We did quite a lot of shopping around for the perfect counter-height bar stools for our new home. When we came across Zuri Furniture online and saw these, we knew they would be perfect! We have gotten so many compliments. Not only are they gorgeous, but they are also sturdy, easy to clean and so comfortable. We LOVE them!
I ordered a Coffee table & a Morocco bed with lift up storage for our renovated living room & Master bedroom. They looked gorgeous and slick in both sites. We got a lot of compliments from our friends. Sales agent and administrative staffs are nice and courteous. Thanks to Lulu (Lourde Varella) my sales agent, very nice and patient with me. I would recommend to all my friends. I would buy again in the future.
My husband and I were looking for a sectional and found one on Zuri that we both really like. We were a little nervous to order something like this without seeing it in person first and trying it out, but we took a chance and went for it! Long story short, we loved the quality, comfort, and style of the sectional so much that we decided to order the matching recliner, coffee table, and end tables. Thank you Zuri!!!
My wife and I recently moved into a new home so plenty of things to occupy our time. Theres a counter height eating area associated with the kitchen island which has been crying out for some nice barstools...Wed both looked on the usual websites but nothing stood out to either of us. The main issue being the fact that everything in the kitchen is stainless steel while typically bar stools are available with chrome bases, not what we wanted...Wed found the right shape, just not the right materials. That is until I did a search for barstool stainless images and Zuri Modern Furniture popped up. WOW what a relief as wed considered painting or wrapping to achieve the look we wanted...We immediately ordered two crescent adjustable height bar stools with dark blue upholstery and brushed stainless steel bases. The barstools showed up a few days later nicely packed in one box and ahead of schedule. Unbeknownst to my wife I assembled them with the provided instructions and just waited for her reaction. She was thrilled with the look as it compliments everything we love about our kitchen...Yes, I would whole heartedly recomend Zuri Modern Furniture if youre in need of quality, well made barstools or any number of other pieces of furniture. Were thinking about a sectional sofa set to replace our pair of aging but well loved electric recliners.
We love Zuri furniture! We just moved to FL and I called and spoke with Robert Tadlock! Robert is awesome ! He helped me so much! Robert sent pictures. Videos, gave me suggestions on what furniture we should look at! He was so awesome to work with with. The customer service was great too. I spoke with Chris who was awesome too! Thank you Robert, Chris and Zuri for all the help decorating our house!!!
I love my new Zuri office chair. I wanted a comfortable executive office chair for home telework use and this has been a perfect fit. The chair is comfortable, has a tall back, is easily adjustable, and only required very minimal assembly. Purchasing and shipping from Zuri was easy and quick. The most difficult decision was which color to choose, though Ive been very happy with the dark brown color since it matches my desk.
These Counter Height Bar Stools Are Perfect For The New Remolding Project. They Fit Around This New Massive Center Island as If It was Designed That way. Have Another Set In My Condo In Florida For The Past 7 Years & They Still Look Great, While Working As New. Dont Hesitate To Own.
Love the look of my new barstools. They match my modern theme and the back is low enough so they are not much above the counter giving a clean look to the kitchen. They arrived faster than expected and when I sent a question to customer service they were responsive within a couple of hours and very pleasant to deal with. I would buy from Zuri again.
This was my first time buying something from Zuri and I had a great experience. I bought two end tables and they were shipped within a couple days and arrived a few days after that. To my surprise, they were shipped already assembled! First time ever that I didnt have to assemble my furniture. It was packaged incredibly well and arrived without a scratch on them. They are the perfect addition to our living room and add a bit of modern/contemporary flare I was looking for. Great experience and would buy from them again!
Horrible company with VERY poor customer service. Top of hutch I ordered came damaged & they refused to return & refund. Of course I didn’t notice until after I paid someone to assembled it. Zuri made me jump through hoops to PROVE it to them…. Multiple pictures… more than once!! First set apparently wasn’t good enough! They wanted to send me a new top, but wouldn’t pay for disassembling hutch & reassemble again with undamaged top. They could have EASILY provided white glove service to have their team do it & make it right. But nope…they couldn’t care less. Be warned…. They don’t care about satisfied customers. If you do order after reading all the horrible reviews…. Just pray it doesn’t come damaged!
My Zuri buffet looks absolutely FABULOUS! It met my expectations completely! I ordered it with the White Glove service and that is exactly what I received! The transaction was seamless from placing my order to having it assembled in my home! I will definitely be doing business with Zuri in the immediate future!
We love our dining table ordered from Zuri Furniture. This is my 2nd order with them and will definitely order more in the future too.Their products are amazing and they offer outstanding customer service.My dining table was very well packed and arrived on time too.Thank you Zuri, keep up the good work.
I purchased a buffet table that cost almost $2,000 and it took 3 months to put it together.Quality check was not done before shipping. Took 3 shipment to put it together.Lauren was incompetent. Nor sympathetic.I dealt with her with the damaged item I requested to be replaced. She said she would make sure the damaged items get the quality check before shipment. It wasNOT done as it took 3 more shipment to replace the damaged items.Overall, it is not worth buying Zuri. The worst experience I have ever purchased online.
Worst white glove delivery experience ever.... Paid approx. $500 for setup and delivery. After 3 months, despite 3 visits to our home by the delivery guys at random times determined by them, countless emails, phone calls and reassurances from Zuri customer service that their logistics team and manager are working on it, and that they are as frustrated as we are with our experience, we are still waiting for the right pieces to be delivered and the broken pieces to be fixed....Of course, no offer of any sort of compensation by the customer service personel for the extreme inconvenience caused, just kudos for our continued professional behavior in all communications :-(
I guess I should have read their reviews before purchasing. I purchased some bar stools from this place that were not cheap, so I got a warranty through Montage Furniture Services that is supposed to cover any damage to the stools, including accidental damage. I recently noticed some stains on two of three bar stools and decided it was no big deal to file a claim. I was sorely mistaken. I filed a claim and the technician came out and attempted to spray some type of formula to remove the stains, but it did not work. This did not make sense to me because if it were something I could have removed by wiping off, I would have tried it already. The technician went on to say that it would need to be reupholstered. About two weeks later, I receive a text message from the warranty company stating that they will either give me $164 in lieu of a replacement or replace the stools but I will lose my warranty. I am not taking the first or second option. I want it fixed and I dont want to lose my warranty. They then proceeded to tell me that reupholstering is not cost-effective. What does that have to do with me? Thats why I purchased the warranty. I am leaving this review for Zuri because it is sad that a place with the caliber of furniture they sell would be using this place and offering warranties by way of it.
Received the Cruz extendable dining table and the Palms Chaise chair. I was very please with the product, it looks as good as it shows on the pictures. Very good quality and craftsmanship. We had requested the White Glove delivery and it was worth it. ZURI contract for this service YB BENAVIDEZ TRANSPORT LLC in NC and they were amazing, They did a great job assembling the table and the chair. Show up when they said they would and were very friendly very profesional We were very happy with their service.Over all Zuri did a fantastic job with our order, a 5 star service.
I purchased from Frisco location.I wish we had something in negative star rating , would be -5 .We bought a recliner , the leg of the couch and one seat of the couch is defective .Zuri has been unable to fix issues for an year .I talked to account manager Michael , he has been mailing for a year now .After a year of harrasment they say we are talking to manufacturers.When zuri cannot provide products in right shape even after a year , what kind of company is this management running ? I feel cheated spending so much money . Worst experience ever !!!!We have full replacement. Plan as well with zuri .I can share all my email here on the public forum of follow up . Never felt so much cheated as customer . What can be my next steps if any one can advice .
Dont give your money to this company, the furniture is completely inoperable, and customer service is terrible. Overpriced, not worth it, misleading photoshopped photos, Zuri doesnt take responsibility for faulty furniture. They also hide all their negative reviews.Their white furniture on their website is not actually white, its beige. Its advertised as fully reclining, but DOES NOT RECLINE if you are under 250 pounds. They claimed the color was what I ordered, I thought ok fine, Ill work with the color since they wanted to charge a crazy $150 return fee, even when they falsely advertised white. Then, after putting it together I found out it was faulty. It wasnt mechanically crafted for petite people. None of my employees could make it function since its so IMPOSSIBLE to recline, so I cant give it to anyone. LITERALLY NOBODY WANTS IT because it DOES NOT WORK! They STILL dont care that it doesnt function because they only care about the $ theyve spent on a technician to come out and try to fix it, who even said it was HARD to use and only meant for larger people. This has been an issue for over 7 months long, for something that was never my fault in the first place. Ive even spoken to the manager on the phone and they STILL want a $150 fee to exchange this, since no stores near me even make a box big enough to fit the chair. Thats ridiculous and not how you operate a company. Help the customer return a chair at no EXTRA fee, and make more money off the customer... Duh. Youd think putting trust in an expensive furniture brand would take care of their customers, but Wayfair and Amazon do so so so so much better.Extremely disappointed, ridiculously the worst experience Ive ever had with shopping online, was really looking forward to furnishing my other office suites with their modern furniture, but Im happy that in the span of the 8 months its taken with their poor customer service, that Ive gone with Wayfair / Overstock / AllModern, Rove Concepts - less than half the price, for better quality. Stick to what you know.Edit: Also, when the manager does call you, she starts the conversation with a nasty passive aggressive attitude talking down on you like youre in the wrong, before shes ever personally heard your story. Why is she hired as a manager in the first place? Id fire my employees if I ever heard them talk like that. Big yikes
These guys are scam please do not shop here. I have purchased two items from here. After ordering my second item I have cancelled it immediately and they are NOT willing to give me my money back.. looks like they just want to throw the furniture to the customer. Customer care is hopeless
Bought a sectional in April and asked to be shipped in June.They confirmed this could be done, butafter countless calls and emails they never shipped the sectional.What bothered me the most is the lies that I was told over the phone and emails.If you dont have the sectional in stock just say it, dont lie, because I felt insulted.

Just got to know that the store manager, Anthony at the Alpha Road Branch needs to learn some common courtesy, rather than getting frustrated when posted with inquiries.Furniture might be just a product for you and Zuri but it’s what makes a home talk. Negativity like that deserves to be discredited no matter how much you like a particular product!Learn some manners!
I went after work at about 5:30PM. I was the only customer in there and was looking at bed frames. They have a large showroom of contemporary/modern furniture and decor. A salesperson greeted me after I had been walking around for a couple of minutes and asked about a bedframe I saw online. Upon describing it he knew exactly what I was talking about and told me they dont have it in their showrooms, but showed me a similar one that I think I like even better. I told him I was just looking today, and that I was going to look around the store to see what else they had. I liked the no pressure environment and was able to walk around without being bothered. Ultimately I didnt buy anything, but in the future I think that I will. They have a large clearance area with a bunch of furniture thats been scuffed or damaged. Some of the pieces in this area I couldnt even find the damage. I like the large showroom, lots of pieces to look at including pieces for dining rooms, bedrooms, living rooms and offices.
One of the easier purchases Ive made in a while. Great communication from the company confirming the purchase and continual updates as to shipping and delivery. Delivery was two days earlier than initially projected!Instructions for assembly were easy to understand and were sent before the delivery (and were contained in the box). The actual assembly was simple and quick. Most importantly, the chair itself is extremely attractive and VERY comfortable!
We recently purchased two Purple Lush Bar Stools for our newly renovated kitchen and we couldnt be happier! They add a pop of color and style to the room and are very comfortable as well. Easy and quick assembly was the cherry on top. Zuri Furniture costumer service was helpful and shipping was fast. Highly recommend!
We ordered the Hayes Buffet online and are very happy with our purchase! It’s perfect for the space and great quality! One of the foot pedals was damaged upon arrival but their customer service was absolutely exceptional! Sierra was so helpful and pleasant to work with to get us a replacement. We will definitely order from them again, and would recommend to anyone.
Purchased the Armondo swivel chair on line. Although they said several weeks before delivery, it came rapidly. I was surprised at how it was shipped...in a wooden crate...very sturdy box in that and completely wrapped inside of the box.The chair came in perfect condition.Furniture is expensive but we LOVE it.
Got our new desk delivered in Los Angeles.Took only 3 weeks and installers from Max Power Movers were very nice, they called us to schedule installation 3 days ahead and installers were very flexible with our requests and provided excellent customer service as well as Zuri customer service reps.Will be buying from this company again next month.
I bought my Gates Executive Office Chair from Zuri Furniture in October 2021.Dealing with Zuri was a pleasure.They helped me with selecting a chair for my needs.I wanted something with good lumbar support and a back high enough for neck and shoulder support.Both are excellent.I decided to deal directly with Zuri instead of an internet sales outlet.Good choice.I would gladly do business with them again.
We liked Zuri Wynn sectionals and was about make an order online. Since we are 3 hours drive from Austin to Zuri Furniture, we thought of driving down to Dallas Warehouse and purchasing there.We looked around the sectionals and none was there to help us out and sales people were not at all customer friendly. Asked a person if he works there, he replied in rude attitude. In fact he was busy selling discounted products. I started thinking what if they behave the same way after buying the sectionals for $6K, what if there are any issues in the purchase. Finally I decided to not buy if they do not want earn any business. checked costco.com for Barcalounger and bought a lather sectionals for $5K, very happy with quality and delivery and the service they provided over the phone.
This store has beautiful things but the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a console table that was delivered quickly. But when we went to assemble it, the bolts on the glass top did not match up with the chrome bases. We called and sent photos and they sent another top, which was exactly the same as the first. We called again and sent more photos and were finally told that the table had been re-designed. We said, fine, just send us new re-designed bases that will fit the new glass top. Their reply was that they were sending a while new table. Well, the table that they sent is, I believe, one of the floor samples, because it is the old design that is supposedly not being manufactured. And, the glass top was all scratched and dusty. Still waiting to hear what happens next. This has been a 3 month ordeal!
Ordering was easy, although there was some confusion early on about how many chairs I would be receiving. On-line customer service solved it quickly. Chairs were easy to put together and look great. Not quite as plush and comfortable as I had hoped from the picture, but good. The adjustable feature is wonderful, works very well.
Very disappointed and i spent 2-3 months to return my sofa.The customer service is very bad and when i ordered a sofa set online it came without legs attached and there is no provision to attach legs.It is a manufacturing defect.That defected sofa was sitting in my home for at least 3 months for them to come and pick it up.Always the manage is on meetings and it is very hard to get hold of the customer care people.It is not at all a pleasant experience to order online.Always go see the item and buy if you are buying it online for this store specially.If you want to return an item which you bought from them it is a night mare.whole processes is laborious and depressing.Poor Quality.
Bought the Ray barstools and it was a pleasure to work with this company. The customer service was great. Shipping was quick, and the quality of the stools is the best Ive seen from this style of stool. They get rave reviews from anyone who sits in them. I would purchase from this company again. Thanks.
Spoke with sales person (Lulu) at this place. Informed her of my intentions.Settled on price, shipping, pickup date, and form of payment. Flew employees to retrieve products, rented a u haul, and paid 16000.00 by wire as requested. Then, and only then was told I cant get my furniture as agreed in the contract. This goes beyond poor customer service, it border lines fraud and breach of contract!
I had a Horrific Service Experience with Zuri Furniture in Dallas.On September 6, 2021, I purchased a dining set and the Easton Sofa & Loveseat. I felt very confident about the purchase at that time. I was advised that the furniture would arrive in October 2021. I was in the process of furnishing my home and only needed these particular items. I was contacted by Zuri to confirm delivery of the items on October 13, 2021. The dining table was fine but the Sofa & Loveseat arrived with NO LEGS for the Sofa and Loveseat. One of the boxes stated, NO HARDWARE. I contacted Zuri immediately and forwarded photographs of the SOFA and LOVESEAT. After “2” weeks, I was ultimately advised that they would order the furniture legs. I corresponded with Chris P and Jon Lopez. It has been almost 5 months and I have not received them. Due to the length of time that has taken to resolve, I requested that they simply take 20-30% off the original order and refund my credit card. I would use those funds to pay a carpenter to create a support system for the Sofa & Loveseat. After I submitted the request, I was advised that this was being discussed and that the legs were still pending delivery. I work for a major hospitality company and manage a team of Concierges. I have never witnessed or experienced such poor service. No one has taken ownership and tried to resolve this issue. They got their money and have not offered me an apology. I will never purchase from Zuri again. Buyers Beware! Please check your merchandise to ensure that the hardware is present at the time of delivery. As of today, my living room still has a Sofa and Loveseat sitting on the floor. This has been a horrible experience.
Do not shop with them. They are horrible with customer service. My first experience with them they lost my chairs and it took over 2 months to get them and We spent over $7,000 with them and all they gave us was a $300 credit and it took forever to get that. Then we order some bar stools to see if the process would be better the second time and it was worse. They took out money the day we placed our order for our bar stools in March and said it will be ready in April. I called in April they said it was a glitch in the system and I order was actually never placed and so we had to wait another month to get them. They do not communicate well at all and do not take care of the customers when THEY make a huge mistake. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING WITH THEM AT ALL.
Zurin furniture has bunch of liars. They keep lying about a almost $4,000 couch that they delivered over a month a ago broken and they were supposed to deliver a new replacement by end of July. Their customer care Allie keeps emailingme that the couch is still not in stock and the factory is behind. while on their website is showing they have it in stock. They just think by delayig I will forget or give up. I am getting a lawyer and will sue you!! Here is the picutre from today on Zuri site.Do not buy anything from Zuri Furniture. They deliver damaged items and then they keep lying to you that the item is not avaiable. I bought a couch for almost $4,000 and they delivered it on 7/10/21 broken. They said they will deliver a new one in 2 weeks. The 2 weeks turned to end of July. Then end of July tunred to beginning of August. Beginning of August they said, it will be delivered on August 12. Today is August 13, they say it will be sometime next week but this just an estimate. They can promis when. While on their website it shows the item is available in Stock. I asked them how long they think it would reasonable to make me wait and keep postponing the replacment of this expensive and damage item. They have no answer.Bunch of LIARS!!
Bad customer service experience. Ordered furniture to be delivered before the holidays. Took off from work on confirmed delivery date nobody showed up. Called several times, until I was told they made a mistake and that it would come the next day. Therefore I also was assured furniture was to be brought inside of the home. When the driver showed up he wanted to leave the furniture in the street and told me take it or leave it. I called the customer service back it took over 2 weeks to get a phone call to resolve the issue only to be told that for an extra charge they would deliver and assemble. I had already paid white glove service for my other set that also still was to be delivered. In short no furniture was delivered for the holidays still waiting to be refunded over 5k two days of income lost from work and they want to penalize me $250 for rejecting and cancelling the order. Beautiful furniture terrible policies and customer service.
!!!!Worst Service EVER in my life!!!!! Horrible service!!!! We ordered the TV stand in may 2021. Now it’s august 2021 and we still don’t have it delivered. The delivery guys who supposed to deliver and assemble the TV stand rejected to bring it to the Appartment because the box didn’t fit in the elevator of the building! And no one even tried to connect with us to solve this problem. Three times called the customer service, twice went to the store in Dallas and still the problem is not solved. And now when I’m asking to give us our money back they want to pay us the delivery fee. And the delivery was not even done 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Buying from Zuri has been a nightmare for 4 months. I spent thousands of dollars on furniture and one was defected and the other damaged. It took me 3 weeks to return them because they kept saying I would have to eat the shipping cost when its completely their fault. I talked to one of the executives who agreed to the full amount and finally returned. Fast forward 4 months, I received my refund in separate accounts and was still short. When I reached out again they said that the item I said was a defect was not and that the broken item couldve been easily fixed - so they were still charging me for the return shipping. I was so furious I escalated this to their leadership and they stuck by their decision. I went directly to my credit card company and explained the situation and they were able to recover the remaining amount. Ive wasted so much time dealing with this horrible horrible furniture company that lacks integrity. You lost a customer and your reputation. Even Ikea is 100000x better than this place.
We ordered a white leather Gates Executive chair, but received brown leather armrests for it. Weve been in contact with the company several times trying to correct their error, and if we are lucky enough to get hold of a live person, all we receive is a runaround. Yesterday we were promised that a new order number for our replacement armrests would be emailed to us within 30 minutes, over 24 hours later we still have nothing or any indication that they are going to correct their error. For the price that you pay for their furniture, you would expect them to do the right thing.
In September, 2020, we ordered a bed, office desk, office cabinet and office chair from Zuri Furniture for a total price of over $6000 . We were told that the bed would be delivered on our requested date of October 16, but that the office furniture would be 6 to 8 weeks longer.The bed arrived as scheduled on 10/16 and that was the last thing that went right. In attempting to assemble the bed, it was found that the foot board was not drilled and the bed could not be assembled. For the next 6 weeks, Zuri dithered over what to do. It was during this period, that I became familiar with Zuri’s customer service. They employ a great many agents and it is rare that you can get the same one twice. They are all pleasant and well-schooled, in what I have come to learn is, the Zuri P.E.P. (Platitudes, Excuses, Promises) talk. Finally, they said that they had located a replacement part and it was shipped. The bed was re-delivered and assembled. When I was called in to inspect it, I discovered that they had sent the wrong bed all this time. I had to wait another several weeks before Zuri authorized the pick up and return.In the meantime, I was notified that the office furniture was being shipped. I arranged for the shipping company to deliver the furniture and pick up the bed. This was done. The bed was disassembled and removed. The driver then told me that when he opened the box for the office furniture, a white dust came out. Fearing it might be fiber glass, he deemed it unfit for the house and took it back. After several weeks of consultation, it was decided that the dust was probably from the Styrofoam packing and the furniture would be re-delivered. The desk was brought in and they discovered that the central front piece of the desk was missing. When I asked for the other pieces, the driver said he had no other items. Zuri claimed that they were shipped. I had reached my limit with them and canceled my order.Over the next several weeks, it was a struggle to get Zuri to refund the money spent on the undelivered items. Finally, with the help of my credit card company, the major costs were refunded. We still struggled to get them to return additional fees.After months of frustration, phone calls, P.E.P. talks and e-mails, we were told that it was “company policy” to charge $99 for returned items. The final icing on the cake was an e-mail from a member of the “management team.” In it, it was stated that Zuri had shipped the missing pieces and the mix-up was the fault of the delivery company. It was all straightened out and if I did not accept delivery (8 weeks after the initial delivery date) “in fairness to both parties” I would be charged the $99 return fee,The final outcome is that for the privilige of having no bed, no desk, no cabinet and no chair, I have paid $99. If you have any desire to deal with this company, I would say that they are analogous to a beautiful woman with an STD. Lovely to look at but not a company with who you would want to have any relationship.
The best shopping experience and service I ever received. While every case is different they went above and beyond with their service, honored shipping changes to my order, swapped out damaged items. Sales, customer service, and shipping people were amazing to work with.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We ordered almost 10k of furniture and let me tell you the quality is not worth the wait is not worth the customer service is not worth. Shop somewhere else. We received a BROKEN nightstand and reported it the same day we got it delivered and it’s been 3 months they still can’t send the replacement. We ordered a sectional and we called and spoke to a representative before ordering just to make sure we were getting the correct one and we received the WRONG one because of the representatives ineptitude and we still had to PAY EXTRA for the replacement. So disappointed, don’t let the pictures fool you honestly you can find way better or just prepare yourself to have a hard time with ZURI FURNITURE.
The worst shopping experience ever. I ordered one, only one accent chair. The website states 1 to 5 business days, it has been a month. I was told I would get the furniture Thursday and confirmed through email. They changed the date to the next Thursday without acknowledging me. Here I am on Saturday waiting on an order they informed me and reconfirmed to receive today before 6 pm, Said I was the last stop today, it is now 6:22 again a no call and no show. They will see me first thing tomorrow. Zuri has lost my business for life.Update 12/04/20I finally received my chair, I was told mid November or end of November, the customer service was friendly but full of uncertainty, the chair was smaller than I thought and I could have fit it in my suv. It is heavy and sturdy. They also added a 25.00 discount for the wait.
I purchased a leather couch and a bed with them online.The quality of the product is very good.The sales team is very helpful, knowledgeable about the product, and responsive.If it only depended on the above mentioned, I would give them 5 stars. However, the post-sales customer service is not good and if it depended on them I would give them 1 star.My bed arrived and one of the parts for it was wrong, I called them and they said that they would get in touch with the responsible sector and then would get back to me. It took them days to let me know what the next steps would be and even longer to let me know when the part would be sent to me.The missing part of the bed has arrived in my city 2 days ago. Since then I have called them once and sent 3 e-mails asking when they would be able to deliver it to me and I STILL have not received a response with a date.Over all, good product but be ready to have to work for it if anything does not go as planned.
Really disappointed with your services, I have been waiting for my furniture for more than two months and they still do not arrive. Their excuses was high shipment volumes nationwide. First and last time I bought something from this company. I cannot say about the quality of the furniture because I do not have it yet, but I hope that it is at least of good quality.
Ive ordered 5 pieces of furniture through them and out of 5, 3 came damaged. One was damaged even though I paid for white glove delivery and the other 2 items were completely shattered in the packaging, with no outside tear on the package. Its been weeks and the issue still isnt resolved. On top of that they want me to pay $200 more for the replacement of 2 of the items. Dont order from them. They dont value their customer and their items come damaged.
DO NOT PURCHASE OR ORDER!EXPECT DELAYS AND BROKEN PROMISES!The company might sound helpful when you call, but all we got was broken promises. The installer that they have on contract is the worst, they had the furniture for more than a week, and we have yet to get a call back from them. Zuri gave me the contact number directly to follow up and was able to contact Sasha. He then told me that someone was going to give a call by the end of the day (this seems to be their motto or company slogan). I have been calling every day, and all I got was the runaround and the company slogan well give you a call by the end of the day. It has now been over a week, I had to contact Zuri to see whats going on, and they were proactive at first. They told me that this was unacceptable, and they gave them an hour to give them an answer when scheduling the delivery. When I called back 5 hours later to see whats going on, the supervisor that I have been trying reach is MIA, and the person that I talked to said that someone would contact me by the end of the day, with a laugh at the end (excellent customer service). All I want is an explanation and know whats going on because it looks like they just took our money and ran with it.If you dont want to know where your order is and expect a call at the end of the day (but dont get it), then order from Zuri Furniture.RECAP: The installer called us yesterday and told us that the delivery and install will be the next day between 3-7pm. Never got a call, so I followed up and the guy said that he will be at the house at 9:30pm (which is already crazy). My mother had to take off work and she doesnt stay there yet because of renovations, so she was there by herself waiting for the delivery to come for 6+ hours. No call No delivery!
I placed an order on November 13th website says 1-5 days for shipping, I received an email 2 days later saying my order would ship mid to late November. I have called 3 times and every time theyve given me a shipping date that has not become true. Last Friday (December 4th) I finally get shipment confirmation and a tracking number, however, as of today, December 11th, only the shipping label was created but my furniture is not in transit. Going on one month since purchase was made, I was hoping to have the stools I ordered for Thanksgiving. Not sure at this point if they will be delivered this year. Will never do business with zuri again.
Zuri has a great selection of modern and contemporary furniture--I recently purchased all of my office furniture from the Alpha Road store. The service was good, the furniture is high-quality, and the white-glove delivery was seamless. Very pleased with the customer service and the furniture I purchased.
My mother and I had spent thousands of Dollars at Zuri by purchasing items online. For the most part we were and are absolutely pleased with the design and quality of the furniture.Consequently, we decided to visit the store in person in Dallas. About 15 min prior to closing, the 2 men in the store started rushing us to order immediately. One of the men there basically told us he would be closing the store regardless of if/when we were done at exactly 6pm.It is very unfortunate to have poor customer service and beautiful items. We certainly did not spend our money at Zuri even though we planned on getting 7 items.If I was going to spend the same amount of money in any other establishment, I will be given champagne and the attendants would certainly not kick me and my mother out in the middle of a transaction that would have taken less than 10 more minutes to complete.
Very bad service. I had ordered a bedroom set but it was never shipped. Each call the customer service added another week until my patience ran out. i waited more than a month and still one of the items was on backorder and they insisted on shipping the entire order all at once. Thought the furniture looks good but looks can be deceiving, refrain from buying.
Our experience at Zuri furniture Dallas was great. Fernando helped us pick out items for our home and knew our taste well. We have been a zuri customer for a long time. Fernando also spend additional time to measure and made suggestions based on our room configuration. Good selection, excellent service and a professional delivery team.
I ordered the computer desk online. it was shipped the next day. Several days later it was delivered. The delivery man helped to assemble the furniture. The quality of the desk is high end. Some drawers do not operate as I would like them to (does not slide out well). Overall I am very happy with the experience and the quality of the furniture.
I purchased a sectional sofa from them, during installation of the base plate i found the nuts in the wood were missing in two places. the arm rest on one side was wobbly i called the to return the item but they tell you that you have to wait 24 hours for them to call you. they never called.I charged back my credit card and I am going to drop the furniture in their store . I believe they sell garbage. if they have an item that you like buy it through amazon then return is much easier.stay away from this store.
This is the worst place to buy furniture. Do not buy furniture here. This is a scam. They took 1800 from my account then said it was fraud and wanted me to buy the same furniture twice without reimbursing for my first purchase all because they said it was fraud even though clearly they are the ones who are committing fraud refusing to give me my money back. They will transfer you to the customer service department and no one picks up and you leave a message and no one answers. Do yourself a favor do not go here to order furniture if you want to save the hassle of what we are going through. We lost 1800 dollars. Ridiculous! This company needs to be shut down immediately especially during covd when things are tight and we needed furniture for our family and on a budget. Such a disgrace. 0 stars
Ordered Adonis bed back in September and was told initially it would take 9-12 weeks. Was then told end of January. Then mid to end of Feb. Still havent received the bed and have asked several times for a refund. A 20 story tower has been constructed next door in the time that a freaking bed should have been delivered. Its outrageous.
We purchased the glass expandable dining table and we absolutely love it! Its perfect in our modern dining room. It shipped right on time and came without any damage at all. It was easy to assemble but was heavy so I recommend two adults. It easily seats 6 not expanded and 10 fully expanded.
A beautiful table, everyone loves it. We use it as an office conference table - it’s attractive and sleek, and plenty sturdy. Zuri customer service was professional and lots of help with some delivery requests we had. It’s a very heavy table, though. Either order it with white glove service, where it will be built for you, or have three strong people prepared to accept & assemble it. Once assembled it’s relatively easy to move if necessary. The table is excellent value for the price.
If I could give 0 stars I would.Zuri Furniture quality is terrible and their customer service is horrendous, especially the Regional Manager Lori V.I purchased a $3k+ Encore Sectional from them on June 27th and waited 2 weeks for delivery. The first couch they delivered was damaged as I reported at delivery. It took them two more weeks to deliver a replacement, which was also defective.Again they agreed to replace the couch, but then failed to update or resolve the situation over the next two months. Lori never returned emails or phone calls as promised. She would go weeks without responding to email and say she was sorry but customer service is short staffed.Dont bother thinking the store you made a purchase at can help you either. They wipe their hands once theyve taken your money and refer you non stop to customer service. They will literally tell you there is nothing they can do.It turns out, these high end couches they sell you are made in China with low quality and lower quality control.Honestly, I would have simply taken a couch in new condition but they refused so I requested a full refund. Lori agreed, yet to my surprise my refund a few weeks later was $99 short. When I inquired, Lori had the nerve to tell me it was a restocking fee because she stated she believed I caused the damage.Mind you I never sat in either couch... for 3 months my living room went unused. And the damage was always noted on the delivery invoice as her team was unpacking the couch. I always called customer service within minutes of the delivery team walking out and I always sent pictures.The entire time Zuri always admitted fault, but was SLOW to respond or resolve. It wasnt until after theyd refunded me less than I paid that they tried to blame me.Do yourself a favor and run from this place.Mistakes happen... products are defective... a great company will take care of it quickly. This company will not... 3-4 months of a nightmare dealing with them only to end up with less money than I started with in my pocket and no couch.
The initial purchase experience was enjoyable. However, when it comes down to returning an item, be prepared to spend MORE money to return the item that doesn’t fit in your home. I spent $4,000.00 total and am now being charged $150.00 to return a $600.00 desk chair that doesn’t fit under my desk because I don’t have the manufacture packaging because the delivery option my designer chose had all trash removed. Even though, when the chair was delivered to me off the truck, it was already assembled and only had a thin layer of foam around it. I never even saw the manufacturer packaging, so how can I be charged for not having something I was not given to start with? It’s been a week and this chair is still in my living room, waiting to be picked up.They’ll exchange it with no charge, but to return it, it needs to be repackaged like the mfr. packaged it although it wasn’t delivered to me as such. It’s all a very very shady business practice. Maybe the height of the arms on the chair could have been posted on their website or a mention made that the arms are not adjustable and I would have made a different decision at purchase.
Awful experience!!! Ordered expensive barstool received wrong color. Called to let them know. Nobody could help me was transferred several times. I eventually had to drive to the Warehouse to switch out barstool. Was given wrong base and had to return again. Wasted my time, my gas and energy took several weeks to resolve issues. Customer service was absolutely worth less. High end products low end customer service!!!!!!!
I order a red cafe chair that cost me $711 when I received it they left it in the lobby of my apartment building. So I had to bring it back to my apartment the box was completely torn and once I opened up the box the legs from the chair were used the rubber from underneath the legs with black the glass table hats get Mark fingerprints all over it and then I realize that the table was supposed to be on the left side they send it to they send it on the right and now they want to charge me $100 to return it I have called and spoken to the representative she was very rude. Then to have to wait 24 hours so get in touch with someone to send me the return label to only have her email me I said I have to wait another 48 hours for them to address the issue this company sell cheap furniture and have horrible customer service. Then they steal your money!
If you are looking for modern furniture and home decor, Zuri Furniture will not disappoint. I’ve bought a few pieces from them already and Ive had great customer service. Good quality and reasonable price..I was stoked about the Anniversary sale last month and I snagged three cool bar stools.Really patient with answering every question I had. Even though there were a lot of people in the store for the sale I didnt feel that they were too busy to answer my questions.I dig their Dallas store and drop by pretty regularly to see what new stuff they have.
We ordered 3 bar stools, came in 2 boxes, one of which appeared to be the original manufacturer shipping carton with 2 stools and the other contained one repackaged stool. The single stool looks slightly scratched, probably a previous return, not so much that we would return it but scratched nevertheless.Assembly was easy and they look great though gas pump that lowers the seat sees like it could use a little more pressure
Everything was great. I like your product, I like how it was packed, I like that I received pictures of packed chair. The guy who brought the chair was very attentive, he unpacked the chair and brought it into the house although it was above his responsibilities . The chair was the same a saw on the picture firm enough and comfortable. No damage. And one more: Zuri Furniture has very nice and needful customer service on line and by phone.
Never ever again !!!! We bought a Wynn sectional and few queen beds at their Frisco store... The sectional that they delivered got scratches and dents all over the place so we refused to accept the delivery. Few days later they came up with another piece... which looked OK.. After a day we noticed 2 major issues.. 1. the alignment was completely off on a 3 seater..2. one of the head rests had in adequate cushion which is putting a big wrinkle/hole on it. Took few pictures and sent it to their customer service.. they take 2-3 days to respond back.. saying its leather so itll fix itself over time..I insisted them to come and take a look and tell me its good... after few weeks they sent 2 technicians and they declared the sectional as defective at manufacturing itself... Back to customer service - they just dont want to do anything about it , the lady even offered me a $150 store coupon if I keep that defective piece thats worth $5000.00.. what a joke.. I walked into the store and complained to the store manager ... will update what happens
Recently moved to Dallas and was looking to furnish my apartment with a modern theme.Greeted politely by Jon when I entered. He was helpful but did not hover over me allowing to take in what the store had to offer. Great selection of modern furniture. Quality was commensurate with the pricing. Furnished the entire apartment including bedroom, living room, desk and kitchen for $6,000. Jon was extremely helpful verifying everything could meet my delivery window which was quite narrow. He went out of his way to insure my satisfaction.Delivery was another gem ! Arrived 15 minutes BEFORE the arrival window after calling to see if it was okay. Fast delivery, quick setup, polite movers and all trash removed.Just a great overall experience. Looking forward to going back again and cruising the aisles especially the Clearance area. Great bargains.
I carefully chose my buffet from Zuri after reading positive reviews of their furniture. I wanted high quality for this piece and have been SO SO SO happy with it! It was worth every penny and Im considering buying a second one for another space I need to fill. I absolutely love it!
Just ordered some bar stools online with assistance from Thomas who was helpful and delightful. I have all the information I need to pick up my order in Newark. Mark Thompson helped me out a few weeks ago in choosing them. He was also very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Customer service has been terrific at Modani and I cant wait to get my new bar stools!
Buyer beware! Unlike all other companies, Zuri expects full upfront payment for backordered items... and you will wait MONTHS. So you are essentially funding their unscrupulous business while you wait for furniture to be back in stock and shipped. Ive purchased backorderd items/furniture MANY times before, and my card is charged $0 until the item is shipped to me. If its not in stock, dont bother. Either way, I strongly recommend supporting other reputable companies before giving your hard earned money to Zuri. They dont deserve it.
I cannot express more frustration and outrage and how my wife and I were treated at this location. We were viewing the showroom with our daughter who is not 2 years old yet, in her stroller. We had interacted with several salesmen, and were close to purchasing one of the sofas, when another salesman we had not talked to came up to my wife while I was looking at a different part of the showroom. He demanded that she put a mask on our daughter or leave. My wife pointed out that she was not 2 years old, and according to the CDC and the Texas Department of Health and Human Services, children under 2 SHOULD NOT wear masks. The salesman doubled down and said that it didnt matter because it was the store policy that their manager supported, and demanded that she leave the store if she would not put a mask on her. He then started walking away while my wife tried to continue to talk about how this was completely inappropriate for a child of her age. I came back to find my wife walking out of the store, and went to talk to the salesman. With the guidelines from the CDC and the Texas Department of Health and Human Services pulled up on my phone, he continued to demand that we leave or put a mask on her, regardless of the evidence. Our original salesman came over and said he would talk to the manager himself. While he was gone, I watched the same salesman go and harass ANOTHER couple with a daughter under 2 who was not wearing a mask. Our salesman came back and said that we would be allowed to stay in the store, and offered a small discount towards our purchase for the trouble. But he did nothing to tell the other salesman that what he was doing was wrong, and did not say that the manager recognized the stores policy was wrong. Incredibly disappointing. We all want to stay safe, but trying to force parents to mask their young children against CDC and TSHS guidelines is completely inappropriate.
I ordered the Ford Desk with Return. Quality product and definitely looks good. Very difficult to install though. Also, several shipping delays were frustrating. If youre patient and are either UBER handy or know someone who is and are willing to pay them to put it together, then its worth it.
Love these Lush barstools! Very comfortable, stylish and amazingly easy to assemble. I looked for a very long time to find just the right adjustable stools and with the help of customer service sending me several color samples, I settled on the beautiful red ones. I like the higher backs which provide a good amount of support.
Happy with the product but disappointed at the online customer service. I ordered an ottoman online and did not receive any status updates until almost 2 weeks later from an email saying it was backordered for one month. I was okay at first with that since I really wanted the ottoman. But as a month and a half passed and still no update on my order, I decided to use their chat service to see if I could get an update. Using their chat service was a big mistake on my part. First, their responses back to me took way too long and second, I think the person on the chat did not have full access to order information. He told me that my ottoman was on backorder for another month. At that point, I wanted to just cancel my order. I emailed them back to request a cancellation and refund. To my surprise though, I received a response back saying that my order was back in stock and ready to ship within a week. I really did not know what to believe at that point. Since I waited for almost 2 months, I decided to postpone my cancellation for a week. If I did not receive anything about my order being shipped within a week, I would really cancel my order. A few days later I received confirmation my ottoman finally shipped. Delivery went fine and the ottoman looked great. Very nice design and great quality fabric. Overall, I am very happy with the ottoman but wish communication was better with status updates on orders. I will not use their chat feature again either.
If I could provide 0 stars I would however I have to select one.I purchased my dining table along with King size White leather Bed frame on 6/18/19 I paid an extra amount for delivery and setup. We had it scheduled for a Friday between 1-4pm. We hadn’t received a call or confirmation anything and it was getting close to 4pm so I called to find the status on the delivery.I spoke to a lady and she had no information, she asked to call me back and when she did it was to inform me the delivery somehow missed us on the docket so they had to reschedule. I informed her how it was an inconvenience because I had to reschedule freight elevator and it takes 3 days for confirmation/time off work. Our apartment didn’t have availability till a few weeks.Rescheduled delivery they dropped it off only And we asked why were they not assembling the delivery men informed us we did not pay for the service and the furniture store did not give them any of the bed parts. I contacted someone at the store along with email I did not get a response back after a week with an apology. I never got an answer in regards to our missing bed parts.I am becoming flustered at this point as it’s been 2 weeks! I drove to Zuri to get answers.I asked for a manager and gentleman who sold me the items assisted me instead. I explained everything to him as he was unaware of the situation and understood my frustration he went to the back to look for the parts and said he would have to call delivery service to see if they lost them etc.He was very sympathetic as he understood where I was coming from I explained to him when you pay a very good amount for furniture, delivery and set up and you forget delivery on scheduled date, and no parts or set up it’s very irritating. (3 weeks)In the meantime I have gone to Lowe’s, Home Depot and a few other places to find the parts myself and unfortunately I cannot find any for this particular bed.I received parts from ZURI after a week, I tried to put the bed together and they are the WRONG parts. Till today I am trying to set this bed up myself and still very frustrated as I have to drill holes into steel parts to match the bed etc. (5 weeks)DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE OR EXPECT NOT TO GET THE SERVICE AND QUALITY YOU ARE PAYING FOR. I’ve Emailed support several times in regards to getting the right bed parts and NO ANSWER!! I have requested to get my $350 set up fee and after 2 weeks I get a response that they can only refund $75 on a credit card or $200 store credit at this point. I have chosen to drop the issue they can keep their $200 credit!!!! (7weeks)My bed is still not set up due to not being able to find the exact parts and I am not getting any assistance on their end to perhaps sending right bed parts perhaps from another bed frame. I have paid $3,000+ for bed frame (no mattress) 8WEEKS WITH NO BED PARTS OR ASSISTANCE FROM ZURI! Please spend your money elsewhere IF YOU WANT QUALITY SERVICE.
Manager Josh Hedrick is what every corporation and store needs. We ran into an unsuspecting issue with a purchase and needed to return and find a workable option. While some Zuri employees were horrible on the customer service side and made us never want to shop there again, we realized it was best to only deal with Josh. Josh patiently attended to our concerns and issues over a period of months until we found a good solution. Josh personifies the Zuri mantra of customer excellence. I was really looking forward to the table I ordered but unfortunately I never received it and experienced horrible customer service throughout. I ordered a table mid-November and was told I would receive it by the end of November or first week of December at the latest. As we approached mid December, I never got a table or an update, however the company gladly took my payment. I have gone through 4 different individuals to get a status update and I kept being told the same thing - “I will email our logistics team and update you within 24 hours”. Well, no update ever came. After requesting to speak with a manager, I was finally told that the table I ordered would not come in now until the end of January. Now they have to have “manager approval” to refund me my money. With all of this being said they then had the nerve to tell me that they will have a designer call me to arrange for a different table and that my money could be applied to that Instead of a refund. This was truly one of my worst experiences with a company Ive had. I will never order from these people again. I am still dealing with them to get my money back.
The chair is nice and holding up well, but customer service has some considerable issues to fix. Also, the review that mentioned that it only takes 15 minutes to assemble, was dishonest and its credibility questionable. No one, not even a company technician could assemble this chair in 15 minutes. One hour is the minimum (it took me 2). I purchased the white glove service and was told that the chair would be shipped to the white glove service provider who would then deliver it to me and assemble it. None of this actually happened, it was shipped to my home and I had to assemble it myself with the tools provided, which took considerable physical strength, resulting in blisters on my fingers. Some days later, the white glove service provider got around to contacting me. The person who left the message sounded like a confused handyman and said he worked for Task Rabbit. Hardly what was explained originally. I did get a full refund for the purchase of white glove service so for that, I gave 3 stars.
Love the new couch. Delivery was really fast and professional. In less than 10 minutes the couch was in place and all trash was cleaned up without a trace left behind. The design is amazing, I can easily go from a couch with chaise to a full bed for guests or a good Netflix binge and back, all the while keeping the linens stored in the couch itself. I will buy more furniture like this in the future.
We recently purchased a 3000+ couch from Zuri and within a month features came out of the cushion and Zuri returned $200 but stated that was normal. Then the features started coming out of the couch itself and Zuri started saying it is normal and they stand by with the fabric. I asked why they do not state the common things like these during the purchase or in the description and they wont bother to answer that. When you buy please ask more details because they would not bother to resolve the issue after purchase.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. This is the worst consumer experience I have ever experienced. This is the SHORT version. Ordered a buffet in November, received about 1 month later. During first delivery attempt, the shippers showed up with one man to move a 200lb+ buffet up to my second floor. They were not given the delivery information that it needed to be a 2 man crew, for room of choice delivery, for which I paid extra. Zuri told me they would come back tomorrow to deliver it. The next day, no phone call from Zuri, no phone call from shippers, and no furniture, obviously. After a daily phone call for the next several days, initiated by myself, a delivery date was rescheduled for the next week. Again, a ONE MAN crew showed up to deliver the piece. They then had to come back later than night with two men to move it upstairs. After I opened the box, I noted that the buffet was damaged. The doors of the buffet were ripped out and the wood chunks with it, rendering it impossible to repair. This was after closing hours of Zuri, so I wrote an email. I then had to initiate a phone call the next day requesting a refund and removal of furniture. This was Dec 21. On Dec 29, I AGAIN call Zuri to ask when the furniture would be removed. I was told that junk removal service would be at my house from 5-7 tonight to pick it up. The junk service arrived and refused to take the furniture because they needed a back up credit card. They couldn’t even accept my personal card because it was a “commercial” pickup. Zuri again is closed at the time of this issue. So I still have broken furniture sitting in my garage. Thank god the junk company moved it downstairs before they realized this issue, so at least my dining room is presentable. I emailed Zuri, and the next day, still they have not called me to fix this issue. They refuse to let me speak to any type of supervisor or manager to resolve this issue. Zuri should not be allowed to operate as a business.At the end of this saga, I had to tell Zuri to never contact me again, that I would dispose of the furniture myself.Please do not give them your money, or you will be losing your money, your time, and your mind!!!!And dont be fooled by the other negative reviews with Zuri support team comments, they are the headquarters of incompetence.
Items were supposed to ship in 1 to 5 days, they did not and every time I called for status update they disconnected me. I then requested order to be cancelled and they claimed that it was shipping that same day. It really just got picked up by frieght carrier and moved to their warehouse house which is also in Forth Worth and then sat there for a full day or two. They then shipped to my City but again just stayed with freight carrier instead of going to delivery company. Every day I talked to different women who were all unhelpful- either disconnected me up because they dont know how to transfer calls properly and then wont call back or pick up if I call, made false claims about status of order, assured me theyd work on getting furniture to me sooner but then just keeps passing the buck to other people, tell me theyll call me with updates and do not. Lauren told me their site is deceitful and confusing when it says 1 to 5 day shipping. They had 1 of my 2 items in stock but wouldnt deliver to my City which is 3 hours away until they got the other item from manufacturer. Other places Ive been to deliver each item as they become available (Mathis brothers) or tell you up front when their next scheduled delivery to your area is (Nebraska Furniture Mart) if they dont go there regularly. They charge all this money for delivery into home but use the cheapest slowest shipping methods. I noticed on Bill of Lading that there were 2 orders being picked up by freight carrier under my confirmation number so wondering if my order or other persons further held up waiting for items from both orders to be in stock so they only have to pay freight carrier once. I gave them a deadline on when I must have furniture or must be given refund and they failed to meet (despite claiming they had multiple people working on trying to get me the items asap). I asked for my refund and yet another woman tells me I will not be refunded for delivery charges per their return policy. I told her I must be given a full refund, they never delivered so why should I be charged for delivery and Im cancelling the order not returning as I have no items to return and Ill be filing a dispute on the charges with my credit card company. She gave the phone to someone else (always ask for people with more authority because the ones answering phone basically have none) and they finally issued my full refund. The following week the deliver company called and asked if they could deliver the items to me that afternoon (3 weeks and a day after orders placed and a week after they said was a shipped-again I live 3 hours away). Seems they didnt communicate with freight carrier to stop bringing to delivery company or to delivery company not to deliver to me.Save yourself the headache and go with a bigger more well known furniture store that has larger in stick inventory or at least willing to ship items as they become available and better trained more competent customer service. If you really like the items, you can find the same items at other modern furniture stores (Modani is right by Zuri Frisco, Lumens, Modloft, Modish). Zuri just takes the manufacturer name off listing and changes the style name ( e.g. Cella Table is the Charges table made by Modloft and sold by multiple retailers).
Bought Comedo sectional sofa worth 5000 dollars eight months back with protection plan from their Frisco Store . Within few months the cushion caved in and it started looking terrible. Called up Zuri support team and they started giving us hard time and management washed their hand asking us to get in touch with protection plan company which also denied us explaining that its manufacturing defect and needs to be taken care by Zuri. The sad part is the furniture still has menufacturing warranty as its less than one year old with protection plan and Zuri felt no obligation to do anything about it. Its been really frustrating and it feels like they are cheating their customers. Unfortunately I have bough other furnitures from there and hope they make it few years. I will advice Everyone to be very careful with these small companies as they have no intention to help their customers and cheating people left and right.
I picked up a sectional sofa during a sale at Zuri last month. This was a pretty large purchase for me but it worked out because I was able to get financed at Zuri.Five stars for the delivery staff. They were very professional and took extra caution as to not track dirt through my place. I will definitely be buying from them again and I cant recommend this store enough.
Our experience with Zuri was very negative. We ordered two end tables. The webpage stated that they would be shipped assembled. They were not. The quality was EXTREMELY poor and NOTHING fit properly. It took hours, and a trip to the hardware store to replace too-short bolts, to assemble the tables. . .and even now I worry about the glass tops breaking because of the torque of the poorly-manufactured frame We called them requesting some compensation. For the $729 purchase, we were offered a meager $50. I would NEVER do business with them again, and would advise others to think twice.
The Zuri team was super helpful, especially Jon L. and Nicole S. Everything shipped promptly — from the samples to the square bases that I decided I wanted halfway into unpacking my order. Everyone was super accommodating and made every part of my transaction (including the exchanges I decided to do), extremely pleasant every step of the way. Aside from that, the quality of the barstool mechanisms and the leather is top notch and the barstools were the perfect addition to my brand new kitchen. Thanks, so much, everyone. The care and attention you showed me was and is greatly appreciated!!!
Waiting 2 month for our dining set and console table, I had to call them to find out when our furniture will arrives !!! finally they confirmed 10/20 well dining set arrive with NO CHAIRS and the console was not the one we purchase , very bad experience , I will never buy from them again.poor customer service , poor service DONT BUY FROM THEM........
Order #135125 - very pathetic delivery and experience. Still waiting for a dining table , no responsibility from zuri and no authority. The sofa came broken and the customer service is pathetic and has no visibility. The only thing they are trained to do is to offer ‘sorry’. Worst experience so far in furniture buying. I will wait two more days for response and I cancel the entire order if I don’t get proper reaponses.
Avoid this store like EBOLA! Joy in the back office is extremely rude! They will sell you defective merchandise. Once you make the purchase they will tell you that its not returnable. You will not be satisfied and will call them back explaining the merchandise is just not the same quality that you had expected. They will submit a sample request and lie and tell you the replacement item will be there in 2 weeks. You will get calls, texts and emails confirming the swap when all of the sudden no one will show. You will then call the store exchange a few curse words and they will apologize and then youll eventually get another refurbished product delivered the following week. You will still not be satisfied and will want a refund. Youll call customer care and get a hood ratThe store Owner Alex will blow you off as well. JON in the sales office will tell you your wasting his time when you call for clarification. I also recommend contacting your local BBB and news investigative series. Their inventory system is faulty and unless you have months to spare, do not shop here. please dont buy in ZURI furniture. Its unfortunate to note that the customers service (after sales of the product) is very bad. No proper response from the customer care. Without customers there wont be any business. The lethargic nature of customer care in responding to the customer call is highly objectionable. Hence its my appeal to all customers who intend to shop / purchase furniture at ZURI not to buy any furniture with this guys as they does not know how to treat a customer. Its as well unfortunate yo note that the customer is not being treated as he ought to be.
The worst service Ive received. I bought a bed three months ago, when it was supposed to arrive in a month and a half. When the bed finally arrived, the tools were missing. They took the bed again and do not know when they bring me another. I called the store and there is never anyone available, I could not talk to my salesperson. I ordered a dining table that was supposed to be delivered in 4 weeks but it was arrived in the warehouse even after 3 months later. We had special plans for our guests but there was no sign of dining table even aftwr 3 months. I am speechless that Zuri is running their business this way. You guys sell stuff without knowing if and when it will be delivered. And that despite the fact that youre charging a premium price. Truely disappointed.
I agree with all the negative reviews for this store. They sell overpriced substandard furniture with little to no customer support if you have a problem.We purchased a sofa here about a year and half ago. About a year after that, we saw issues with the fabric. The filling was coming through the fabric and pilling-up on the surface and looking very ugly.I tried contacting the store via email and got no response from the manager. Then I went online to their web site and chat with one of their rep who asked me to contact an individual at their customer support.Initially they denied such a problem could ever occur.; then they requested photos of the problem, then they wanted to verify it themselves, so they sent their delivery personal to our house and take pictures.All this took a few months since they would not respond to emails in a timely manner and I would get a response after a few weeks, so this dragged on.After they came and took pictures, it again took a long time to get a response. They said their manufacturer was in China and it took time to get a response from there.After a month or so I was told they would replace the sofa. Then I didnt hear back for another month. When I contacted them, they said the manufacturer said they would only reupholster it but not replace the sofa. So we waited another month till they sent the fabric.Again no word, and when I followed up they said they got the fabric and needed to take the sofa for a couple of weeks to reupholster it.I told them I need it back quickly since we couldn’t be without a sofa for very long. They took the sofa, a week later I was told they were reupholstering it and would get it back to me soon. A week after that they delivered it, but they had not reupholstered the fabric. So they kept it for 2-weeks, removed some of the surface pilling and sent it back.Needles to say I was extremely disappointed at the lies and at the time wasted over six-months. When I asked them what had happened I was told they their upholsterer had determined that it did not need to be reupholstered and that if I wanted to I could get it reupholstered myself.Now I am stuck with a sofa where the filling comes out of the fabric and creates unsightly pills on the surface.I would strongly advice everyone to stay away from this store!
We purchase a valeska sideboard (entertainment center) and it came with a few scratches which they got fixed in the factory with a permanent marker. The doors did not fit properly, the pre- drilled holes on the sides and doors where the hinges are, didnt align correctly therefore the doors do not close, the holes on the doors for the hinges are about 3/16 too big and they are loose. The instructions has contradictions in different pages. If it wasnt such a nightmare to ship back I would. Never again.
Waited for delivery not 16 weeks as promised but over half a year, and they were like it is normal. Paid about $2200, expecting high quality bed. The cushions filled with dacron, the cheapest filling. One of the pieces in a bed slat was broken. Overall OK purchase, but wish the experience was better.
Zuri is a fantastic furniture company. I have purchased several items from them and could not be happier. My dining room looks amazing thanks to my new table and guidance from Zuris design team.At first, I was somewhat hesitant to purchase online, but with Zuri, it is easy to get in contact with the same designers to bounce ideas back and forth. They also helped plan out my dining room and provided several additional pictures of the pieces from the showroom floor before I purchased.Thank you Zuri!
We purchased a sectional 3 years ago and the head rest cushions are ripping away from the back of the couch. They said the couch had a 5 year warranty. I called them to ask them what was going on with the couch, and to ask them what to do, and they said that it would not be covered. So they said we would have to make something up for the reason why this happened. I thought this was absolutely absurd but we went ahead and took pictures and sent in the information that the warranty company requested, but was still denied do to the fact that they said it was normal wear and tear! We will never buy anything from this company again. Poor quality!
UPDATE ~ Received a call and email from owner of Zuri very concerned about my experience and looking to make right. BTW The desk that I purchased now that its assembled looks amazing.Purchased the Quincy Desk from Zuri Furniture. The desk requires assembly which would have been fine if all the necessary hardware shipped with the desk but it didnt. Contact Zuri they said they will mail another hardware package seven days later it finally arrives now lets put this desk together something Ive done many times with various other furnishings all had there share of assembly problems but nothing compared to the Quincy Desk. Directions... useless! Pre-drilled holes... didnt line up! Filing cabinet that came with desk... came locked with the keys in the cabinet, Zuris help with opening it... JUST HIT IT! Well, that didnt work I had to force the latch open with a screw driver. The same file cabinet is on wheels but when you open the bottom draw the cabinet tips over making the wheels useless. This desk is not worth the price and assistants from Zuri Furniture is useless.
I wish if I can thim 0 star because I bought a sofa and loveseat and I receive it it was used dirty and has scratches and I call the company they was nice for beginning and they change it for me after that I received a second one it was same thing and worst and I told them to change it for another furniture they said ok and I paid the difference after that I go to pick up the said they cancel the order aftet 2 month I go and come back they said they cancel and I didn’t receive any money after 10 days. They send it to my account
The salespeople on the floor need some training on how to be reasonably flexible on store policy and yet protect the bottom line finances of the business.The staff lacks an ownership mentality and made doing business with Zuri and them very difficult. I literally had my debit card out excited and prepared to purchase an item for $900 after discount on Sunday 5-24-2014 and all I heard was No, No and No to my questions.One of which was, can I have my people pick this up Wednesday? The answer was No thats only 3 days and we cant let you take this off the floor until 4 days have passed. The reason he obnoxiously gave me was; This gives you time to change your mind I said what if I paid cash today and still the answer was no.. Then he changed the reason and said; We need to replace the piece and order another one. He forgot that when he was showing it to me he said; This is a one of a kind piece The salesman with the dark hair had a major attitude as he crumbled the sold tag sign he initially prepared and threw it in the trash. Rather than friendly and exceptional service all he seemed to care about was commission that he skillfully maneuvered from Rick the other salesperson that helped me the day before when I looked at the piece. By the way, I have been looking at this SAME piece at Zuri for 3 months and I am sure the owner would have loved to move it out. I left but before I did I politely said to the staff; If the owner of this place was here, chances are he would have made an exception for me to take the piece a day earlier than store policy and took my $900 with pleasure to the bank. I found this One of a kind. piece on the internet today for the same price and guess what, the seller took my money with pleasure and it will be delivered when I want. Absentee ownership of a business is a sure formula for business failure as employees will never treat the business as an owner would.
Bad place, to waste your time and/or money there.I called asking for a Cadillac king size bed and was told on the phone they have only one left in stock, I asked to reserve it as I was on my way and mean business, less than half an hour later I was at the Dallas showroom only to find out this bed was mysteriously sold online and they are sorry but this is their best and most selling bed, I asked how long will I wait if I placed an order on the spot, 12-14 weeks (!?!?!?!?!) was the answer.for my best and most selling product, if I had left with last 10-20 pieces I would surely submit an order to the manufacturer to send 100 more before I run out.the sad thing in this story was that the next 2 models of beds I liked were also mysteriously out of stock and the only option was about 1k$ more than I originally planned to pay with no intention to provide even the smallest discount.if that is what they call service they can forget about me visitng there again.
As others have said these guys have zero customer service. Do not ever order anything online as it will never get to you. They screwed up Fed Ex shipments 3 times for the same order and 3 weeks later now I still havent received them. Every time you want to speak to someone AFTER you placed the order expect to wait 30 minutes at least.
I ordered a specific item online. After I receuved it, it wasnt exactly what we were looking for. Not their fault. I returned the item to the store without issue. A lady named Ethiopia was very gracious and kind to us. I will be doing business with them in the future because of excellent service.
I believe that they dont even know what Customer Service mean. Pathetic service post sale and super aggressive behavior when Customer tries to resolve the issues. If you have to, burn your money but dont buy from this place.The kind of mental trauma my cousin went through, the aggression and awful response and communication that I myself saw is totally unbelievable and that too for a defective piece of furniture

2022-07-23What a great find! I was looking all over for modern furniture and most places always came short one way or another. I found the perfect chairs for my dinning table as well as bar stools for my island. Most places offer chrome finish which I didnt want. Zuri had stainless steel for a very reasonable price and great look!! Shipping was free and fast. I was even offered free advice from designers for furniture placement in my home. Highly recommended.

2022-01-28I bought these stools online not knowing how comfortable they would be or if the color (purple) would be the hue I was really hoping for. Id just bought an adjustable table and needed something that would work at any height.Let me just say- win-win on both counts! I called Zuri to ask a few questions prior to purchase and the customer service was excellent. They arrived quickly and with NO damage to the boxes or chairs. Assembly was a piece of cake and they were around my table in no time. Comfort- exceptional! Look- exactly what I wanted and true to what I saw online.I will definitely purchase again from Zuri and I would definitely recommend this particular stool to anyone whos looking!

2022-02-18We consider ourselves fortunate to have discovered the Zuri website when recently looking for bar stools for our complete kitchen renovation. We were growing frustrated with the standard barstools that were offered everywhere across the web, as we wanted something unique that made a statement. We purchased seven counter height stools and plan to purchase another six bar height stools to round out our kitchen. The product is overall top notch quality. The frame is sturdy and true, no need to shim up uneven legs with this product. The seat is extremely soft and comfortable.We live in Ohio, but still the product was delivered in just a few days of our order. Overall, extremely satisfied with Zuri Furniture all around. As we continue to appoint our house, we will certainly be revisiting their selection of contemporary furniture.

2022-06-06I had searched just about everywhere for purple counter stools. One day I stumbled onto Zuris website and was so excited. Not only did they have contemporary styles, they had my purple. They cost a bit more than I wanted to spend but have been worth every penny! They are stylish and comfortable. I purchased seven so that they would fit my entire island. We eat there more than our dining room. We call it Hubbard Diner because of the diner like feeling. They are one of the first things people notice when they enter my home. I love them and would definitely recommend!

Just received the mirror - hoping to hang it today :-).All items were well packaged and arrived securely. Still awaiting a backordered Laurent swivel chair -- looking forward to another great experience with Zuri!

2022-07-23The Zuri barstools we ordered are amazing! The turquoise color was exactly as shown and beautiful! The stools are very sturdy & comfortable. My husband is a pretty big guy and thinks these are the most comfortable stools he’s ever sat on. They were very easy to put together and came very quickly! Wonderful company to deal with!

2022-01-29Absolutely thrilled with two purchases: the Encore Sectional couch and the Jayden side table. High quality materials, and love the aesthetic. The two pieces complement each other really well. The shipping time was impressively quick (especially considering the long lead times for most furniture places). Designer at the store was helpful in the purchasing process too. Worth the investment, will be purchasing from Zuri again.
