Cool shop with a nice selection of local glass pieces. Owner and staff are also dope. Highly recommend giving them some business!
Ben was amazing helping us pick out a vape pen in our budget while being honest with us about the pros n cons of each one. We came back because we had trouble figuring out how to use it (newbies!) and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly and taught us what we needed to know. I will recommend this place because of him and will return for more goodies soon!
Horrible and rude staff!!!-tried kicking us out when we were just about to get down and buy some papers-the clerk was extremely rude as well
Definitely better than most Ive been to. Good prices and the workers wasnt trying to push stuff on me. He had a conversation found out what I wanted and showed me some stuff. Purchased what I needed, quick and easy.
Of all the smoke shops in Austin, even the surrounding areas, this has the most positive atmosphere and friendly staff of any. Loads of variety and awesome pieces, no matter what kind of glass, tobacco, or accessories you need, you’ll find something to please here. Worth at least taking a look no matter what, rational prices, and popcorn.

I just wanted to say that the service at this location is absolutely aweful.the staff looked messed up on drugs and the manager on duty cussed out my girlfriend . please never go here and give them business.
Excellent customer service, Ben took the time to really figure out what it was we wanted and found us the perfect water pipe. Not pushy, not overly expensive. Will definitely be back next time were in town!
Awesome place! Didn’t catch the gentleman’s name behind the counter. But he was generous enough to swap his personal charged batteries, since the ones I purchased weren’t charged.
Great staff and pretty good selection. Its no nonsense though. Dont expect a browsing and thoughtful shopping experience. They could use some new and updated products but have the standards.
Great lay out for their pieces, great pieces, local pieces, lots of selection, not overpriced, great customer service, courteous employees, and gentle on beginners. This will be my smoke shop for life! Ask for Mike, hell walk you through anything and hes just a joy to talk to!!
Bad prices told about defev defective product and he even care pretty much starting the same price for a two and a half inch pipe to a wood pipe its about 5 inches longer total rip out never go
These guys are fantastic. Friendly, informative and fun. Ive been in here before to buy glass and they have always answered any questions I have and majorly cut down my guesswork. One of my favorite pieces of glass is from here, by recommendation. Thanks guys!
Sold me expired tattoo grips then i couldnt get a refund for them so i had to get store credit! Dont buy tattoo grips there!!! Some Rillos are fresh tho!!

I stay like right around the block from this place and every single time everyones in a good mood, kick add service, and this one time I went basically I was in like this ahh can I check that out mood well the dude was cool with it the whole time, I seriously musts checked out like 30random items that he didnt show any sign of annoyed or bothered by my curiosity, thats a plus in my book, never pressured me to buy anything or nothing like that, just super badass quality shop white awesome Merch and the nicest staff Id seen in
This place sucks!! I think the guy served us was high on something plus he was a total jerk. One of those guys that I know everything and really know NOTHING about the product. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! . Stay out of this place. Walked out disappointed and pissed.Waste of time !!!!!

Over priced. They sell a 12$ vape battery for 25$ I wouldn’t be surprised if the prices just change according to who walks in.

2022-05-24Got some gummies here. I guess cbd gummies arent a thing anymore, so the guy recommended Delta 8 gummies. They werent bad, they were only 20mg each, but I guess you can say it got the job done with calming my anxiety. I did have to take another gummy about 2-3 hours later. The prices were reasonable and customer service was great. I will definitely be going back in the future.

2020-09-09The selection of glass in this shop is to die for, and in my opinion fairly priced. I was not mad at the quality of the larger piece I got. Its also decorative and I only paid 130 for it. Good luck finding that at a PK !!! ALSO super friendly dude helped me out thanks guys!

2020-09-29Went into the store, checked out some stuff, bought stuff, then left to sit in my bfs car while he was waiting for his food at the food truck next door.The same man came out told me that he would call a tow truck if I didnt leave. :) I Dont understand, he was really rude, but when I was just asking him questions about his merchandise he was nice.

2021-05-26Tonight I came to get some rillos and my friend wanted food so we put our order in at the taco stand in the same parking lot as the smoke shop and the manager on duty from zebras came outside and started verbally harassing us. We had barely been parked there 5 minutes and were about to come inside the smoke shop to check it out and buy the things we wanted before they closed. My friend walked over to grab the rillos while i waited for our food and the lady working at zebras came back outside and proceeded to cus and scream and get SCARY close to my friends face then called the door guy from the strip club chicas bonitas over and they both proceeded to scream and harass her! WE were trying to give them buisness and IM traumatized. The staff that was working on duty may 25th 2021 should be fired. NO ONE should approach another person like that.

2021-01-25Ive been coming to this shop for a while👻... longer than I can remember🤔...more than a decade and probably not just due to time passed if ya catch my drift... 🤷💨😶🌫️😵💫🤏🚬🪤Anyhoo... These guys (there are generally only two of them in rotation and I think one is named Seth) are A-OK! While the prices at this shop as compared to many others in town or even with online ordering tend to be on the high end, its not an unjustified or over inflated mark up. The reasons being that for one they do invest in higher quality items and stock a diverse variety of smoke shop wonders, in fact youd be hard pressed to find another smoke shop that carries the versions of glassware they do. The pieces are thick glass that is substantial enough to survive a fumble or two but Id still hide the china when your buddies come over for beers. In addition to the unique pipe and tobacco selection, I KNOW there isnt another head shop that carries the level of tattoo gear and vape selection they do.Maintaining an inventory to suit the whims of bored Covid quarantine bounders bent on home science experiments of a range of predelictions isnt a cheap nor thoughtless endeavor; and they do it well. From festival campers to covert ops auditorium operations...youll find your tools and toys here. You will be delighted to find an abundance of giggle and/or awe worthy items.They also will work with you if you get a legitimately defective piece and communicate that to them in a reasonable time frame. Theyve swapped out cracked glass pieces I didnt notice damage on until I got it home, vapes that refuse to fry my lungs and even an exploding soda once.While the substantial and well rounded offerings of the place are exceptional, lets not forget the location. Choosing to operate out of a building that centrally located and right off of the highway-cant be low on the Austin rent scale range. This gesture of consideration for their customers is generous and I refuse to let it go unnoticed! These guys could have opened their shop anywhere and done great. We smokers tend to seek out the purveyors of finer things regardless of what treacherous journey is demanded of us to get there. Renting a less convenient place would absolutely save money on rent, but it wouldnt serve their clientele the way they see fit. For that, kind sirs...I thank you and forgive the extra buck or two you might put on your prices. Because I guarantee it doesnt cover how much that building must be setting you back. Sure you get a lot of highway happen by business...but Ill bet the benefit is slim compared to the cost of operating there and I think that is commendable as f@#$! I adore the convenience, thoughtful nature and integrity of product that cumulatively compose Zebra Smoke Shop ...and I will continue going there until I am told I can go no more!!! Xoxoxo..
