the desk arrived, we noticed a problem with the base of it and notified Ryan. He brought us a new base within a week. When we realized the sideboard wasnt the right fit for our needs, we worked with Ryan on an alternate solution. Unfortunately, we didnt find one, but fortunately, Ryan allowed us to return the sideboard. Throughout all our shopping, measuring (they have measuring tapes everywhere in their store, which I loved!), and discussing options, Ryan was attentive, helpful, patient and friendly.

2022-02-07Ryan helped me get some replacement hardware for a high-end table we have. Didnt have a clue where to look, and was worried that our table was doomed to never be reassembled. He was super friendly, prompt, and offered a simple solution for us, and now our table has been reassembled and looks great in our living area. Thank you!

2019-12-06I had a great experience at World Interiors. I was looking for a specific type of couch and found them on Craigslist and went to the store to see the sofa. I got lucky and it was on sale as was the chair that went with it.Ryan Howard was incredibly helpful and patient as I probably looked at and asked questions about almost everything in the store. I love how unique and eclectic the pieces are and he knew a lot about all of them.It’s important to me that they use eco-friendly practices, recycled and reclaimed materials, and vegetable dye rather than toxic chemicals, glues, etc. Also, the Mango Foundation plants a tree for every table they sell which is really cool and responsible.If I had endless square footage and budget I’d want almost everything they have there. The live edge work is incredible as are the old teak doors, rugs, artifact-esque art work and really weird (in a good way) book cases and shelves. They are also getting some new pieces in with more color and interesting patterns and designs. Can’t wait to go back and add more pieces over time. This store is very old-school Austin and I love it it will be my go to moving forward.
