The hotel is not the place to get a good night rest due the paper-thin walls and floors. Every foot step, door sliding, luggage rolling, cough could be heard from the neighbors above. The furniture looks nice, but its cheaply made. The beds were like sleeping on a pull out sofa.Too bad because the hotel is newly constructed.
Mmmm. So close. This place is new, and the design / layout of the suites is great. Its clean, and it has lots of potential. HOWEVER, our fire alarm went off in the early morning (not a little beeper, but a loud screaming thing) and while we prepared to evacuate, it stopped. So I called the front desk and the girl said what unit are you in? Oh, yea it does that sometimes. Also, please note that the indoor pool is NOT heated in any way. And breakfast is a goody bag youll need to ask for at the desk because the kitchen isnt in service. All of these things fixed, its a five star experience.
I wish that I could rate this as zero stars. I was not satisfied with the stay. We booked and paid for 3 nights. We had taken the used towels down in the a.m before we left. So when we got back we asked the evening clerk for towels. My husband went to the desk the young lady went to the back. It took her awhile. Other guests had came in. My husband called the card with the Manager number on it. It rang to the front desk. So when she came back to the front. She said to my husband and my 17 year old daughter and other guest that she was human and that she was on her period. Not professional at all. This is what the mattress looked like that my daughter was supposed to sleep on. We will never return again.
ALL I KNOW IS THEY OVERPAID FOR THE BUILDING TO BE BUILT....it was lopsided. It cracked me up. Definitely purchase the cheapest deal online because its not worth the asking price. I get they abide by covid rules throughout for the brand but Ol faithful down the way gave us more attention than this place with breakfast and fresh coffee. LOLThey dont clean and replenish. You have two people staying in the room and they give you cheap towels enough for just one person. Our breakfast was bagged and I died when they didnt trust I needed two breakfasts for two people. LOLThe staff had an attitude. lolI accidentally locked myself out of my room they wouldnt help me. LOLI sat downstairs till my friend came back. LOLThe place cracked me up, its a beautiful place but its falling apart. Would I come back? Heck yeah..... $63 a night is worth it. LOL
My husband live in college station and I made a reservation for my 25 year old son and his 23 year old fiancée to give them a break from parenting a toddler (we were keeping him for them) but keep them close to their son. I went to pay (this was a gift) and checked in to a king suite that sleeps 4. I gave my drivers license that showed my College Station address, as did my address used for booking. The attendant was pleasant and stated she would make keys to give them when they arrived. My future DIL happens to be Hispanic and also has a Hispanic last name and a College Station address. My son, a small business owner in town, just lost his wallet a day prior and was in the process of getting all new identification, cards, etc.The Attendant on staff when the couple arrived, turned them away from a booked, paid room that was already checked in because she had a local address. That was the excuse given. The couple decided to leave, embarrassed and she was very upset.I called immediately, 1. Asking for my money back and 2. to find out what this Attendant was thinking doing such a thing. He told me that they do not allow ANYONE with a local address stay in their hotel, it’s a long standing policy. I advised I’ve had my same local address throughout this process but ok, can I get a written copy of that policy. He said he did not have a written copy. He said it comes from the corporate manager. I stated, well the there must be a written policy. He said no but I could leave a message with his hotel manager. I did that and I’ve emailed the corporate headquarters as well. Just know if you are local and older and an address in a nice neighborhood you can check in no problem. But if you are young, live in a neighborhood you can afford and Hispanic. You are not allowed to check in, per our personal experience.Paula Murphy
This was our second stay in a year at this hotel. The first time was wonderful. The second time not so much. We were given room 321 on the third floor, at the end of a hallway, right next to a stairwell. The positive was the ice and vending was just across the hall. But upon entering the room, after we unpacked, there were tiny bugs crawling on the counter by the sink by the front door. Not ants. Not sure what they were but they were there all weekend even after I kept killing them. The worst was there was some baseball event going and the hotel was fully booked with a LOT of baseball kids. 4 of them started running up and down the stairwell from 4th floor to our floor, swinging the door open and letting it slam while they ran through the halls only to return to do the same thing. I confronted them nicely asked them to keep it down as we were there for goat showmanship camp and had to be up by 6am. They apologized, but it continued for another hour. Me, my husband and my son were exhausted and ready for bed because it was approaching 10pm and I waited just outside my door because I could hear them coming down the stairs stomping/running. As soon as he opened the door he looked like a deer in headlights and tried to say it wasnt them and it was the people above us playing loud music. No...it was them. I was more stern and told them if I kept hearing them I was calling the front desk on them. It was quiet for about 15 min but they started again. My husband went down to complain to the man at the desk who basically said they would look in to it but theres really nothing they can do. So we laid in beds listening to them slamming the stairwell door and running up and down the stairs for about 30 more minutes before I guess they went to bed. The second night was better with no running and slamming at all. But still the tiny bugs were there. I will say I LOVE their bed. It has to be THE best mattress Ive slept on in a hotel. Will we stay again, probably. But no plans in the future to be up that way again since my son is graduating next year.
My bf booked a hotel room for me when I came to visit college station. We got to the front desk and was turned away because he had a local driver license address. Okay cool. I asked if i could book with my i.d and the front desk girl told us no. I said i am not a local so why cant i book it. She ignored my question and told me to take it up with management. My bf asked for managers number and she refused to give it to us. We asked for a supervisor and she said theres not point in arguing with her because we cant stay here and she doesnt know why besides the fact that he has a college station address. I am beyond appalled and on top of it strongly feel we were also racially profiled. I have never experienced such awful customer service like this in my life.
Discriminatory, perplexing and awful experience. Wanted to stay here for a staycation, but the front desk clerk said that the hotel policy is to not serve locals. The clerk said it was because “locals in College Station trash our rooms.” What? We are a clean, quiet and respectful couple in our 40’s, not a bunch of frat boys. This is discriminatory conduct, and treatment I might expect at a no-tell motel in the 1950’s, not a Wyndham! I called Wyndham’s corporate number and they said they “have no control over the policies of their franchisee”. No control? That does not sound like any franchise agreement I have ever heard of. I will never stay at a Wyndham again, since they apparently do not care about their franchise owner’s illegal conduct.
Let me just say, this hotel has wonderful decor and a sleek-modern design. However, it is being ran as poorly as possible.I arrived to check in and was in line behind a man who was arguing with the front desk clerk. Apparently, the hotel does not take debit cards as a means to hold or pay for a room. This man stayed here last week and didn’t have this issue, to which the clerk responded, “this just changed”. They only accept credit cards to which the clerk stated that she was told to not swipe or accept debit cards from her manager from “corporate”. When people throw around those phrases, I automatically assume poor practices at the owner-level ( this is not a corporate location and is operated by an LLC out of Houston). When it was my turn I ran into the same issue. She stated that she had already turned away a couple families and that they weren’t allowed to accept locals as customers. I explained that I had fulfilled booking through a third party and used my debit card without any knowledge of the “credit card policy” that is “new” despite the sign stating the effective date as over a year old (also interesting). She began to explain that it’s not their fault and that it wasn’t up to them to keep updated information through a third party (despite the fact that they have everything else updated).Luckily, I have credit cards to use and so I was forced to do so. The desk clerk began to state that “corporate” doesn’t like working with families and would rather take the construction workers as temporary tenants because they have company credit cards and it’s “guaranteed” money but that she didn’t know how credit cards worked?I casually began a conversation of legality to which the bartender casually stepped into the picture and began to ask me to explain and clarified that he didn’t think I knew what I was talking about (mildly ironic and insulting). Once I explained the forceful use of credit cards for bookings through third parties and that if they could not fulfill their stay (if a family did not have a credit card), they would be forced to pay a full night’s cost to cancel, thus paying the hotel whether they stayed or not. He then smirked and said, “I don’t know man, I just work here”. Needless to say, this beautiful hotel is backwards in ownership and extremely unprofessional.I will not be staying here again and would expect a lawsuit to arise in the near future. The man in front of me had to pay a %20 fee for using his credit card on top of the cost itself.Aggies never lie, cheat, or steal or tolerate those that do.
We arrived in the early hours of the morning and told them we were arriving late as flight had been delayed . When we got to the hotel there was a young man on reception who clearly was new at the job as his body language and the way he was responding to us was evident if his lack of customer service skills . The other guy who was more experienced decided to train this young man to our debris’s we had already spent 13 hours traveling and did not need 45 mins just to be checked into a hotel because they decided to train this guy on the job instead of preparing him in advance before exposing him to the public . This is worrying as a first impression for any guest . The hotel itself is very clean, good size rooms , staff very helpful but if you are a diabetic and can’t eat pork breakfast is a total disaster. Apart from the eggs on offer with no toast whatsoever you are not going to be able to enjoy any of the items as they as very sugar friendly items . No bran flakes , yoghurt, oats, whole meal products like bread or anything . I did give feedback to the “ food catering manager “ but was not assured at all . We travel all over the world and have lived in different continents and I have to say catering managers are usually trained to serve food fit for different groups of people not just focused on one type of audience . Not asking for much to say replace one of the cake items with a loaf of whole meal bread. Provide some apples , natural yoghurt which are not expensive items. It’s about choice to suit customers nothing to do with special diets. Pork Pattie’s everyday can be easily be replaced by beef or Turkey sausages now and again and it takes away the monotonous breakfast daily. Nothing is complimentary you charge the prices you do . It’s factored into the prices you charge so don’t make it look like you are giving away something for nothing .
Samantha is the worst employee, her attitude should NOT be accepted by the Wyndem Garden Hotel. Management should definitely have her train in community service because it does not reach up to par. The stay here and living arrangements is great but please invest in new employees. Thanks!
Horrible customer service. Front desk (Samantha) was very rude and argumentative. Seemed like she wanted to have the last word for everything. Couldn’t explain to us why I a 31 year old couldn’t book a room and have my niece of 18 years old stay with me just because her words “her guardian s aren’t with her” but I Am her guardian for the next days. I still do not understand. And threatened us to call the cops to be escorted out when all we wanted was a room and a clear explanation of the rules. Because as far as I know past 21 you are considered and adult. Moving hands all over the place, hitting her hands one close in a fist, and raising your voice just because you’ve had a long day doesn’t make it acceptable and doesn’t make you right. Advice, hire someone with customer service experience who is not a child, knows how to explain herself and the rules of the hotel and has RESPECT!
A was trying to book a hotel for my girlfriend that was coming from out of town and I was told that I couldn’t book a room because I was a local. My girlfriend then asked if she could just book it herself and she was also told that she could not stay here. The front desk girl was extremely rude and unprofessional, she would not give me a number or information for the on site supervisor, manager, or general manager, I feel like we were racially discriminated. I will NEVER stay at Wyndham Garden after this experience, and I would advise everyone else to be cautious when booking with them.
We stayed here for whoopin weekend and it was by far one of the cleanest and modern hotels ! They breakfast is delicious and they’re super cautious about cleaning your hotel while you are away, of course you can avoid it by putting a small sign but other than that i recommend staying here if you’re visiting a loved one in college station :)
Room was spacious and clean. Besides the pool not being usable because of the temperature, we went downstairs this morning to find we had missed breakfast. The website said it was served until 10:30. Turns out it was closed at 9. Wish we were told this at check in. The shower door and the door connecting the bedroom to the bathroom were off their tracks and could not be opened properly.
Stayed here for the first time not knowing where it was located. Pleasantly surprised of location. Rooms were perfect size with plenty of room and very clean! Loved the supply of plenty of towels! Staff so kind and accommodating. Even enjoyed the bar downstairs for a bit. Definitely will keep coming back and staying here! Thank you!
There is only two stars because I enjoyed the location and how beautiful it was inside.I called previous to arrival about the diner and breakfast and was ensured it would be available. When we got there we were told there was a “grab and go” breakfast. No diner. The breakfast only included water, granola bar, a muffin and gummies. Their choices for buy-able foods and sodas were slim to none. Not even any other water bottles available but what we received in the grab and go the next morning. Ice machine was out of service, too. Our room had half used toiletries. Not too worried as we got in late and weren’t going to use them. We needed to pull out the sofa bed so I called the front desk for blankets, which they said they MAYBE could provide sheets. There was not a guarantee. Definitely no blankets. My husband got angry and “magically” a very small blanket and sheets was available. There was an AC unit in the room locked on 66 degrees and the sofa bed was right in front of it. So our guest on the couch was freezing at night, but there was no airflow to the actual bedroom, which stayed incredibly warm all night. The lack of “customer service” from the worker at night and the worker in the afternoon is amazing. They couldn’t even fake it like most do. The worker when we checked out around 7am was kind and accommodating.
Our stay was excellent enough that we rushed to book our next stay to ensure availability. The rooms are clean, comfortable and trendy. The lobby is huge, gorgeous and clean. Breakfast crew keeps set up well stocked. They’re extremely welcoming and cater to guests. Highly recommend.
Excellent hotel! Fabulous breakfast!! The coffee is a local brew and was amazing. Great attention to detail overall . The service was impeccable… friendly and courteous. Room was the perfect size, space, and design. Tim, the general manager, ensured that everything was running smoothly and he was knowledgeable and friendly! The bartender was great the first night of stay. This is our new spot when visiting Aggieland!!!
My family of 3 stayed in this hotel during the first game weekend of the 2021 football season. The room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable for us. The front desk staff was helpful throughout our stay. The hot breakfast was excellent both mornings with plenty of options and good coffee. We would gladly stay here again in the future.
I’m currently here and my only complaint and reason for 3 stars is the pool is FREEZING. I specifically booked this hotel for the indoor pool to give my daughter a fun weekend, and she can’t even swim in it because it is like dipping in an ice bucket. I wouldn’t even swim in it if it was outside on a 100 degree day, it’s so cold it hurts. I would have stayed elsewhere if I would have known the pool wasn’t heated whatsoever. What’s the point of an indoor pool if the water isn’t even a decent temperature?
Advertised breakfast but turned out to be only on weekends. Waited 2 hours for a luggage cart when leaving but finally hand carried everything to my car. Loved room layout but furniture was cute, not comfortable. Very clean and staff friendly. Elevators very responsive. Ice machines at far end of hallway instead of a central location. Plenty of parking spaces, including handicapped.
I chose this hotel because it was new and conveniently located. There were no key cards when we first arrived, they were waiting on UPS to make a delivery. This meant that the front desk had to walk everyone to their rooms to let them in. It was inconvenient but not terrible and the manager did the best he could. The room was nice, I like the laminate floors instead of nasty carpet. The bed was very comfortable. There was no noise from neighbors or the floor above but we clearly heard everything going on in the hall, due to a large gap under the door. We had to put a towel there to muffle it. For being a new hotel, my expectations were not really met. There were barely any outlets in the room and only one side of the bed had USB ports to charge. The shower was odd, the silicone in the corners was smeared and very visible. The stone was not cut well and you could see the marks and a thick line of grout where they miscut and had to fill. There was no laundry, and the business center had nothing but a desk. That may be due to covid, no explanation was given. Overall it is a decent hotel but a little pricier than it should be.
This is a special occasion for us as our 3rd and youngest child is finishing up his time in College Station soon. We love College Station, and this hotel is a blessing! I had the pleasure of meeting Isaac, Brittany, and Tim during check-in and throughout our stay. We were with a group that reserved 4 rooms together. Each morning we were met with smiles and gratitude. The breakfast tacos were amazing, and we also had the pleasure of meeting Tim & Dan while helping everyone and talking about the new hotel. I worked in the hotel industry for 30+ years, and I can tell you this staff is amazing. It takes a lot to impress me since my background is in this industry, however they did it. After eating breakfast on Sunday, I found out that Tim and Dan are the General Manager and Director of Sales. Man! I just love the leadership team at the hotel. They are in it to win it as they are leading by example, and I love this type of management. You do not find this type of dedication often anymore. The hotel was spotless and had all safety procedures in place. There were sanitizer stations available and the staff always wore masks which isn’t necessary to me, but I understand safety first. Our entire party felt safe. I also met one of the housekeepers; I think the Manager Karen maybe. She brought me extra towels and was very friendly and gave us great suggestions on places to grab lunch. I can’t wait to be back for football this fall. My family and all of our friends will be booking with you, and we will also let everyone in the alumni organization that we speak to know this is the place to stay in College Station moving forward. We are excited to try the restaurant and bar when we’re back in the fall. I know how much reviews mean to a new hotel, and I will be adding my comments everywhere I can. You absolutely have a winner on your hands with this property.See you soon.
We came on a very busy weekend, it was one of the only hotels in the area that still had vacancies. Even though it wasnt our first choice it was far from disappointing. The staff was kind and helpful, the rooms were incredibly spacious. The mini soaps they provide are cruelty-free? Ive never seen that in a hotel before. We did not have time to explore the amenities but we will be back.
Excellent choice - great value. The room was just what we needed for our last-minute overnight stay - everythings NEW - sparkling clean and neat! It was quiet even for us, used to out-in-the-country nights; the king-sized bed was both firm and comfortable, and the big walk-in shower made it almost as pleasant as being at home. Front desk staff (Tom in the afternoon and Brittany the next morning) and housekeeing folk were all Texas-friendly and helpful. Well be back, and will highly recommend this place to friends and family.
We’ve stayed at this location every home game weekend and are always impressed with the staff, cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel. Usually we stay at more expensive type hotels and this one is by far a great deal $ wise and get just as good of a room and service here. The hotel seems new as well! Always a plus!
Very clean and comfortable hotel with all the expected amenities. Sheets, towels, and rooms were well kept and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodations were as advertised. Well decorated and located a short drive down Texas Ave from A&M for the College Station area. Indoor pool was also clean but a bit chilly, my only recommendation would be to get a heater for the pool pump.
Nice clean rooms, we arrived on a Sunday, we were looking to hang at the hotel bar to find out it wasnt open, and didnt open until Wednesday. When it opened on Wednesday it was a huge game changer, bar tender Dave was absolutely awsome. Great time. Hotel front desk Issac was great as well gave us a lot if tips for good places in the area to check out. Will stay again.
Sorry I did not take pictures of the room but it’s a roomy king size bedroom. There were lots of extras but breakfast was a total let down. The extras are microwave, fridge, coffee machine, tea, huge flat screen TV open closet with hangers. Free WiFi pool and a very cool workout room.
We stayed at the Wyndham on March 13th. When we arrived at 7pm, we were met out front by the receptionist smoking a cigarette. She came inside and told us our room wasnt ready. Apparently they were over booked and behind on cleaning. We agreed to let her call us when the room was ready. We went to wander around Target and returned 30 minutes later. She claimed shed called us 4 times (zero missed calls on my phone) and our room was ready. She gave us our keys and sent us on our way. When we got to our room, there was a do not disturb sign. We dismissed it, thinking that the cleaners were in a hurry and missed it. The room, however was clearly occupied. We promptly shut the door and headed downstairs to inform the receptionist. She was clearly flustered and carried on saying that she knew that was the room number the janitorial staff had given her. She quickly assigned us a new room (this one unoccupied thankfully) and we were on our way. When we checked out in the morning the entire environment was different. The staff was professional and welcoming. It was a much better impression than our first impression, but I would not recommend this hotel at this time.
I never stayed I booked March 2021 Due to my husband passing away I was planning on leaving to get away so that I could just think and try and breath. I called the day before to explain the emergency situation where I had to meet with attorney regarding my husband, the lady whom answered the phone assured me it would be ok. A few weeks later I noticed the funds for the stay were debited from my card. Ive tried working this out with the hotel no avail I was told a manager would contact me on several occasions that never happened.I was told that the system automatically checks you in whether you check in or not.i believe this is unfair to the consumer who did not check in because they are still able to rent the room out and get paid twice.Im a widow with a special needs child whom I am a full time caregiver to I so not have money to throw away .I really hoped this issue could have been resolved but unfortunately it has not.
They did not have our room ready until 10pm and still have not received a discount to this day. The person that checked us in did not know what she was doing. I got the ole “the general manager is in a meeting” excuse both times that I called back. We were also doubled charged. We went thru hotels.com and the hotel charged us again. They did manage to finally straighten that out. Also, this is the first hotel I have ever stayed where the shower has no ledge, shelf or whatever to sit your shampoo etc. ridiculous! I would stay clear of this place.
I arrived in desperate immediate need of a room with my newborn baby because of a leak at my home. I was turned down because I am a local resident. I was carring all of our things just to get turned around. I could MAYBE understand if it was a busy weekend or nearly booked however the front parking wasn’t nearly even full!! How can you turn someone away?? I was told I could talk to a manager without even asking then I said sure that’ll be great I’d like to know why then the person up front let me know I’d have to call in the morning to find out why. RIDICULOUS!
The hotel itself was nice and clean, but the guy at the front desk messed up when we were trying to check in. Instead of showing that we had arrived for our reservation, he booked us a whole new room, resulting in my card being charged twice, once for the room we stayed in and once for never showing up for the reservation.
My wife had made reservations at the Wyndham gardens in Bryan Tx, for the Fourth of July 2022. We needed an ADA accessible room, for myself (lower amputee), and my wife who was wheelchair bound, and was due for spinal surgery the following morning, and had drove in from the temple area. My wife had talked to two people from the hotel that morning and they had reassured her it was an accessible room with a roll in shower with bench, which the website also showed as well. After arriving and entering the room we found that there where no grab bars for the toilet, no grab bars in the shower, no shower bench, no hand held shower head, and a normal shower with a two to four inch lip. We contacted the front desk and talked to them about our problems with the room, and asked if the hotel had a portable shower chair we could use. Which they did not. After which we called another local hotel that was able to check a room for us and confirmed they had a room with what we needed. We returned to the lobby to speak with the receptionist about getting our money back. The receptionist was willing to refund us, and when talking to my wife made us feel like the manager already knew how the room was and didn’t care about our concerns. When I tried to explain to the receptionist why the room wasn’t ADA accessible, and shouldn’t be labeled as one. The receptionist stated it wasn’t her problem and she didn’t care repeatedly as she backed away from the counter, as if she was looking to leave.

2022-07-10Great stay! The room was super comfortable. It was quiet the whole time. The bar was great. David was super helpful and friendly. The only complaint was that the room was only cleaned once while we were there for the 10 nights. The room wasn’t “dirty” but fresh sheets and towels would have been nice. Will stay here again though!

2022-03-13Last time I stayed at this property it was a solid 4 stars. The only issue I had was that the pool was closed early because of some rowdy kids, but we didn’t really have time to swim anyway, so it wasn’t too big of a deal. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and genuinely looked forward to our next stay. The reason for my 1 star review at this time is that I was turned away from the hotel for being a local resident. I was so shocked by this (since we had stayed before) that we asked to speak with a manager. The general manager was not at the hotel (Sunday) and did not answer when the front desk agent called. Not only is this a lousy policy, the customer service dealing with the problem was not adequate. I had prepaid the room online and had to call the third party to call the hotel to get a refund. Then I had to start over and make a new reservation at a different hotel. I won’t mention the drama caused by my 3 children who were looking forward to their vacation. We got to a decent hotel and checked in no problem. The children have recovered and will never stay here again. But that is what Wyndham wants, so I guess everyone is happy now.

2022-04-03I’m so happy I found this hotel!! My husband and I stayed here for 15 nights. (Yes, that much) and let me tell you I’m looking forward to my next business trip to stay here again. Rooms were spacious, very clean, and with a comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious, forget about waffles and cereal like others hotels do. This breakfast was pretty yummy, like a buffet type. And they change what they offer, is not always the same. On Thursdays they offer a delicious dinner (fajitas and loaded potatoes) awesome😋.So grateful with kitchen staff (Maria and Manuel) were so nice to us, always caring about everything. They made us feel like home. Always with a smile in their faces. Very kind persons. Also excellent service from the bartender, super kind too.I’m not the kind of person that writes reviews, but this hotel totally worth it.Thank you!!

2021-12-05We stayed here for a wedding after Thanksgiving with our young children and had the best stay! The room was very clean and spacious! The door between the couch pull out room and the main bedroom was so nice. The kitchenette was also a nice surprise! I liked having a sink as well as microwave and mini fridge. Isaac was very attentive and helpful! The hotel was decorated for Christmas and we took cousin pics by the fireplace- the weekend continental breakfast was wonderful as well! We didn’t have a single complaint! I would happily stay here again!

2022-04-04Great place to stay and the rates were very reasonable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great breakfast buffet and the coffee in the lobby was delicious. Only thing that could have made it better was if they had flavored creamers available, instead of just half n half.

2022-04-19I travel a lot to many hotels and most of the front desk agents are a pain to deal with. Samantha at the front desk was attentive and made checking in very easy. Anytime I walked into the lobby she asked how everything was; making this a very cozy environment. Everything is very clean and accommodations were great. I will be coming back.

2021-11-29Absolutely could not be happier with our stay here. The room was great size very clean everything worked no problem. The pool was very clean also the fitness are . Breakfast was amazing very nice selection. Plenty of parking and location is perfect. The best part is the amazing staff expecially Isaac. He was absolutely incredible. If we needed something he helped us and was so friendly. Even of a holiday weekend he had a smile on and was ready to make your stay perfect. We stay at a lot of different hotels each year and have had good experiences. This was by far the best. Thank you Isaac and the rest of the staff. Because of what yall do we will be back for sure.

2022-01-29Always a great experience. David the bartender was amazing definitely made this experience better. Took care of us at the bar and had a lot of knowledge about the surrounding areas and night life. 100% recommend this hotel brand go talk to David at the bar for the inside scoop in college station!

2022-06-29Honestly very nice hotel. I just this one at random before coming to College Station for the first time so I was a little nervous about it. Room was super clean, hotel design is very modern but not cheap-feeling, and David at the bar is probably the best part- he’s awesome!

2022-07-06This hotel is clean and conveniently located. Samantha was working at the front desk when we checked in and is such a sweetheart and super helpful. She was great with us and I saw her dealing kindly with a rude guest while also having to answer phones! She deserves a raise and I hope she’s working when we check in next time!
