I live in an apartment complex that uses this company, this company is a complete joke! Since November of 2020 i have had a severe roach problem and they have been no help! The pest control guy said i had no evidence of roaches and continued to use what i can only assume is a diluted solution because the roaches only got worse! So i had to take matters into my own hands and buy ortho home defense, and what do you know! In less than 24 hrs i had over 50 dead roaches in my apartment! But the guy said i had no evidence of roach activity! So what do i recommend othro home defense! Because its done way more for me than the company ever did!
We contracted them for almost three years and over those years we had automatic payment. However, their account payable department is chaotic they would run our card when ever they remember not monthly as we had agree but after months. A year later, after I terminated their services I get a charge automatic cause they forgot to charge last month. Not even a courtesy call to explain or asked if they can bill. No invoice just a charge. Their technicians are wonderful, but as far as accounts payable department they need to improve and get organized.
My apartment complex has a contract with this company. Why I don’t know. They were supposed to show up and spray inside my building today. After waiting all day….nada. Though they told the office they got all the apartments. HA! Lies!! I don’t know why management continues to pay them for nothing.
Didn’t answer or call back after I left a message, had a “miscommunication” that has resulted in our appointment being canceled twice now in one month (as we live with these pests). We took two days off of work to prep for our service on Friday to be casually told that they will be out on Monday instead. Had to live with a completely deconstructed kitchen all weekend. Not going to hold my breath that they’re coming on Monday.
This company has taken care of my family’s home and yard for 10 years. They are polite, on time, professional and the best part is - we have no pests. George is the reliable, pleasant person who helps with the yard. I always look forward to talking to the front desk staff (hi Kristin!) because they are so helpful and polite. A great business who does good work!
We used this company on a commercial property in New Braunfels for years. Since the pandemic began, trying to get in contact with anyone to get service beyond our contract has been nearly non-existent. We finally sent them our cancellation in August, via USPS and email to all email addresses on file. Not one response. They have continued to service the property, or at least say they have via inspection reports and invoices. We have continued to attempt to get their attention to no avail. They are reading our emails, everyone in my office that has attempted emailing has read receipts on. They just refuse to respond.
The complex I currently reside in uses this company for...whatever they do. My unit has experienced some activity lately and when the worker was called to my unit he handed me sticky traps to set up on my own 🤣 isn’t your JOB TO DO PEST CONTROL??? Pretty trash in my opinion considering all the pest boxes set up outside look YEARS old. I’d never recommend.
We have been using WW Pest Control for a few years. We have had outstanding service by two technicians: Eddie and Timothy. They are both professional, courteous and thorough, and explain what all they will do prior to starting a job. They not only answer our questions, but we learn new things about the lifecycle of bugs and rodents. Timothy has recently serviced our home and he is top-notch professional—very customer service oriented and professional in all aspects of the job. We are happy with the service we receive from WWPest Control. Eddie and Timothy are deserving of recognition for the great work they do!
We have been Worldwide customers for over 12 years and have always found their services to be good. They have eradicated fleas in the back yard, dealt with a raccoon issue, and have kept our home pest free. The only reason I provided them four stars is because their phone appointment staff could be improved, we have notations on our account and often those are not noticed when we call in for support. However, the technicians are always top notch and treat our property with respect.
You know, having lived in several apartments as well as worked in the apartment industry in San Antonio, I can see where most of these negative reviews come from. In fact, if it werent for the last two treatments I had done on my apartment Id be one of them. The difference was the last two times I asked for pest control, the tech left me notes explaining how to help with the roach issue I was having. I found that to be thoughtful and courteous. The first time a note was left explaining a process, to give the initial treatment two weeks and then theyd come back and treat again. They came back and left a note again after treating my apartment suggesting that if it didnt work this time to ask for a specific Roach Clean Out and to ask the office for a sheet for such. That was really nice of my tech to do. This last treatment was thorough. I can see the bait placed in several locations, telling me they took their time and treated my entire apartment. So far the roaches are dropping left and right. Ive never been home to see my tech so Id like to thank them for doing a great job, even if their work is an isolated occurrence with this company. Please continue to do such a good job. I really appreciate your personal concern and effort to help me with these obnoxious roaches. I hope your boss sees this review among all of the negative ones and recognizes you for your efforts. Thank you for helping me. Bless you in all that you do.
Just nowBeen dealing with bed bugs for a couple months now. Every other pest control company says it takes 2 treatments minimum as the pesticide does not kill eggs. Worldwide did the first one, said my follow up was 2 weeks from there and to prepare for a second treatment. So two times now I load up all my pets and travel an hour to stay with family. Coming back the second time, all I see is a note saying No live activity when I was promised a second treatment. What the hell did you guys do? Took a glance around the room and said I was clean? Its commoj sense that it takes two treatments or more and they are not something you just see chilling on the walll. At that point, I was still getting bit and still seeing signs. So my leasing office scheduled another appointment.Now its been almost 5 weeks and I am worried this sorry excuse of a company let too much time pass and we are going to have to start all over.Additionally, the first two times I was able to call and get help right away. The ladies were very sweet and willing to give me an ETA as I was out of town to stay out of the way. This time, I got some rude woman who I think she said her name was Elise. She was constantly telling me she couldnt help me every step of the way, saying shes not allowed to speak to tenants. I explained to her that they never communicate anything to my apartment complex and that Ive called twice without a hassle. She explained she doesnt know who I spoke to but she couldnt give me an ETA and just hung up on me.Unfortunately, if I had a choice I would have ran screaming. I hope residents and apartment companies alike stay away from this place.
Ive lived in 2 different units that had contracts with this company. They refuse to show up outside of their scheduled visits (2 times a month if you are lucky). It took 6 weeks for them to appear for a roach problem, only for them to leave me a note stating they were not given a key to enter. Now I have a rat issue and they think 2 rat traps being checked twice a month will suffice? So I get to look at dead rats for 2 weeks and deal with the maggots and flies that go with it. SHAME ON YOU!
They have a contract with my apartment complex. My apartment has complained about the service so have all the residents. Worst pest control company I have ever came across. I have dealing with no see ums bugs for over a year now. They took over 10 months till they finally sent a manager out to identify the bugs they thought it was bed bugs. Literally seen one of there employees come out with a couple cans of hotshot. The manager came out and said they will have to fog the place for 2 months every other week. 2 months later they have only fogged 1 time. They are not fogging anymore they are back to treating for bed bugs. The lack of communication with this company is amazing.
I usually dont care for my pest control reps because they dont do anything but spray here and there then leave. This time, I had the pleasure of getting Robert Steele and he was a breath of fresh air. He gave pointers, was sincere and useful, sprayed all through the apartment and was really quick. Somebody give that man a raise 🤘🏾🎉
This is the absolute worst company in this industry without a doubt. They cancel scheduled days without letting us know. They show up on days they are not scheduled, and my tenants are not prepared and have their animals in the unit. They also have tried to change our contract without our approval. I never signed anything that stated we had a limited number of units each week. If I have a tenant that requires pest control, they should have the treatment done on Wednesday as scheduled, not Monday or Thursday, but the day service has been scheduled for the last 4 years! I also should not be charged for additional units when I never signed an agreement to that affect. I am very disappointed and have canceled my contract with them....horrible horrible customer service, is not worth saving a few dollars!
Service was less than the bare minimum. Technician was late Frank was very unprofessional he only sprayed what his arm could reach into the kitchen and bathroom and did not spray anything else. Tried to explain to him the issues that I was having and his response was it was gnats which was is not the problem at all. Tried reaching out to Fernando the regional manager to give feedback on the visit and he was just as unprofessional and didnt demonstrate any type of care. This has got to be the worst pest control company in San Antonio. They have been dealing with the bed bug infestation of my apartment for a couple of months now. Theyve treated twice, but for some reason they didnt feel the need to treat the whole apartment the second time, so the infestation just spread to my roommates room. Any worthwhile professional in the industry wouldve understood that this would happen. Now we are preparing for our third treatment.When theyve come to treat the past two times, my roommate and I have both stayed home to make sure they get the correct information about activity of the bugs and where weve seen them. Both times, the pest control technician has been let in to the apartment by the apartment manager, and then proceeded to ignore us and go straight to the rooms to treat.I live in a four bedroom apartment. For both our treatments, the technician has spent less than 10 minutes TOTAL in the apartment to treat. How on earth could anyone thoroughly spray for bed bugs in four bedrooms and the living room in that amount of time?!?!?!?!?!?!They will tell you to expect them anytime between 8-5. Hope you dont have a life and are therefore able to wait around all day for them because thats all the information theyll give you. When they came to inspect the first time, they told us to be ready between 8 and 5. We waited all day for them to come. They showed up to inspect at 4:55, walked up to my bedroom, flipped up the mattress, said yep. thats them, and walked out of the apartment without saying a word to me or my roommate. Awesome service.You are wasting your money by using these people.
Mike Martinez is the tech serving my home since Mike Buonpastore no longer works at WW Pest Control. I continue to be very pleased with the services I receive from this business. They listen to my problems/ concerns pay attention to detail and tell be what the solutions are as well as fix the problem. I have used this company almost as long as I have lived here and I’d highly recommend them for their service. The techs I’ve encountered are highly trained, respectful, show concern for your concern , knowledgeable, and trustworthy. And their pest products work!
Worst company ever to deal with from the top down. Service team, accounting dept, management, technicians... everyone. Medicine placed did not take care of any pests neither outside or inside. When treatment was given and called back for addition service because initial one was not cutting it, was told they’re not allowed too because of company policy. In today’s world of service being the highest priority ever ... this place is a joke. Complete joke on actually wanting to take care of customers. I called several times to try and make it right as well but they just don’t care. Stay far away from this place. Other reviews and their overall low ranking score are very very true!
I had their service for about 2 years. My first appointment I stepped out for 10 mins during the 2 hour window of arrival and I missed the tech. I was of course charged and assured that the tech sprayed around the exterior but not in the interior, and that I would need to schedule that later. I found out they had the wrong address on file and most likely sprayed the wrong residence. They refused to acknowledge that it was possible and again assured me that he had sprayed my house. I let that go since establishing new relationships with some companies can be tough at first, and I a very lenient. I then called and requested only Saturday service since I work Monday through Friday and I didnt want to risk missing the tech again. Every appointment from the second on was scheduled on a weekday with the exception of my last couple. I of course was forced to reschedule this appointment multiple times to actually get a tech to come on Saturday. Every rescheduled time after that was initiated by a phone call by the tech that notified me of his or her presence within 30 mins. Which I was quite fond of to prevent future missed appointments. The last appoint was scheduled for early on a Saturday morning. Since the call had become customary I set my phone on loud and started working on the back side of the house. I walk around front to get a tool and see the tech driving away and note on the door explaining the missed appointment. I called the office to ask why the company had change their previous behavior and to plead for the tech to return only to be met with an unnecessarily rude person on the other end, explaining how I always cancel my appointments and how a phone call is not policy but at the techs discretion. I was then fired as a customer. Please seek other companies for your pest removal needs this one is not people friendly and is more concerned with making money than servicing customers needs.
We have been using their services for over a year now on a maintenance schedule. They always call and remind us of our 3 month check up, schedule, and confirm appointment. I appreciate the 10-20 minute call from my service man before he gets here since I have dogs. Every service man has been friendly and addresses all our issues.
Worldwide services the community I work at. We have never had an issue of them not showing up or pest problems getting worse like some of the other reviews mention. The tech that usually comes is always very nice and respectful of our residents. He is always willing to answer questions and gives informative answers. I believe his name is Ricardo. We have not had the same issue of bad customer service from the techs, they are great. The bad customer service comes from the office. It is impossible to get through to speak with them, we have left several messages in the past and no one has called us back. When you do get them on the phone the sound like you are a burden to speak to.
I never post bad reviews unless it was absolutely awful, and the experience we had with this pest control company was probably worse than that.My apartment has a contract of some sort with Worldwide Pest Control. This year, weve had some issues with roaches. As a result, weve asked for pest control. The roach problem never got better, so we asked for a transfer. When we moved, the lovely pest control man made a comment that we were the only ones in (our building) that had an issue with Roaches, implying that it was our fault that we had this issue. He further implied this by only half treating the apartment, huffing the whole time as if it was a personal affront to him to have to do this, although we have been nice about the situation and only escalated it once it became a huge issue. So, if this was the issue, that he did not believe us, and he believed all along that we were just blowing things out of proportion, or that we were the reason for the roaches (and as far as I know, we are not because of the amount of cleaning and bleach we used to clean to try to get rid of them if it was cleanliness), did he ever treat the apartment? Is that why the problem was only getting worse? Not only did he do this, but he also did not spray the apartment in full, just the kitchen, which is not where the roach problem even was, which we reported that it was mostly in the bathroom and bedroom.So at the end of all of this, it is really not that the pest control didnt work (which it didnt), its the treatment from the man that was actually treating (if he even did) the apartment that we received. Because how dare we report roaches if he believes there is no issue. How dare we make him do his job. If the roaches were actually gone, why would we even need him?Im extremely disappointed in the behavior of this particular man. It was uncalled for, and frankly insulting, to even say that when we have done nothing to you. Why would we have gone through the amount of work we did, had we not had a real problem?
I have used their service for five years and counting. If I ever have an issue with the overall service, timing, level of pest control, etc, I get an immediate response from management. The tech that is assigned to my residential area is always on time and the company in itself can be held accountable.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Dont waste your time or money. Ive had a rat problem in my apartment for 4 months now and theyve done nothing. The one time they did come the tech seemed skeptical that I even had a rat problem despite the fact that I showed him droppings and things that had been gnawed through. Then he INSISTED that the rat was coming from my bedroom despite the fact that all the droppings and anything that had been chewed up was in the kitchen area. All they know how to do is put sticky pads on the ground that wouldnt hold down a feather much less a rat.Oh yeah, and we cant use anybody else because the complex has a contract with them so they can be as lazy as they want and we cant do anything. And believe me, they will totally take advantage of you. They said they would show up yesterday and didnt come until after the complex was closed (after 6!).So yeah, just dont.
Can i leave no stars?!? Literally the worst customer service i have received in a long time. I have done business with this company for almost 2 years. They have told me that i owe for a quarterly service for the interior and exterior of my house. They ONLY did the exterior. Why would i pay for all of it. The person who answered the phone could not tell me what i had if i had a contract or not. i have had them at two different locations and they couldnt tell me if there was a contract or not. The manager got on the phone and acted like she didnt know what was going on and made me tell her all over again. All she could say is the phone call stopped here and the total was owed. So rude.
Horrible service for apartments. They are used at park west apartments, and they dont care. They think by spraying with the basic chemical will get rid of the roaches here. In most cases yes they will, but the roaches are German Roaches. Working for Terminix and knowing the proper way of dealing with them to get the fastest results is something I know how to do. They come in and spend a couple of minutes and leave. There is no follow up to see the progress to determine the next course of action. These guys are garbage and only want money and dont care how tje service is.
Do not waste your money!! They were hired to spray inside & outside my home. They were only on my property for 2 minutes! They came inside, left the door wide open! They were suppose to lay down sticky pads, as so requested. They didnt do that. They never sprayed outside at all! Lazy workmanship!!! I only know all this because I have cameras. They thought they would get away with this but they will not!
You think all the customer complaints are bad wait til you work here . First off they don’t tell you about them taking 800$ out of your first paycheck due to (training) and tell me why they take out so much if (training) is nothing but you sitting in a room all day watching videos on a tablet, and about they 800$ they don’t tell you about that they hide that . Also i was laid off so they made me sign a paper right as I turned my stuff in the paper said that i quit which isn’t true it’s is total bs . And now that payday comes they took all my money and I’d diddnt get paid anything . 3 weeks working there and I diddnt get not a single dime out of it . This company is a total scam I do not recommend there sevices and I honestly do not recommend working here ever. Unless you want to waste your time and money
I have had 2 appointments this month. No one has shown up for either one. I call the office and they tell me that a Supervisor Brandon will call me back. Very unprofessional Im getting ready to contact BBB on them. This company is ridiculous. Save your money and time.
We had a great experience with there technician John Z. He took his time to explain the chemicals being used and why he was recommending them. John took his time and covered all the areas and our insect problems were eliminated within a day. I would highly recommend Worldwide Pest Control.
The first time I was notified via letter by my complex I tried to get the apartment for myself and kids ready. Tried multiple times to get an ETA and couldnt. After this time ny outdoor items were rifled through. Had to reschedule, they came early and rushed us out. I got back to a ransacked apartment. I am livid!!!
I have been working with Worldwide now for 10 years and it is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. This is still a family owned company and the employees here actually care. Sure every company is going to have a problem here or there but this company will own up to it and do what it takes to make things right. Looking forward to another 10 years. My apartment complex uses them and while the complex policies suck, Nicholas V. that services Melia Apartments is an amazing, professional, squared away guy. Answers all of our questions and gives tips to help alleviate problems. If I need pest control, Ill be using Worldwide and requesting Nicholas every time.

This is absolute non-sense to maliciously attack WWPC (your former employer) that gave you multiple opportunities to make changes in your attitude and performance. Our customers deserve to have a happy and welcoming Technician and this is what WWPC WILL deliver.
Horrible always say their coming then never show, tech said I didnt have bedbugs. I took pictures to prove it then they were like oh yea those are bedbugs. They were reluctant with giving prices and never answer their phone until after 5 and say oh itll be tomorrow and they keep saying the same thing. Then I received the instructions of what to do at 11pm at night and they were suppose to come that morning.
Sanctuary Loft Apartments bat removal is their latest fiasco. They used urethane spray foam to seal up bats in parking garage expansion joints. Problem is, all the bats had not left yet. Possible killing many bats. Read kxan news report. Applying spray urethane foam is a lazy mans way to fix a complex problem
Update: I had to call them to reschedule the service for the one they charged us ahead... The good thing is they did... but still not a good experience.SUPER BAD SERVICE!!!!!! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE CALL!!! SENT BILL BEFORE COMPLETE THE SERVICE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
I worked here for 5 years..I can assure you all the negative reviews are spot on and most of the positive reviews are people that work there..I have never worked for such a unprofessional company in my life..Management has no clue and treat employees unfairly..They use the cheapest chemicals available..If you work apts you only do kitchen and bathroom and are in and out in 5 minutes..Customer service is the worst..Most of my customers had no clue I was coming when I showed up..Save your hard earned money for a reputable company!!!
Ive contemplated over the last year in providing my review but only until recently that Ive had close friends or clients approach me about issues that was very concerning to me. Needless to say I wasnt happy about what transpired. However I will start off with my early years and move on from their. Employed by this company since 2005 with exception of last year due to an injury. Ive worked with all 3 owners and have different opinions for each. This is not a woman owned company since 1985 !!! I worked for the original owner Mr. Lee Morrison and I can honestly say he was a good man and he expressed his devotion to customer service every time I had the privilege of working for him . I will move from his era onto the next owners ( inherited family ) next, stay tuned. During my work experience with Mr. Morrison until he passed 2009 he was very active in the company. One thing he was very adamant about was taking care of the customer. Priority #1 was making sure the customers were always cared for , from the office and definitely from service technicians in the field . After he passed his widow took over and her family took over after a bit of legal stuff going on. Now moving forward i will not mention names just for respect but when I reveal my experiences with this new ownership and family I think some consumers will know whom I am speaking about. TBC...Working for the new owners certainly revealed what their business plans were. Customer service was not high on the list of priorities. The new general manager was nowhere near capable of running the show , ( fired by original owner back in the day ) and was more of a Im gona tell you how it is versus let me show you how wwpc can help with your pest needs. It was also no secret that everyone and I mean everyone from other managers to technicians that this gm had no clue how to convey to clients any simple application method to clients. Regardless of any department he was referring to and if his name was brought up in conversation to clients or prospective clients it was rare to get anything positive said about him. I guess the one thing that rang true to all employed at this point in time was the ( heir apparent) who had such little regard for this company and even less for clients. Countless times I heard from managers that had to cover for , correct and just flat out give away services because proposals were done incorrectly or just haphazardly. On one occasion I had a property manager tell me that this ( heir ) was so rude and disrespectful that they no longer want him on premises., and when I approached him to find out what happened, he merely shrugged it off and said f*** that ***** she told me I needed to get her a proposal right away and demanded it or she would call office to complain Well we all new what that meant , calling the office to complain about him was just a way to not send him out their again. I cant tell you how many properties banned him from showing up for any work , sad part was people were so shocked that he was part of the new owners family. So when I asked other managers for assistance or how to handle reporting this problem it was always the same response, why bother nothing will be done about it just try to calm the property manager down and resolve the issue as best you can. The apartment complex where I live hired them to fumigate the apartment they sent not an exterminator they sent a thief who entered the apartment not only to fumigate the thief took clothes that I had given to my wife and only that he took We also reported my clothes to the complex and called the company directly and they never responded for them, demanding receipts which we did not have on hand since they were gifts that we gave each other they are responsible I was not the only one injured the same they did in others apartment therefore I do not recommend hiring the services of this company because not only do they fumigate your apartment because believe me not only the cockroaches will disappear, your clothes will also disappear.

2022-06-28I manage a property in New Braunfels, Texas. I have used this company for well over 8 years. Recently I received a phone call asking if I received the new service agreement, and that my costs are going up. They said they sent it through e-mail, we did not receive it. I received another phone call asking if we were going to sign it and return it, at that time they sent it to us via e-mail. They gave me 10 days to respond or our service will be put on hold. The service technicians at Worldwide have been wonderful, very responsive and they have a good product. We have never had an issue with bugs of any kind and I think its because we are serviced monthly in each unit. My problem is that 10 days to sign or be put on hold is very unprofessional, considering we have been a long standing customer who pays our bills on time. I get that prices have to go up due to inflation, to sustain a business. I feel like I have been bullied into signing a new contract allowing me only 10 days to look for service elsewhere.I would suggest next time that the sales rep make an appointment, and present himself in the office with a new contract and explain what is going on. It would have gone much smoother, and Ive never even met him!

2022-06-03Our apartment complex is contracted through them. They are not friendly at all. Rude and act like they hate there job. The last guy we had yesterday I asked “ can I move the fridge so you can spray?” He replied no. He didn’t barley spray at all. I wouldn’t recommend them. Apartment complex we live at has German roaches . World wide can’t seem to get rid of them. Don’t think they know how to or something. But terrible service& quality.

2022-09-12The Apartment complex I reside at uses this pest control company and I’m just not sure if my apartment is being treated effectively. Especially now,I was scheduled to have my unit treated on Friday which has been an on going thing every two weeks for 2-3 mos. now trying to rid our unit of the roach problem currently at hand before it gets any worst. The technician was taking awhile and so I called the Front Office to see if I the tech was running behind schedule and I was told by the assistant manager that the technician had already left the property. So I informed the Assistant manager that our unit had not been treated. She then asked me to hold on for a minute while she checked the tenant log and the technician had signed off on our unit meaning the unit was treated. Not while we were home it wasn’t…I’m very glad I called the front office because I now know what I’d suspected all along. Our apartment has not been treated effectively by a company that is getting paid to do so. I don’t like or appreciate dishonest people and I won’t allow them in our home I will find a solution to this minor roach problem but you just got made.

2022-06-20This company is unprofessional, do not show up on time, and will lie to you and your apartment complex managers about the services they do to get paid more.We asked one of their techs if they could deal with a roach problem, they replied no, because roaches come from the outside, we cant do anything about that. Oh yeah? Did you know all bugs come from the outside? Guess you cant deal with any bugs at all, ever.They also sprayed during an ant infestation and it just made the problem worse. This company doesnt know how to deal with pests, they are bad at their own job, and I know the reason they get so much business from the cheaper apartments around town, its because they are the lowest bidder.This company is full of scam artists and if there is a good tech unfortunately working for them, I am sorry to you, but you are not the majority.

2022-07-22Everyone at worldwide pest control was super polite and professional. They came in and serviced my home quickly and quietly and were kind to my family. I definitely recommend them.

2022-09-13The exterminator knocked and walked off. Came back after we went down to the office to get him to do is his job, which he refused to do. He did come back up but he banged on the door. We stayed positive. Asked him to put on footies over his shoes he was rude about that threw down the spray to put them on. Then he proceeded to half spray and do his job. He actually did nothing. Then when he left he held on to the door you know how you hold it, to spam it and slammed the front door, which led to a confrontation. You dont come into someones home being rid and bringing bad energy. If your job is to enter peoples home have members and customer service. He is never entering my apartment again. Ill never forget him. It was a horrendous experience and I have a I ill mother whom he chose to get rude with as well. I wish I could never use this company again.

2022-06-11The workers at this company do not know what they’re doing. The managers at world wide don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t know how to run a company. I’ve talked to one of the workers that serviced my house, he told me that the trucks are old, AC doesn’t work, they give him way too much work, and when he doesn’t take a lunch they get mad, but when he doesn’t finish his work they get mad as well.

2022-06-11World wide pest control is known for stealing. Their techs are not trained for the job, and they know nothing about the chemicals they are applying. Just last year one of their old workers put on their shirt and asked random houses if they wanted pest control, and when they allowed him to enter he then robbed them.

2022-06-13This company is the worst ever service giving company I saw in my life. I never recomend this to anybody to use them as a roach cleaning company. If there is possilty I would give them -ve stars.
